The few problems we have have been addressed and resolved very quickly. We have been very satisfied with our new home and all or the Lennar staff we have asked for assistance and information.

As a first time home buyer, I had some pretty scary anecdotes from others in their first home buying process. I thought overall, that Lennar made the process pretty straightforward and was not too hard to manage. They did make attempts to scare us with 'additional charges' for each day our private lender was late on escrow closing. This didn't happen but the one comment made me as a first time home buyer, a little scared of things that were completely out of my control. There was one borderline minor/major issue that needed to be fixed within the home but the QC guy Jeff was absolutely fantastic at making sure that it was fixed quickly, and effectively. I have been very impressed with Jeff and the Quality team on helping us get some of the defects fixed. ... More

We worked with Angela at Mills Creek and she was so patient and helpful. She encouraged us just to prequalify and see what we can afford. Well sure enough we qualified for the house we had been looking at, and then came the Mortgage team, who were amazing. The whole process so easy, We had a thorough walk through with Jeff, and EVERYTHING was explained to us clearly. Anything that needed fixing was fixed. I highly recommend Lennar Homes. They are beautiful and lots of upgrades as part of the home.

The buying experience went well from the sales person to the loan people, to the site superintendent. It would have been nice to use a larger size DG or rock in the front yard though. The DG is more like sand and gets everywhere.it would have also been nice to get a set of plans for the house, if not paper a PDF.

Our entire experience from start to finish was stress free. Everyone involved was great. The builder's team responded to minor issues in a timely manner. If you're looking for a well built quality home look no further than Lennar.

From the sales agent to the customer care rep, Lennar ensures that the buyer is totally satisfied with their home. The all is included is great, but should also include a washer/dryer and refrigerator...or at least have options to chose from so that they are installed when transfer of ownership occurs or an opted-out ability should the buyer want to provide their own. When moving long distance, a "complete" home would have been preferred.

No opportunity to make changes. Why does a home with two garage doors come with only one garage door opener.

We could not have been happier with Lennar's overall responsiveness (from the purchase side, to loan qualification, to title, and finally in dealing with our limited touchup issues in our new house. Lennar was fantastic throughout the entire process.

Lot size may vary slightly. If you require RV access get a lot that has a few more inches than the minimum you require. Garages are standard size with very little room in front of a parked car or sides for storage. Homes are well insulated and energy efficient. Smart houses are not set up. It is up to the home owner to figure out how to set up. Counter tops need to be sealed by owner, Don't expect to move in and use counter tops before sealing. If you have hard water invest in a quality water softener not a cheap one from a big box store. House did not come with rain gutters. Our 3 car garage only came with only 1 door opener with 1 remote.. We elected to use Lennar mortgage and insurance. These people were great and made it easy on us. Great overall home buying experience. Everyone communicated well with updates and explained each phase of the building process. Very satisfied with my home!

The most smallest issues were addressed and completed quickly. We watched the whole build of this house and were very happy with the quality of work. Delivered within 2 weeks of the original date.
