We have had a great experience with the staff. Shay, Alicia, and Doug are exceptional employees. They are attentive and helpful. I have submitted a few warranty claims since moving in over a month ago. The Lennar staff are communicative, punctual, and fix the issues swiftly. My only quaim is the build quality of my home is not what I expect for the price.

I have been experiencing lots of issues with the doors at my house in addition to a drawer in the kitchen that won't close properly from the first time I opened it. This is my first time purchasing a new home. Maybe this is normal. I did contact customer services regarding these issues and they responded immediately. They put me in contact with my representative and an appointment was made by him to have someone come out to make repairs. I am hopeful that when that time comes around all repairs will be made to my satisfaction.

Overall experience was not bad but of course things arise. Satisfied at this time. I appreciate the Lennar team trying their best to help when it is needed. Hopefully it will continue.

Lennar made the buying experience easy & fun. Lennar Mortgage made the purchase possible (thank you!), the sales person helped us negotiate a deal we are happy with, and the Construction manager has been super responsive. We love our new home & think that Lennar quality & service is fantastic for the price.

Lennar want to build as fast as possible with really no details to finish work. You can really tell they build it fast and sell them as quick as possible and then deal with issues later. Seems to me they would take a little more pride in there product and make sure the home is completed and clean before walking homes with clients. Moved in little over 2 months ago and still roof flashing is painted 3 different colors or not even painted at all on sections. Stucco is uneven and makes walls not straight. So much more but just be careful when buying homes I'm sure they all have different issues. ... More

We did our research for new home builders and we ended up selecting Lennar. Whole buying process was smooth and without surprises. Our house passed inspections with only few cosmetic issues which were quickly addressed. We have been living in our new place for couple of months now and we are very happy with it. Lennar is very responsive whenever we are contacting them. It was a good decision to trust them.

The workmanship takes a hit when contractors are forced to complete a home for delivery, which creates build issues that the customer has to deal with after the fact.

Our customer service representative, Christina C. has been excellent in arranging and following up with contractors to correct a few items.

From buy to closing this new house， pretty simple and easy! They did most of the things you thought! Quick Move-in! Thank you all for great helping !

Since closing, Doug has been fantastic and responsive to the issues we've found. Kudos to Doug. The issues needing immediate attention are the bent bedroom window frame that was unable to close once opened and a hole in our shower pan that we missed during the final inspection but found during the first use. We chose to redo all the baseboards and door trim in the new home and discovered dozens of trim nails, no shims, and no nails holding doors in place. Three door frames fell out of place, and I reinstalled them using shims and three-inch screws. I did not contact Doug because I would not have noticed the poor work had I not removed the door trim. I did warn neighbors if they chose to follow along with upgrades. The month leading up to closing was the worst customer service I've received in six years of living in Las Vegas, especially considering the $700K home sticker. Alex, the "concierge," communicated very poorly. I truly recommend removing him from the staff, considering other neighbors experienced similar issues. He was absolutely terrible and sullied the Lennar home-buying experience. We considered walking away from the home, but we loved the location. When we expressed our willingness to walk, Roy stepped in to cover for Alex's poor performance. We purchased the home in November and were told to expect an end-of-February move. More communication is needed to plan an official signing date. Yet, Lennar claimed this initial conversation set our signing date in stone—over two dozen back-and-forth emails and phone calls to cement a date, a wild experience for two full-time employed homebuyers. My wife works for a luxury home builder in Vegas, which set our expectations for Lennar to fail spectacularly. It's genuinely appreciated that Roy came in to remedy Alex's failures, but the frustration to get there enraged us the buyers, and Lennar employees covering for Alex. We unfairly took out much of this frustration on Tom, but he was an absolute beast. I do apologize. We noticed exterior cosmetic issues during the early stages of construction and reported them directly to Tom, and he handled them all exceptionally and promptly. Thank you so much for exceeding your role and genuinely stepping up. Tom and Frank did outstanding work and deserve praise. Again, Alex deserved the earfuls, but he was never available. I believed this was a one-off, but I confirmed through our new neighbors that Alex does not understand his role in Lennar processes. I believe Lennar needs to work on communication with home buyers and common terminology, such as "celebration day," "acceptance day," pre-walk versus blue tape, and overall expectations. I've purchased several homes and always had clarity about what was happening, but these terms seem unique to Lennar and need to be explained better. I used Reddit to figure out most of it; again, solid communication took a lot of work. Richard, from Lennar Loan Services, also helped immensely and responded to emails within minutes. Many emails were sent at night and on weekends, as concerns usually do, but Richard responded within minutes every time. This guy lives the teleworking life. His whole team did great and deserves praise. We felt sweet-hearted about the purchase because of the initial care we received. That interaction with Roy raised expectations, and we were excited when we chose Lennar. In all, we love our home, and although we gutted it and changed most of the interior, Avery Pointe is an excellent location with stellar views of the valley. Customer attention and service demands improvement. I continue to recommend the neighborhood to friends and refuse to allow a lacking concierge experience to ruin my new home high! Lennar, is a good builder, but they have omitted small things you expect in most older homes, such as medicine cabinets, towels bars/racks in bathrooms, extra paint for touch-ups, the appliances that come with most homes are very basic, and the SID or LID is put on the homeowners to pay now.

