Don't get me wrong. We are enjoying our new home; however, we are finding things that we missed. I've notified those who asked to be notified, and I've been acknowledged, but nobody's come to look at the issues. We measured the room sizes for furniture placement and found the 4th bedroom is smaller than the house plan drawing. It's 15 sq. ft. less than what's shown on that house drawing.

Overall experience was good. Frustrating that outdated technology like landline telephone jacks could not be switched to Ethernet ports and insisted on installing Ring doorbell and sensors. Only dryer connection is gas - electric not an option and considered a customization. Overall quality is good- delivery date 90 days later than originally scheduled due to supply chain and labor issues

We liked the "everything's included" plan. It helped us budget for the home we wanted with no surprises. We were disappointed by the interior paint quality, however (thinly applied and not durable or cleanable). We were told there was a paint shortage, but now we will have to repaint much sooner than we had hoped.

It’s been a roller coaster ride since we first sat down with the Lennar sales person. Lots of attitude, miscommunication, and mistakes. It wasn’t until we contacted the Lennar Division President that we got some real answers and satisfaction. Our first customer service “after the sale” person was lame. We didn’t get a day of possession celebration or gift and he told us that the foundation and walls being out of square was “normal” and that’s how Lennar builds homes. Lack of attention to the quality of work performed by the vendors/sub-contractors. Poor cabinet installation, poor floor installation. Mediocre painters, paint on floor had to be cleaned off. Move-in cleaning crew didn't clean well.

Painless/hassle free buying experience. However the quality of the house is not as good as the old days. Maybe because all of the housing boom is making the builder sloppy since they're building too fast (lack of quality control)?

Poor quality of finish work and materials. Carpet seams show and nap goes in opposite direction. Tack strip nails come up through carpet( don't walk bare foot). Cabinet quality very poor and counters had 1/2" gaps at cabinets. Repairs were just cover-up, not repair.

Communication response time and fixing issues is a bit lacking and I understand that there is an employee shortage everywhere but it should not take as long as it is taking to fix the issues I pointed out before closing and now rolling over to 30 day review when new homes are being built and being closed on my street. If those new homes are able to get their materials in, I don’t see why my home can’t also get the materials in as well. The home is great, I just would like a better turnaround time fixing my issues so I can fully enjoy my new home

Please have someone from customer service contact us, we have been struggling with fixing the open items. We have had our replacement cabinets on order for 4 plus months. We have a leaky faucet that has been reported 5 times or more. Need an important person to contact us. Our out side electrical panel needs replaced. All items reported since original report.

The purchase of my home from Lennar on the beginning was great. Lennar’s agent Tina was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the home and what was included. Dealing with the construction ma abet Matt was also great during the building process. We were delayed in closing and he kept us informed on the delays. After I bought the home and had issues and questions, I both called and texted my sales agent several times and no response from her. It seems like after they sell you the home they don’t respond to you anymore. On the other hand, Shawn in the customer care department has been wonderful and has responded to issues promptly.

Homebuying process was easy. I was not happy being int the middle of a cost cutting effort from Lennar. Originally told the house would come with (and was on all marketing materials including website) Wifi Mesh Network, Water Sensor, Ring Alarm, and other great items but it did not show up on the final transaction. I missed it on the documents I signed and it could not be honored. Not super thrilled spending over half a million dollars on a house and it does not include any ceiling lights in any room, the living room, and even the master bedroom! Very stressful experience with the loan process and asked to supply documents over and over making for a long process. Photos showed cabinets in laundry room but they don’t put them in. Poor communication with Lennar on everything.

Our customer service experience has been disappointing. The home was not clean when we did our walkthrough nor was it clean when we signed off although we were promised it would be. The floors were covered with dust and dirt and paint spots throughout when we moved in. We had to call our customer service rep - he never responded. After reaching out that evening and including Donnie, he responded first thing the next morning and he himself came over to inspect the situation. First, people were nice. Margaret was helpful and encouraging. Only one issue with Norm where my wife felt like he was suggesting she was not truthful, otherwise he was quite nice. My issue is with Lennar's business model. I've built several custom homes over the years where I have flexibility in making changes, With Lennar - ZERO opportunity for even slight modifications. That's a bit frustrating for someone spending $600K on a house. I really think you should find a way to add some flexibility into the process. I don't expect custom home flexibility, but some.
