Not responsive to quality of workmanship and materials.

I recently purchased a brand new everything is included lennar home unfortunately, i as well as many other homeowners in the community have had an avalanche of issues. Faulty/ low quality garage doors, low quality workmanship throughout house. A real disaster

The Sales person,Roy ,I give 5 STAR. He was very easy to communicate with. He always responded to our questions. Gerry, the construction manager, I give 5 STAR. He was also easy to reach and explained /answered our inquiries. OUR CLOSING ON 10/1/21 DIDN'T HAPPEN DUE TO LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH LOAN DEPT & TITLE COMPANY. I GIVE THEM 1 STAR. BECAUSE OF THAT WE HAD TO MOVE ALL OF OUR BELONGINGS TO ANOTHER HOTEL, SINCE OUR CLOSING IN THE HOUSE WAS ON 10/3/21.

This home was poorly built. We has purchased a Lennar home before so it made sense to stick with Lennar as our MUCH less expensive home was built much better. I'm embarrassed to tell ppl about this $600K home because of the crooked walls, terribly low quality &very poor workmanship. Up until this purchase I raved about Lennar. No more! Now I guide ppl away from Lennar at all costs

They are responsive but make sure you get a new garage door. They are currently trying to make us keep our temporary used door which is in terrible condition.

Make sure everything works properly during walkthrough.

Don't ever buy a house over the internet. I used my daughter for help, but my biggest mistake was not coming to Las Vegas myself. I had to buy the home as is, not thinking Lennar did not take care of this house. Its too many things to mention that is wrong with this house, but I'm paying for it now. Never Again !!!

My wife and I fell in love with Lennar's models and neighborhoods. The construction quality looked pretty solid as well. That said, we ended up going through 4 Lennar Realtors. Each worse than the last: we caught them lying, they'd yell at us, even manipulated the contract without our consent. There were several grievous actions we'd observed from the realtor team. When escalated to the regional manager, he only advised that perhaps I should get some education on how the home buying process worked. My personal realtor and I were dumbstruck by this response. Our final Lennar realtor didn't bother showing up to turn the keys over to us. There was no celebration for the event. I did catch him sneaking around the back to put the keys in a drawer. That way, he didn't have to see us. By that point, he'd already declined all my requests to meet in person. I spent the first official hour in the new house cleaning out debris and construction waste from the garage. After a frustrating month in the 'new smart home', along with several requests for assistance, I was finally informed nothing worked because the smart hub wasn't installed. We weren't even given keys to the locked smart hub area in the laundry room (still don't have them). No one can even confirm if we own the Internet Modem, or are renting it from Cox. We get conflicting answers. Circling back to our experience locking in the property: Lennar informed us we could buy in May and move in by August. So we sold our home and stayed in temporary housing. Lennar then chose to delay the sale of the property by 3 months to increase the price by $200,000. This was after we'd already paid $1000 down for a chance to purchase the lot and home. In the end, we found every aspect of the Lennar experience to be stressful, misleading and/or corrupt. Currently, the remaining construction defects are being addressed by Lennar blaming the contractor and the contract blaming Lennar. And we're stuck in the middle. We found our home purchase very streamlined and easy with Lennar. The on-site team were easy to work with and friendly.

We previously owned a new build and the process had been a nightmare. We were ready to go through hell again with a VA loan, but Lennar made the process incredibly fast and easy. Will definitely look for Lennar for our next home as well.

The warranty service team here is excellent. No matter what the concern is it receives a top priority response and resolution.

I would never purchase another Lennar Home again. The buying experience as well as the structural issues we faced were appalling and costly. The lack of communication throughout the process was the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Our 3rd party inspector released a 35 page report of everything that needed to get fixed, replaced, upgraded, re-wired or replaced before we moved in. The house flooded 2 days before closing. The exterior of the home was not was we seen or expected on any signed docs, models or brochures. Overall the worst buying experience for our first home. THE WORST!

Don't buy New Builds from Lennar. The homes are not worth the price because the quality is not there. The materials that are used are low end and cheap especially in the interior of the home. The companies they hire to complete the inside of the homes have no repect for quality of workmanship. My house is terrible and I regret buying it!

If I know what I had to go throw, I wouldn’t have gone with Lennar. The are responsive as they are trying to sign you up to buy the house and once you do, they disappear, the customer service is horrible, they don’t explain anything, you stay in limbo waiting for them to tell what happening and they will keep rescheduling forever and then when you get to talk to somebody, you get nothing but attitude. I don’t recommend it.

We started the home buying process with Lennar in June of last year,we were excited to buy a new build home here in Vegas for our relocation from N CA but things started to go south between my private lender and Lennar real fast, it was alot of things done that definitely should of been handled more professionally. But anyways did our walk thru was advised items that were found to be broken would be fixed prior to move in, it didn't happen, things got fixed a month or so afterwards. Then we never got our new garage doors we have old temp doors and ours are the worse in the whole neighborhood they paint is coming off one they totally are different colors,by the way its a 3 car garage. We noticed ppl who moved in after us had matching doors or at least same color scheme, we found out theirs was taking from the model homes here and when questioned Lennar,reply was they needed those so the home buyer could close on their loan. I don't want to call them out but it's been a joke since we moved in. Our break box kept tripping do food went bad over Christmas holiday,this was reported way b4 that time no one fixed it til after the holidays, free washer and dryer also broke within a months time GE appliance the cheaper ones of course. Mostly is what I expected from Lennar's good reputation. Their mortgage brokers and its department need lots of improvement, not for this, Lennar would have received 5 stars instead of 4 stars from me.

I’m 68 years old they are the worst and cheapest builders of anybody I have ever encountered
