I was so thrilled to find my dream retirement home in a 55+ Lennar community in NV! Every person I worked with from the sales rep to the construction manager were so helpful and so supportive. I was disappointed that the appraisal came in significantly lower than the selling price, but I have no regrets about my purchase decision.

The friendliest community was what I was after and am quite satisfied with my purchase.

These are quality smart homes with lots of perks

The only reason Lennar didn’t get a 5 for quality of workmanship and materials is that we did have some issues with broken column pieces, bathroom fixtures, and cracks in the stucco exterior walls. But they did address the fort two promptly and arm monitoring the third.

Our sales person was excellent through the offer and contract process. The mortgage process was smooth and efficient. The build quality was about an 8 out of 10. There were minor finish quality issues. Made a request to the construction manager to fix an issue on 4 separate occasions. It was never resolved so I ended up taking care of it myself after we moved in. Warranty repair group was very responsive and attentive.

There are things that don’t work to your needs, like cabinets in the kitchen, poor design, especially because supposedly are for older people, they should be easier to set up things…. the shower door is out of balance, so goes back to you and hits you when you are trying to get dry; the extractor by the stove is not attached to any tube that goes outside the roof, so you get all that noise for nothing, because the hot air and smoke goes back into your space …… The quality of the open and close blinders are extremely cheap and they probably will brake soon and it’ll be no way to fix it; that will be money out of your pocket; the system to stop the water in case of a ceiling sprinkler deploys is absurd, it should be one fast key that shuts off the water, not to have to go out to the street to open that heavy cover, lift it and shut off the main valve, like i said it’s ridiculous, especially if you are an older person; there is no cold water in the summer, all the water comes warm, now with the temperatures going down it’s getting better, but shouldn’t be, that means there is poor insulation where the water is passing thru those pipes…….the extractor switch in the laundry room is near the ceiling, so you have to use a step chair to set it on and off, again ridiculous system for housing people over 55 and older…. i have to say that i’m very disappointed with the building and architectural design…. ... Some quality issues submitted were garage door alignment and rattling on the AC unit. I was told these are normal issues when seals are not sealing gaps and other AC units are quieter in the complex.

We purchased the home when it was almost complete. While the home is wonderful and we are very happy, I would recommend upgrading the paint and carpet padding. These small things make a HUGE difference. Semi gloss in more areas would have been a much better option. The paint we have is extremely flat almost like a primer only quality. The carpet is okay but better quality padding would have been much better. I want to reiterate we bought our home when it was close to completion and we are very happy so far!

Texture and paint crew seem to be in a rush. So many spots where they spilled paint on the flooring. Certain areas the texture seems to be spread thin. Texture and paint around electrical outlets were sloppy. Guys or gals seem to be in a rush and it shows. Not seeing this on the first or second walkthrough but once you get settled in then you really start to notice these details.

No cold water Just hot or warm The circuit breakers are low voltage I can’t not plugged the treadmill on the outlet because breakers start tripping

There were a lot more little things that need to be fixed/resolved in the house and there are items like light fixtures that were done the "easy" way not necessarily the right way.

The quality of workmanship is not there. It feels as if they were rushed or just simply didn’t care and the construction manager was not very nice to work with.

The price of Aden Square homes are very expensive for the tight entrance way.

Before we moved in we pointed out a problem with the kitchen cabinets and a drawer in the bathroom. Parts had to be ordered, then an appointment made in early July was made to fix them. Nobody showed up for the appointment. We discovered we have no key for the back door in the master bedroom or to the door leading to the garage from the house. Waiting for keys. Weren’t told about bug spraying company that comes out monthly? Something about putting our front door on Wi-Fi? No thank you.

My builder was always courteous and prompt whenever I had questions. Many things went wrong that were out of his control. One thing Lennar needs to change is offering a way to get prompt service for appliance issues since they are providing the appliance package with the home. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a repairman to come look at my ice maker and I had to call him myself through GE.

Overall great customs service. Workmanship can improve.

Hard to contact LENNAR ASSOCIATES FOR QUESTIONS . Problems setup ring and door lock. Plants in the yard dying before one month of being here. We had to pay someone to look at the sprinkler and replace plants

I had the most wonderful sales rep. Laurie Swisher she was there for us 110% We just loved her. A true asset to your company.
