The workmanship takes a hit when contractors are forced to complete a home for delivery, which creates build issues that the customer has to deal with after the fact.

Much of the exterior paint "touch up" is the wrong color. Looks bad.

Sloppy work. Paint drops prevalent throughout home. Appliances included were very low quality.

Everyone we dealt with up to the closing were outstanding.

I love my lennar home! There is some issues moving in due to the communication and wasn't even informed about the next step of moving to the new property which is quite disappointing but overall it's a great place to live!

Everyone from Lennar was very nice. All the way from the mortgage to Move-in day. I just have an issues with the sub-contractors.

The process was very long and tedious. If it were not for Christina Z and Jonathon C, guiding me through the process I may have not gone through with the purchase. If you are looking for a Lennar home, you would be extremely lucky to have Christina Z, she is outstanding.

We felt that the construction was rushed to finish the building and several things were left undone. We closed on May 12. It is now June 27 and we still do not have a dumpster. Brian and Chris were good at responding to our concerns and customer service Joe helped us out a lot as far as getting things fixed that should have been done in the first place. Again, the quality control that Lennar practices with the contractors is sorely lacking and needs to be improved to assure that Lennar will turn out a high quality product.

There were a lot of materials that were installed in my new home that weren’t properly covered up or cared for as other trades came through the home to finish other items. My brand new floors have been worked on 3+ times already and are still wrong. Paint was everywhere: on the floors, on my brand new upgraded counter tops, and all over my driveway. So many things have needed to be fixed that the first month in my new home I had a contractor visit practically every other day. It’s hard to believe I’m paying almost half a million dollars to have floors with permanent paint and glue residue all over them, not to forget that they are also not level in some areas, among other things. As a first time homebuyer, this experience was very stressful. Really not sure I’ll be doing a new build again after this. This is not to say I don’t love my new home and the awesome appliances and what not, but the overall experience with the lender and the workmanship was not satisfactory to be fully honest. Neighborhood, floor plan, and home finishes drew us to the home. Dissatisfied with quality and energy efficiency.

Overall Lennar does a good job. This is my 2nd Lennar home. The process of buying this time is very different. Now there are many people involved which I think it isn't necessary. Personally, we are not so satisfied with the appliances (there were no upgrade so there were basic/standard). Wall paint is white, no other color choice. Cleaning before move-in was not great. Cabinets and corners were not clean of debris. The doors were scratched and poorly painted. Lennar tried to fix the imperfections on a timely manner. The design and sizes of bedrooms are very spacious compared to some builders. Overall, we like our new home. We will buy again a Lennar home, if time allows. ... More

The overall experience went pretty well, though after being in the house for a month, there are definitely things that look like shortcut were taken. Pavers not being even, no sand in papers, doors not being cut straight, dont stay locked, garage door not closing on its own, pavers not level with the garage floor, door jams not cut straight. screen doors are still missing for the slider doors. Overall we love the house, but in paying this much for a house, I dont appreciate when it looks like things were over looked and in trying to get them remedied, the process is taking weeks to get contractors out to handle the issues and in some cases after they have come out, we need them to come back out ... the closing was delayed 3 times but I don't know if it was because of the bjilder

On my delivery MJ was keen on communication and timely responses for needed repairs.

Purchasing was easy enough, challenge with the walkthrough and follow up on outstanding items. Punch Lindt was extensive and I am still working through getting it taken care of. Spending a lot of time to make sure it gets completed and need to constantly follow up.

The experience dealing with Lennar was very good, soup to nuts, but everyone feels overworked. This means things were not always smooth, but once focused all good. Workmanship from the trades was a big concern. the trades are hurting, so not sure what Lennar could do to help that.

Lennar employees were helpful and courteous, however the tradespeople they use make their jobs difficult. Too many repairs and redos were required. The average quality of work for the price of the home was not there. My guest room had to be repainted and taped, the backsplash in the kitchen redone and the siding glass door had to be replaced just to name a few.

The Construction Team was exceptional. They provided frequent updates and pictures. During celebration walkthrough issues were identified but resolved in a timely manner. Both Sam and Flavio were great and responsive during the construction process. Wanda was a God send- Literally :-) and a pleasure to work with. There were some issues with the financing team during the process. We loss Shelby as our representative and received someone that had not reviewed the files so the process got a little cloudy, Diane saved the day for the finance team. We have identified some issues during the 30-day warranty period, but Rob is on top of the issues, and I expect to see the issues resolved soon. ... More

It’s been 2 months and still haven’t had our 30 day..

There are certain expectations you have when paying hundreds of thousands of dollars for a new home. I will say that Lennar has done a great job of making things right over time but with a rush to build homes, there are details missing that shouldn't have gotten by. They need to slow down and ensure things are done correctly the first time. The most upsetting for me is the low quality dishwasher that was put in our home. I certainly expected more after being a homeowner for more than 20 years. We are still happy with our purchase overall and hope that Lennar takes steps to improve.

Went fine till the end. Quality of finishes was below expectation. Sloppy work by finishers-grout on baseboards, poor seams on door casings, touch up paint in wrong sheen. Just sloppy. Lennar staff was great. Just poor oversight of subs.
