Great location but quality of the material should have been more better

Buying experience was good but we had few issues in the buying process. Provided different appliances to each individuals. Few got the updated ones. Responsiveness to issues in the house is slow

Really overall good experience. Depends on who you deal with as to response time or update on repair time table. Wish more durable finishes were used

Unhappy with grading and finishing yard work

Lennar Loans are horrible. Rates differ from buyer to buyer. The incentives towards closing cost gets adjusted so that they won’t give back any money towards down payments. Unit with higher cost might pay less emi compared to the units with low cost at same interest rates. First time home buyer be careful of these traps. Constructions wise things are good.

Pleasant, but nothing great. Sales agents are not well informed. Finishing/workmanship is average or below par.

For the price you pay, the quality of the work and materials used are very poor. While their ticket opening system is very easy to use, getting the issues addressed is a whole other matter. Service is extremely slow...if at all. Inspect your house very carefully before you sign anything.

My first impression/house orientation was very bad, the house was not clean at all. After complaining, didn’t get extra chance before final orientation. The house was 90% satisfied in final orientation, still had issues which was resolved later. Paid home insurance myself, informed while signing the paperwork , get a promise for refund however they deduct $200 giving some excuses as mortgage money is shortened by $200. The address issue is the worst part, wrong address was submitted to USPS which was later on corrected however the correct address is still not updated ( complained multiple times) at many places like Peco and many banks. They are not able to find my correct address and i have to struggle to get the address corrected at each and every such institution. This is so frustrating and time consuming. They have provided a kitchen exhaust which supposed to throw the hot air and kitchen oil outside however that is not working even after complaint and my fire alarm triggered multiple times due to the alarm getting hot air from the kitchen. ... The only issues I had with the complete experience was with the mortgage people and their under writers. The mortgage staff were not that responsive and could have cost me a lot extra money by not paying attention to the market and how the interest rate was going up. I would hope that their job was to help people get the best rate and to watch what was happening and advise the buyer to lock in sooner then they did. The sales team and all the construction managers who work on the site have been excellent and are a pleasure to work with.

I have had a lot of problems with this new house and feel i was overcharged compared to my neighbors. The finish work is not good, and appliances are very cheap.

1. Stone on front of home had to be replaced- poor workmanship. 2. Horrendous spackling job in the garage, stairway and storage room. 3. Key to the home does not work in the lock of the door to the house through the garage. 7 weeks later and we still do not have the proper key, which is on order. 4. Stain on front cement porch -still no solution for removal. 5. LENNAR mortgage process was a nightmare. It should be streamlined- instead it is very time- consuming and difficult to navigate. There are too many people involved. There should be one contact person for the whole process to track progress and avoid requests for duplicate information. ... More

Better than I expected

Working with Heather in sales was a great experience. She is helpful and prompt in her responses. We love the layout of our home and what it has to offer and feel that the overall construction is done well. However, the finish drywall and carpentry work leaves much to be desired. The work is the equivalent of a weekend DI wire not a professional builder. The accepted level of finish work shows the construction team’s lack of attention to detail.

Lennar construction team did good job in delivering home on time but there were some issues with windows, stairs, drywall and more. Good thing is construction manager Jim is so good and responsive, he made sure most of my issues were resolved. We’re not happy with sales team. Our sales manager Brighid didn’t provide proper updates about house construction or open issues within the house. Also she wasn’t there during closing formalities neither contacted us before or after closing.

The nail pops, tape and spackling job leave much to be desired. Of course, the builder only wants to make these repairs once in the whole house after a year has transpired. The job is very unsightly! Otherwise, we are happy with our house and community.

Meh, love the inside but have been having issues

Our home is beautiful, but for the price we paid, for a brand new home, there have been a lot of problems. Most of these are due to trying to put up too many homes so quickly and lack of attention to detail.

Home buying process is easy. Home consultants - good Incentives - good Quality of homes - poor Service level - poor Quality of finish - poor

Not able to provide level floors and will only fix to a certain extent. Super noticeable. Very unhappy.

Please check every inch before buying the home, as this is you own house.

We have no cable like we were promised they never ran wires in the wall. They were not truthful to us one showing us through the house . Wi-Fi is very weak. Hard to speak on your cell phone because of that problem that they refuse to address.

Homebuying process was simple if somewhat rushed. The biggest issue is the lack of noise abatement between our home and the home below us. We can hear every footstep from the unit below us. This is unacceptable and Lennar does not seem to care since we now own it.

Weird customer service experience with Lennar. Seems like they are rushing through closings and leaving too many outstanding items to be fixed after I moved in. House is nice and I’m happy I bought it but Lennar as a company has not impressed me at all.. quite the opposite.
