If you see something that needs be looked at early they are on it to try to fix it. Like the way they explain things to you and make sure you understand as they build.

I wish they would have worked with us on the closing after initially telling us we would close the end of May it cost us an extra $4,000.

Hectic at times but overall very pleased. Hats off to Jorge, Wade, Cristina, and my sales rep Shay. All excellent people who take pride in their work and go the extra mile. My exp w/ Lennar Lending however was a complete joke. Quote from your lending rep “if you don’t like the interest rate you can go back to renting” —-excuse me?

Homes are very nice...It would be helpful if door jambs were better suited for adding screen doors.

After we purchased the home a few thing weren’t right, so we contacted Lisa your after market sell person. She was great Five stars for her. Also the foreman was the same Five stars.

The paint and carpets used are of very low quality. You have a large living room with no floor plugs.

sales process was easy, people were good. Did get response and fix on one issue I didn’t like - but honestly cannot believe they build houses with light switches random distances from the doors. Some literally touching the door frame, some 2 feet away.

We had communication issues as it pertained to the exterior color scheme and after proving what was promised by the Lennar Salesman they basically told us to take it or leave it.

We love our new home & neighborhood. However, Lennar really went the cheap route during the building process yet still charged us top dollar. Horrible flat white paint throughout the home, grade 1 air filters in the vents, bottom of the line appliances, messy touch up’s after walk through resulting in paint splatter all over new carpet and flooring…I could go on. The buying process was also overwhelming with repeat documentation required with short notice.

All the way through the building process everyone was great but after closing I began to realize that the materials used were at the lower end of what is excepted by building code. I am constantly having issues with my breakers and live alone and don't cook much. The response time is great to make arrangements to fix it, but the wait time is days, so I am unable to use my stove or microwave. This breaker refuses to stay on where others work when they want to. If I had children in the house I would be screaming by now. The joists upstairs squeak so now I have to move furniture myself prior to the contractor and carpet guy coming to repair that issue. Had it been constructed properly I would not have to move furniture myself at 80 years old. This house comes with solar but there was an issue getting it turned on and the builder did not want to get involved so I had to handle it myself. The builder had a contract with the Solar Company for all the houses in this development so had to make money on the deal so should have stepped up to help me resolve the problem. ... More

Lennar has cut out items that I have never seen before. Otherwise, it's a nice home for a reasonable price. Their service addressing issues after move in has been ver good.

This was the worst mortgage transaction I have ever experienced. Communication was minimal, our concerns were not addressed in a timely manner, and our loan was not cleared to close until the last minute. Thankfully, we had the best realtors guiding us throughout the process. The final walkthrough process was a joke. Third time was a charm for us. After moving in we found so many issues, mostly minor, that should have been addressed prior to moving in, but customer service had been great. Josh has been very responsive and has made sure everything is taken care of.

It was a pleasant and beautiful experience I had with the builder And give them the five star rating Cesar didn’t come back for the last inspection he got sent to a different location so we get to talk to him

Provided a good interest rate and a nice home for the price relative to current homes on the market.

First off I love my house. Now there are a few things im unhappy with. Quality build is ok till you dig deeper. I went to install my ceiling fans and every mount is missing a screw. My vents were crooked above my doors and I put in to get them fixed and was told my walls/door frames aren’t straight so they got them as straight as possible. Two of my downstairs walls are crooked you can tell they don't line up with the lines on the tile. My bathroom shower wasn’t sealed properly (awaiting a work order). The stucco shows chicken wire in some spots. Regardless every new build will have its issues and the reason im not too upset is the customer service team (Chris) is phenomenal. Every issue I've had I put in a work order and it gets a response within 24 hours and a repair done within the week. Theirs still things from my initial walk through that need to be fixed but they get addressed accordingly. ... More

Slow at fixing AC not working in Master bedroom and numerous touchips with pain and calling. Both bathroom fans didn’t work. Who installs electrical equipment and doesn’t test it? Lennar.

There are no towel racks or linen closets; don’t understand considering the price we paid. Air conditioning doesn’t seem to work properly; there is no garage door to the back yard and no Windows in the garage doors making the garage space dark. Don’t like being required to have the solar system and it is under powered. The front doors are cheap and the inside paint is cheap. We love our Lennar sales person Daniela Bell though!

Roy is fantastic, along with Lennar mortgage, title and insurance. My only issue overall is the Quality Control of the material you use. Accidentally dropping a plastic cup from the bathroom sink counter into the sink shouldn’t cause a crack and hole to appear. This is our 7th new build home and we’ve had much worst accidents occur without anything that has come close to what occurred here. I’m definitely disappointed that subpar material would be used by a reputable builder.

Lennar has long experience as a builder and their communities are fine. One thing to know about however, is that while Lennar will do a fine job of providing their own agent for the purchase, that agent works for them, not you. You will probably get better terms in the closing cost if you bring your own agent (fiduciary) with you. Another tip is to be polite to the actual salesman handling your transaction and get to know his or her assistant. The Lennar salesman will seldom, if ever, respond to your questions or email. But their assistant will. Focus on that person. Lennar gets an 8 out of 10 for the purchase process. Their construction is solid, their offers to cover closing costs are actually pretty good and their homes do include basic appliances. So they offer a good deal overall. If the need arose I would absolutely consider Lennar again for a new home purchase. ... More

Overall experience was not bad but of course things arise. Satisfied at this time. I appreciate the Lennar team trying their best to help when it is needed. Hopefully it will continue.
