Disappointed in the quality of of finishes for the amount of money charged for home.

The Construction Team was exceptional. They provided frequent updates and pictures. During celebration walkthrough issues were identified but resolved in a timely manner. Both Sam and Flavio were great and responsive during the construction process. Wanda was a God send- Literally :-) and a pleasure to work with. There were some issues with the financing team during the process. We loss Shelby as our representative and received someone that had not reviewed the files so the process got a little cloudy, Diane saved the day for the finance team. We have identified some issues during the 30-day warranty period, but Rob is on top of the issues, and I expect to see the issues resolved soon. ... More

From what I keep hearing, Lennar home is supposed to be the highest quality home builder. But that’s the biggest lie ever! From the sales team that got my insurance company info wrong. The house having issues during walk through that was noted but was not fixed! I was told that it would be fixed but never was. The house was dirty and paint splashes everywhere when they handed the keys. Was addressed but never fixed! Missing corner base board and random wall hole patches. If I could have all the money back I would get a refund! KB Homes is better and would never recommend Lennar and will tell people that this is the worst home builder! Thanks for nothing! ... More

Couldn't even wipe anything down or clean the floors for us before we moved in. Every single light fixture has dirt in the lens. Spent a lot of money for subpar quality.

It seems as if the builders were just trying to hurry and get the home done. There are alot of minor things that are messed up that shouldn’t be.

The upstairs floor is wavey and squeaky. The kitchen counter tops are different colors and we were told we're looking at it wrong. Huge gap between garage door and house, we were told it's normal. No other house I've owned had a gap like this neither does any other house in this neighborhood. The kitchen cabinets are white, we ordered espresso. No heat or a.c. flowing in vent to downstairs master. That was resolved after two visits. The fire door from the garage into the house is split in the center thru the deadbolt and knob. I was told by the manager that she spoke with the manufacturer and a split door is just as good as one that isn't....what?Still not resolved. Upstairs sliding glass door has no weather strip and blows the vertical blinds like the door is open. It's been a month, still not resolved. House was over a month late from our agreed finish date. Electrician had to come change breaker in laundry room because it tripped every time washer hit spin cycle. Overall I'm dissatisfied and will never recommend or purchase from lennar. Out of my 7 new home purchases, this was the worst by a large margin. The floor plan works for us, that's all the positive I can say. Bad costumer service not response in a timely matter

It’s been 2 months and still haven’t had our 30 day..

There are certain expectations you have when paying hundreds of thousands of dollars for a new home. I will say that Lennar has done a great job of making things right over time but with a rush to build homes, there are details missing that shouldn't have gotten by. They need to slow down and ensure things are done correctly the first time. The most upsetting for me is the low quality dishwasher that was put in our home. I certainly expected more after being a homeowner for more than 20 years. We are still happy with our purchase overall and hope that Lennar takes steps to improve.

Shaya and Julian were the most helpful and best part of my Lennar experience. It was a easyand pleasant process for a first time buyer.

The sales and service were great. This is the most expensive home we have purchased and feel like the attention to detail was not as expected.

Went fine till the end. Quality of finishes was below expectation. Sloppy work by finishers-grout on baseboards, poor seams on door casings, touch up paint in wrong sheen. Just sloppy. Lennar staff was great. Just poor oversight of subs.

Beautiful house and community.

Everyone in this process has been amazing. However the 2 areas identified above were less than helpful. Loan Process: Slow response on loan process. Duplicate loan process requests. Very confusing. Sales department: The sales office was less than helpful and not professional at all.

My only concern is we are not receiving the garage door that we were promised when we sign the contract. The temporary door is unacceptable and not in good condition. They decided that we won’t be getting a new garage door- that will try to fix the existing dings and problem with the temporary door- this issue has made homeowners very unhappy including me. Hope they’ll revisit this problem and fix it so all the homeowners will have better respect for Lennar.

My fiancé and I are so pleased with our decision to purchase a Lennar new build. The folks we've worked with have all been outstanding. They really do place an urgency on any request or issues that we bring to their attention and they always make sure we are satisfied every step of the way. The communication level has far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Lennar for affordable yet high quality homes.

From the first time we met Melissa to discuss purchasing our new home and right up until today (45 days after closing), Lennar has given us the best customer service and care we have ever had in a community build. We have built 4 other homes this way in the past and we are DELIGHTED with our new Lennar Home! Daniel and Chris have been responding to us within 24 hours on every request we have. We couldn't be happier anywhere else!
