Gas leak from supplied stove PRIOR to signing closing papers, Lennar refused to help! Sod was dead when put on my property attested to by 2 landscape companies and one irrigation company, Lennar refused to do anything. Called regarding my driveway that is sinking down and cracking, Lennar said that the only cement work that they warranty is the foundation. This all happened the first week after we closed!

There should have been closet at front door entrance and medicine cabinets in bathrooms

The entire experince has been surreal; it seemed way easier than I thought it would be. Robin M. and Yumi W. made the application and financing go very smoothly. Jacob and Cameron made the inspection and house tour a great experience, explaining everything we needed to know. In living here our first 2 months, we've had no problems at all.

My rating was influenced by how well they were as a team. They did great.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The Lennar team was organized and responsive throughout. Lennar Mortgage handled the financing efficiently at a competitive rate. Since we live in Florida, closing remotely through Remote Online Notarization was a major convenience. The home was delivered in excellent condition. Our independent inspection found no issues, and the quality of the workmanship and materials is very good. We would buy from Lennar again without hesitation.

The only small issue is the painter had drips on the floors

I have bought quite a few new homes. This is the first time that I went to settlement and they didn't give you a cooler or hat. You know something you know, coffee cups something with their name on it as a good gesture.

Floors are uneven and the coating put on the floors is patchy and uneven.

Working with the sales representative was a great experience! However, we had issues on the inspection report that weren't handled correctly. I understand delays due to weather but was a nightmare with our kids starting school. Then we move in and find out there is a leak in the basement that came up in the inspection report and wasn't corrected prior to closing. We would have service workers come by without warning. Other than that we truly love our home.

Our loan office dragged out the process much longer than we anticipated. As a result, we missed our closing deadline and were penalized with a daily fee for each day we were still not closed. Thankfully, after working with Olga and Dennis, our penalty was reduced. However, I still do not find this contract agreement to be appropriate.

Overall quality a B+ mybe. Inside wallpain a disaster. no tarps used on floor or paving bricks. Closing an incredible disaster. Was attempted on the last day of august 2026 4 different times. Finally, closed, or so i thought at 10:30 at night. Incomplete package. Had to do it all over again the following day. To say that Larry, Curley and Mo directed closing would be an insult to the gentleman...

Worst construction Ive ever experienced and Ive had 11 homes. Lennar would not make any of the important items right. Fixed only the little things. The significant issues like Floors not *****, tile installation the worst (hollow and high lippage throughtout), countertops totally ruined from tools, and things being thrown on them with no covering first to protect them, uneven, unsealed epoxy garage floor which flaked apart in one month! And again Lennar denied correcting. Sales people embellish the truth and can be arrogant and condescending and appear "choosey" with who they will give extras to when meeting their quotas. Just wish Lennar would simply do the right thing and correct what should have been done right in the first place. Lennar Title and ***** departments were the best part of Lennar. It was absolutely frustrating and stressful from our initial purchase to our close date to our move-in. Beyond measure. Overall, the quality and value of our new home is rather unsatisfactory. Within our first 1-2 months of living in our new home, we've run into problems that should be even be happening with a new construction home such as a leaking ceiling. There are tons of ugly scratches from cardboard knives (or the like) on our walls along where carpet meets, especially where our stairs are. There is a handful amount of neglected patches on our walls that have no paint or texture to them; majority of them being hard-to-reach, easy-for-resident-to-miss places. The upstairs floors seem so thin/cheap/rushed…..we can hear everything going on downstairs so easily (even with the doors closed, house fully furnished). We can also easily hear footsteps from downstairs. It's rather chilling. It feels like the floor can/will just collapse any moment. Our water is cold only and we cannot enjoy our showers. No hot water comes out of the faucets/shower heads. When we call for our issues to be addressed, there is poor/failure of communication from the other party. We've had to stay on top of the matter in order for it to finally be addressed. When addressed, it was only the symptoms and not the source that attention was given to. That's unacceptable. At the beginning I was very excited to move to this town. I really thought the house was going to be my dream home until I actually moved in. This is not the first home I've owned but this house for sure does not feel or looks well constructed at all. The doors are not aligned or adjusted. The entry doors have visible light shining through the sides & bottoms & you can feel the heat & draft coming in through the doors. The floor was a mess with glue all over the tile. I actually spent days scraping & scrubbing the floors for days. The painters are women, the paint job was blotchy, with spots of different shades. There is no pride visible in the workmanship or construction of this home. It all looks very cheap labor so you get what they are being paid. Even the fences are not sturdy. Some pickets only have 1 nail holding them. My dream home became my worst nightmare. Beware buy at your own risk!! ... More

Everything in the house is not to my satisfaction .

The interest rate on my documents differed from what was negotiated. The sales person knew about the change, never disclosed it, and basically admitted it when I raised it. Lennar then told me to proceed at a higher home price or walk away and forfeit my deposit. The home was also dirty on arrival, with wall mud haze all over the floors, and many walkthrough items were never addressed. Things that were repaired often resulted in damage to something else. Get every promise in writing and hire an independent inspector before closing.

My overall experience purchasing a brand-new home from Lennar has been extremely disappointing, frustrating, and stressful. What should have been one of the happiest and most exciting milestones for my family has turned into an ongoing series of problems, unexpected expenses, and concerns about the quality of construction and customer service. I closed on my home on August 31, 2026, and since then, I have encountered multiple issues that should never have been my responsibility as a new homeowner. One of the most frustrating situations involved construction workers working on neighboring homes using electricity from my property. I have evidence of this occurring, and I was left dealing with an electric bill of approximately $700, despite not even living in the home for the entire billing period. I had to repeatedly reach out about the situation and request reimbursement for electricity I did not authorize others to use. This was completely unacceptable. In addition to the electricity situation, I have experienced workmanship and construction-related concerns, including problems with the installation or preparation of my home's internet connection, landscaping and lawn issues, and concerns about the condition of the palm tree in front of my property. These are things that should have been properly inspected and addressed before delivering a newly constructed home to a customer. What makes this experience even worse is the amount of time and energy I have had to spend documenting problems, submitting warranty requests, contacting representatives, and seeking resolutions. As a customer who made a significant financial commitment to purchase this home, I expected better quality control, accountability, communication, and customer service. I purchased a brand-new home expecting peace of mind, not to immediately inherit problems that should have been addressed during construction. I should not have to continually fight to have legitimate concerns acknowledged or corrected. At this point, my trust in Lennar has been seriously damaged. I feel that the ***** of workmanship, attention to detail, and customer care has fallen far below what was promised and what any new homeowner should reasonably expect. I hope Lennar takes these concerns seriously, accepts responsibility where appropriate, resolves the outstanding issues, and improves its quality assurance and customer service for future homeowners. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend Lennar to anyone considering purchasing a new-construction home. ... More

My home buying experience was pleasant and I was able to secure a beautiful home!

The staff was knowledgeable and worked well together.

My home buying experience was easier than I expected. Every person involved stayed present during the entire process.

The closing walk through was rushed and the house was not cleaned we told the supervisor and he still didnt got it fixed Also there was scratches marks on the wall counter top

Everyone that I worked with ensured that everything was top notch from start to finish!

Communication was great and the process was generally smooth. Unfortunately, some of the appliances in the home are not of very good quality.

Home buying was quick and easy found the home of my dreams right away thank you lennar.

Builder side was not great. The sales,mortgage and builder sides need to be more consistent and connected.
