I would like to have Lennar know that the ultimate reason for our purchase was the professional service that was given to us by Dennis. From the greeting to our final closing Dennis was an absolute pleasure.

On a whole it was a very nice experience.

Lisa our realtor was great! She answered all our questions in timely manner and made sure we got everything promised to us by the builder. The tile company was easy to work with. The customer service rep. Dave also very responsive. He cares about making sure we are satisfied with all repair issues.

Our sales rep Matt was very instrumental in our decision to be part of the community. He was very accommodating and tried his best to answer all our questions and concerns. As first time home buyers there is always this anxiety of a huge purchase and the process involved. Matt worked with us to ensure the process was smooth and less stressful. We are happy with our home and hopefully will be a part of the community for a long time.

Lennar aesthetically designs very nice homes. They have nailed the advertising, sales, and mortgage process making it so easy to find and purchase a home seamlessly. Quality of interior finishes, choices, and overall craftsmanship is lacking. The Covid related issues of supply chain and labor issues have exacerbated their ability to deliver quality. During the finish construction process, their own workers damage things like cabinets, wood floors, etc before you even move in. - then you as the buyer are forced to chase them to replace and fix everything. From framing that is off plum and bulging walls to gouges out of floors, entry doors that are not sealed, damaged sub floor, boards not screwed down when you walk through the home, - the list goes on. I don’t have a any experience with Lennar pre-Covid - but it seems the same problems exist across the newer homes in the development built during this time. None of the issues can’t be fixed, but it’s not great to move into a brand new home and spend months having them fix things. Whoever runs quality inspections is inept. The people who work for Lennar, from the sales person to customer service reps were very friendly, patient and helpful.

The sales team was awesome, very kind and there for everything that we needed. Lennar accomplished the closing date the committed to. After we gave the initial deposit we were concerned about the negative review we saw online, but our experience has been good overall. Quality of the house is ok (but it is not top luxury). There was 0 flexibility to any type of personalization, which basically gives Lennar full control to put whatever they want in the home. Some this were pending at the moment of closing and it has taken some time for them to be fixed, the priority is to continue to build new homes. Thing have been taken care of eventually after some weeks / months in some cases. Price vs quality overall is good (you get what you pay) comparing to other builders that offer personalization packages that would make it more luxurious but also pumps the price to even 100k+. ... Business is business. They are not the best or the worst.

Reasonable home but numerous areas where cost cutting over quality is obvious. Flooring in particular is awful. Supposedly engineered wood, but the "wood" veneer is extremely thin and fragile, with nicks and scratches evident and no way to repair them easily. Finish on floor is truly terrible. Appliances work but are entry level units in a place that is not entry level price. Insufficient sound absorption material under the "wood" floors allows us to hear the upstairs residents walking around, moving chairs and even talking loudly. More padding beneath the floors would not be expensive and make a huge difference. AC unit is minimal efficiency (12 SEER) and intake is VERY noisy. ... More

Overall the experience was good and I’m enjoying my home. However, there are some things that could have been done better for the price.

They rush the building and closing process, so there are many imperfections that need to be taken care of after. They are very busy, so it takes a long time to get everything up to par. Good floorplans and thought, so-so work especially for "luxury". We are happy overall, but not over the top elated.

Lennar construction have no craftsmanship.My entry door is manufactured defective waiting for replacement. Customer care team can’t do miracles until they get parts. Cunstruction supervisor is trying to finish and sell he doesn’t care about quality . I hope upper management team will do more better

Everything looks really nice and beautiful but when you get close and look at every little thing it is really not done properly. Responsiveness to issues has been super slow and I am having a lot of issues that are not being resolved.

Although I really like the design of the home that was built, I have lots of comments regarding the quality of the products that were used. The quality of the products used were sub-standard. For example, the air handler has the lowest quality rating and is extremely loud. The kitchen cabinets are not designed for maximum use. Many features missing such as shelves. We hear the noise of our neighbors above us and the floors vibrate when the walk. You could do better with the sound barriers. As a recommendation I would be willing to pay more for a higher quality of products and finishes. It feels like the price you set boxed you in the corner for giving a lower quality product. ... More

Sold my first Lennar home and bought a second in the same community. Overall the home is beautiful and Lennar does a great job. But they set the bar high on the first one and fell short of my expectations on this home. They had me close long before I should have. They cheaped out on a lot of things (ex, appliances). I'm almost 2 months in and many basic things still have not been fixed. And I wish they would let you customize a few things.

Price for home is high, also electronics are not good quality.

The quality and quantity of the products installed and the workmanship for a “luxury” condo are disappointing. Wall are not straight, they arc making it hard to hang things evenly. The bathroom sinks and faucets are cheap. And an upgrade package would have been preferable rather than moving in and trying to get contractors. When I looked at Del Webb there was a lovely upgrade package. So all in all disappointing. I do like the size of the condo and the layout of the building.

I wish I could say I am pleasantly surprised but this experience has not been pleasant. Quality of workmanship and products in home are poor. Everyday it is a new issue! There were 16 closings in my neighborhood in November as it was the end of the fiscal year so our 30 day issues were put on hold. I feel sorry for our construction supervisor and our Lennar customer representative, they are both responsive but completely overwhelmed.

For the price of the home I would have expected better quality materials. The amount of construction issues that we've faced as well as damaged, unfixable items like a completely scratched bathtub is unacceptable. Likely my last time going with a large homebuilder as homes are just churned out as quickly as possible.

Attention to details missing in home with many things needing fixing. Construction materials left behind in cabinets and materials blocked up water drainage system. Nice townhome but features and appliances low quality and not worth $900k paid. Expected higher quality product.

I feel the property was not ready for us to move into. I didn't receive mail for over a month because Lennar did not set things up correctly with the post office. My address still does not appear on google maps so it's hard to get deliveries. I'm here almost 2 months & my list of the 30-day repairs have still not been addressed. I'm still missing a screen, a garage door window, etc. Things that should have been taken care of immediately. I have a chipped tile. I have a bathroom sink with a chip. The top of my rangehood needs painting & spackling. I could keep going on. It's very disheartening. ... More
