The process of buying my home through the final move-in was exceptional. The salesperson, Alison, was always available to answer questions and see me through each step. The quality and value of my new home is exactly as I expected. I am very pleased. The builder's team has been and continues to be timely responsive when anything needs to be addressed. How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? How was your experience with the builder’s team? Did they do what they promised? Did they respond to you in a timely fashion?

Overall home buying experience was really good. Lennar is a very trustworthy builder. Only issue in the Carriage home is the quality of flooring is not as good as we expected and make popping / squeaking noises when stepping on some parts of the floor.

It’s a great buy for the money. This home is a place that I know either me or my husband could stay at if something happened to one of us also it’s easy to get around inside.

The sales team was very responsive and The follow up team after closing was excellent, answering questions and fixing any outstanding issues.

From our sales consultant to the mortgage company to the construction engineer they were all so helpful. Extremely friendly and easy to work with. If we had to leave a voicemail or email they were quick to respond. We know we made the right decision to purchase a Lennar home.

The parts you don’t see are spectacular ( furnace, AC, water heater, insulation, electrical, plummeting). What needs attention is the construction team your house gets during the inside construction phase. Way too many visible dents and seems and dented squeaky doors. While Lennar will come back to address these issues, the house deserves better inspection prior to a walk thru. Also, while I understand “ the bottom line” especially during these current economic times, some standard items on the single family homes have been removed For example, soft close hinges on the cabinets. They were originally included. Now only the draws in the kitchen have them. That’s not only a bad business decision, its petty. In this development you now pay an additional $4,000 if you want the refrigerator, washer and dryer. Ridiculous! Its new construction. The claim is that new homeowners complained about the appliance’s. Here’s a suggestion, get a better contract with a different appliance provider. From start to finish it was flawless. Every aspect of home buying was explained throughly. The people Lennar hired are very knowledgeable in what they do which made our purchase so easy.

The purchasing and mortgage experience was great. Abby and Gino were available for all questions and extremely helpful. If you don't use Lennar's closing company you are inconvenienced by closing off site. The home is beautiful. However upon close inspection the workmanship for the internal anesthetics is lacking. The painting was incomplete, the entire shower was not thoroughly grouted, multiple cabinet shelving installed chipped and finally the quality of the flooring was subpar. Lennar has contractors who are not paying their employees minimum wage, are paid under the table, not insured or receiving any type of benefits because they are immigrants or undocumented. Matt has been diligent in working to resolve the construction issues but it is a process and some are still pending and the disposition in unknown. ... More

Good experience.....up to completion....not enough step by step info after move in. Ex. when do sprinklers go on. still waiting for 3 screens.

Builder still hasn’t repaired a few things in my home. Also, it’s difficult to get customer care to respond.

Disappointed with quality of appliances for a $500K+ home. Wasn’t flagged on the planes flying over the community which should have been disclosed. Setup of the laundry room prevents full use of the space. Bedroom carpeting is not up to the standards of the home—flooring should have been consistent with the rest of the home. Would have liked the name of the paint/colors used.

Assistance from Team from sales to Project Manager/support staff with issues has been excellent. The quality could improve and the options when buying were limited or removed - maybe due to rushing to get development finished and closed.

If I lived closer I would have watched through all stages of the build. Also, if I were able to change some of the design and products used as the build progressed, even of I had to pay more to accomplish that.

Lennar allowed us to switch our deposit to a second home when we ran into problems selling our existing home. However, when we were able to switch back to our original choice three weeks later, Lennar increased the price by $5,000. The engineered wood floors showed buckling when we moved in; however, the Customer Service team agreed to replace the.floor where it was damaged.

I love my new home. The experience was very good and the quality of appliances is above average. I would have liked a chance to upgrade to the washing machine used in the single family homes. I did think they could have been better about giving more notice of closing date because I was selling a home at the same time. I also wish I had my own mailbox because I do worry about going over to central boxes in 20 years. The home layout is great and the bathrooms are very nice. Love all the countertop and cabinet space in the kitchen. Some outstanding issues to be resolved but nothing too major. I'd say response to issues is average.