Very smooth purchasing experience. Roy, the realtor for Lennar helped in every aspect and really helped push the deal through with all unforeseen hurdles. Every department was well informed and was able to answer all my questions. Highly recommended!!

Jonathan at sales was great, so are Ryan and Josh. Amber at design center was efficient and friendly.. :)

Poor quality overall. Very disappointed. Many defects and issues that require repair AFTER closing. Poor attention to quality control over vendors during the construction process and lack of oversight in remedying BEFORE closing so it leaves the homeowner having to chase to get warranty items repaired. The warranty rep (Doug) has been fantastic and responsive - BUT - we shouldn’t have to deal with all of these issues. More care is needed in making sure the home is delivered in better shape/quality BEFORE you sell to a prospective buyer. Not fair to the buyer to have to deal with all of these issues after close and after they already paid. ... More

The sales process was good. The mortgage process with Lennar Mortgage was terrible as persons involved seemed inexperience and not responsive most of the time. We found a leak on the fire sprinkler system, mold under a bathroom cabinet as a result of a leak during construction which was not disclosed to us, rattling glass door to the patio, and other issues. Although Lennar has been very responsive to correct the issues, it has taken a lot of our personal time on appointments and waiting for things to get fixed... Has taken the excitement of buying a brand new home away...

They really need to work better at following up on the repairs in the homes

The home buying process was easy and the sales representatives were great. The only down side was I didn’t feel the home was as finished or clean as it should have been at closing.

Throughout the process, my spouse and I felt like a number/quota instead of a person. Every department was in a hurry to pass us on to the next department.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, LENNAR! From the fact that: 1. You sent us a "Notice of Non-Compliance" and said you were going to cancel our contract and retain our deposit after LENNAR failed to provide the home on the scheduled due date due to construction delays. Why would you send this Notice of Non-Compliance when it wasn't our fault for the delay? This caused EXTREME stress during an already stressful time. SHAME ON LENNAR FOR CAUSING THIS STRESS! 2. Our Lennar "Sales Agent" Jonathan ditched us leaving us with no representation on navigating Lennar's home-buying process. Why did he ditch us? Because our appraisal came in much lower than the purchase price and we asked that we negotiate the price to the appraisal price. He never answered our calls, when he would finally get back to us he would schedule a time for a call but then didn't call us for hours later. Poor time management! SHAME ON LENNAR FOR HIRING HORRIBLE AGENTS (we aren't the only buyer in the neighborhood who said the same thing about this agent by the way which we learned after we closed escrow so this wasn't a "disgruntled homebuyer" experience). 3. Everything is Included is a joke. You need to get rid of this motto because clearly everything is NOT included. Even though LENNAR made us docusign an "Everything's Included" document that included towel bars, towel hooks, and a paper towel holder, this was not provided. SHAME ON LENNAR FOR RENEGING ON THE CONTRACT! Since we have had no resolution on this and our Area Sales Manager Blaine kept saying "Do you want the house or not?" (what kind of customer service is this anyway?), we have been forced to escalate this to Lennar Executives. If we don't get resolution from this, we will go to the media to inform other local area buyers to read through their "Everything's Included" document. The models still have these items and they do not include "optional" signs on them. GET RID OF THE "EVERYTHING'S INCLUDED" MOTTO LENNAR -- IT'S A LIE!!! Lennar has taken other things off of their "Everything's Included" list -- downsizing refrigerators, taking away the mesh system, removing the ice maker, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. Again, SHAME ON LENNAR FOR MAKING THIS THE WORST HOME BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I WILL NEVER, EVER, RECOMMEND LENNAR TO A FAMILY MEMBER OR FRIEND. ... More

Texture and paint crew seem to be in a rush. So many spots where they spilled paint on the flooring. Certain areas the texture seems to be spread thin. Texture and paint around electrical outlets were sloppy. Guys or gals seem to be in a rush and it shows. Not seeing this on the first or second walkthrough but once you get settled in then you really start to notice these details.

EVERYONE has been wonderful and responsive. Nick goes out of his way to help when I have a question or can't figure something out!

It is take it or leave it with Lennar. No changes possible. When you ask office staff a question they are wrong most of the time.

The whole process has been easy . Our home is beautiful. The year warranty is amazing ! Chris responds right away with any issue that arrises. Nick who did the walk through was on it! He made sure everything was perfect before move in. We couldn’t be happier with our home purchase
