Great floor plan, willing to negotiate on price, employees were knowledgeable and helpful.

My experience was great. I enjoyed the process from the beginning to the end. The builders done a good job. The only problem was trash everywhere but it was clean during my walk through. I love my new home. I get to make many memories. The best is yet to come.

Our sales agent was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend Kate. Most everybody we had direct contact with was also very helpful including Steve at Inspection however, much of the repairs and touchups from inspection were not completed and we are still waiting for follow up on a damaged door. Follow through at delivery was disappointing.

First time buyer with Lennar properties. From start to finish was about a month and probably the easiest transaction Ive done in real estate. The home was exactly what we wanted, in our price point, and the financing through Lennar was a wonderful surprise at the rate we got. Jessica was our property manager, and she was absolutely phenomenal in answering any questions we had and making sure we were happy with our home and when an issue came to be She was very responsive and helped solve within a day.

I felt the quality of the building the villa was rush and I keep finding things that need to be addressed. The house is beautiful, but the craftsmanship needs improvement

Everyone I physically talked to and met was awesome and very helpful in the experience. However, Lennar mortgage and the people that work there were an absolute nightmare to deal with. Highly would recommend new people to replace the current ones there; they were rude and quite problematic constantly.

Overall I am happy with my decision to buy a Lennar home. Not all things were fully explained. Otherwise, the location and quality of home is very good.

Again, being old school, customer service means just that: serving the customer, regardless of how inconvenient!

I should not be so surprised that a production builder would do things just good enough to close and hope the homeowners would not notice. This was our third different home built by a production builder and they are all the same. Over promise and under deliver. I feel that they strive for mediocrity. Overall quality would seem to be what you would get from a house half the price.

The craftsmanship of the home, the follow through at closing, the home was not clean, and over all customers service was lacking in every way.

My husband and I were blown away with our experience with Lennar! We are absolutely in love with our home and so thankful that we chose Lennar for our first home! They were incredible with communication and helped make the process incredibly easy, which as first time home buyers we greatly appreciated. Mike was amazing through out our new home orientation and made sure to throughly explain everything to us and what to look out for in the future with our home! Thank you so much Lennar for helping us get into the most perfect first home!!!

The process, start to finish was well handled and communication was excellent from the sales process through closing.

Our experience with Lennar has been extremely disappointing. We had multiple serious issues with our new home, including a cracked slab, clogged sewer lines that resulted in raw sewage backing up into our home, and significant A/C problems. The biggest issue was that we simply did not have confidence in our superintendent to properly address these problems or do the right thing for us as homeowners. At one point, I ended up spending $1,200 out of pocket to get the A/C issues corrected because we could not rely on Lennar to resolve them properly. For a new home and the amount of money we invested, we expected much better quality, communication, and accountability. People like Amy ***** and Justin the on site manager who showed us the home were the two driving factors behind my ratings. They were always cheerful and provided excellent feedback and support throughout everything!

Although I have only been in my home a short time I'm happy so far. Everyone I've worked with have been very professional, friendly, and the home seems to be fully functional with everything working just fine, and in good shape so far, and I love the community!

All the individuals we worked with from beginning to end were OUTSTANDING! My biggest concern is quality of materials used in home and some workmanship issues. Materials need to be upgraded! I am very UNHAPPY on how my driveway looks! It is very blotchy and permanent. This is due to the contractor doing a bad pour or bad troweling. It is terrible that Lennar feels they don't need to warranty this due to it being cosmetic.
