The people who helped us were amazing and with us every step of the way!!! We love our new house!!!

Great floor plan, willing to negotiate on price, employees were knowledgeable and helpful.

My experience was great. I enjoyed the process from the beginning to the end. The builders done a good job. The only problem was trash everywhere but it was clean during my walk through. I love my new home. I get to make many memories. The best is yet to come.

They made our transition as anew homeowner so easy and they answered ever question we had.

Had a few issues reaching out to banker. Nekka was able to assist and get the process moving again

Quality of cabinets not as good as they seemed. Overall quality of workmanship not as good as expected.

Our sales agent was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend Kate. Most everybody we had direct contact with was also very helpful including Steve at Inspection however, much of the repairs and touchups from inspection were not completed and we are still waiting for follow up on a damaged door. Follow through at delivery was disappointing.

Overal the staff were pleasant and helpful. Closing online was extraodinary. Very happy.!!

Lennar process for purchasing home all online on a daily basis. Buyer wakes up to an online request daily to login for signatures or provide information. They need a title agent on property for ease and communication.

While the experience was very easy and life-changing the quality of the home is mediocre .

I can say they made it easier than most to purchase the home because its all done within Lennar so its more of a one stop shop. They left glue and paint drippings all over my flooring and left it up to me remove. Poor and very sloppy workmanship no doubt. If you just want a home, then they are probably the easiest to get you in. But you will need to blindly enter the contract and ignore a lot.

i feel like i had like 4 different websites to login to. cut this down and they would have a very great system

First time buyer with Lennar properties. From start to finish was about a month and probably the easiest transaction Ive done in real estate. The home was exactly what we wanted, in our price point, and the financing through Lennar was a wonderful surprise at the rate we got. Jessica was our property manager, and she was absolutely phenomenal in answering any questions we had and making sure we were happy with our home and when an issue came to be She was very responsive and helped solve within a day.

I was influenced by the layout of property and professionalism of the team.

Everyone I physically talked to and met was awesome and very helpful in the experience. However, Lennar mortgage and the people that work there were an absolute nightmare to deal with. Highly would recommend new people to replace the current ones there; they were rude and quite problematic constantly.

I felt the quality of the building the villa was rush and I keep finding things that need to be addressed. The house is beautiful, but the craftsmanship needs improvement

Overall I am happy with my decision to buy a Lennar home. Not all things were fully explained. Otherwise, the location and quality of home is very good.

Again, being old school, customer service means just that: serving the customer, regardless of how inconvenient!

I should not be so surprised that a production builder would do things just good enough to close and hope the homeowners would not notice. This was our third different home built by a production builder and they are all the same. Over promise and under deliver. I feel that they strive for mediocrity. Overall quality would seem to be what you would get from a house half the price.

The craftsmanship of the home, the follow through at closing, the home was not clean, and over all customers service was lacking in every way.

My husband and I were blown away with our experience with Lennar! We are absolutely in love with our home and so thankful that we chose Lennar for our first home! They were incredible with communication and helped make the process incredibly easy, which as first time home buyers we greatly appreciated. Mike was amazing through out our new home orientation and made sure to throughly explain everything to us and what to look out for in the future with our home! Thank you so much Lennar for helping us get into the most perfect first home!!!
