During your new home owner's orientation, make sure you go over every nook and cranny. Ask a lot of questions, take a lot of notes, and make sure you bring these notes with you for the final walk through. Please don't misunderstand, Lennar has been very responsive at addressing every concern, although some took longer than others to remediate, but I feel there were too many minor details that were overlooked in the quality control process that make me feel like this project was rushed.

I am overall satisfied with the service. The only thing regarding paint on wall. It might be thin because of new and first time. but very thin layer which comes out with easy press. otherwise all is good.

We had a great experience with Lennar up until the end. But 2 days before close they sent us an updated survey showing that 60% of our lot was unusable due to easements and buffers. It turns out that had been planned prior to us ever going under contract but was never disclosed. They essentially backed us into closing by waiting until we’d already sold our other home to tell us this. They didn’t sod half of our yard and left construction debris in it. I would NEVER do business with them again. Highly deceptive. Their employees we interacted with along the way on the ground level were good ...

Lennar is more interested in quantity not quality. To many repairs had to be done after final walk thru. Other repairs having to take place after moving in.

Do not expect any consideration after your deposit. Once the sale is made, the developer ceases to care.

My home was delivered with very few minor issues which were quickly remedied within 24 to 48 hours. Overall from initial look at the community to closing, the Lennar team was very responsive and helpful. I am very happy with my new home!

This national builder does not live up to its promises. The representatives are either lying or don’t know their business. The closing was a slapstick scene from a comedy, but we weren’t laughing. The follow up to fix outstanding items has been a nightmare. Several repairs have required multiple visits. No one from the builder will take responsibility, everyone just passes the buck. Mediocre finished product and horrid customer service from the builder.

First our closing process was the most stressful and unprofessional as you can experience. Pushed , delayed, communication was poor and even threatened to lose our house . Wouldn't lock us in till 2 weeks before close with very little notice , tried to jack our rates up . Building process was same , using subcontractors with poor work inside and out. And been a nightmare getting fixed , tried to force DocuSign without completing work. NOT EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED as lennar states, they changed our wall color with no choice but accept. No warranty for landscaping at all , paint is sloppy , ...

Lennar uses limited flexibility in options/changes approach to hold schedules tightly. That's good thing as you know it up front. On the downside, our house required significant effort to make it livable due to Lennar cost cutting : no towel racks, inadequate closet hardware, no light fixtures, etc. We had several minor quality issues, all of which were quickly fixed with the help of the Lennar customer support rep. And the "smart" home features are really nice!

Cutting too many corners, bathroom ceiling downlights that replace a $40 fixture with a $5 fixture but make it virtually impossible for the homeowner to come back and add proper lights. Elimination of any kitchen/breakfast lights and dining room light that are of really poor quality---in a half million dollar plus house. Then there are things like the carpet and padding which is of such poor quality that it has to be replaced in a couple of year, it is the lowest of the low end--wall paint where you can see the brush strokes because the painters watered it down so much to meet their budget ...

The whole process was not what I expected. The sales person was not truthful in some of her statement i don't believe she cared about how i felt as a buyer. They could do alot better with helping you set up your smart home. They want you to pay someone to come out and set the equipment up when I think it should have been properly set up when we moved in. We been here for 2 months and still can't get the keyless door to work. Lennar needs to be a little more focus on the customers experience.

Overall we felt that we are cheated on the quality of the workmanship and the material. They are rushing with the construction process and hence compromising on the quality. During construction hard to get updates and clarification on any concerns we had. They even close the house before fully ready. The warranty process is awfully bad...The list will go on and on...
