Lennar charged me an excessive daily fee for delayed closing beyond my control. The sales rep was callous and insensitive,. She tried very hard to take my home from me in order for Lennar a multi billion dollar company to benefit from the drastic increase in housing prices in the 8 months since I signed the contract which was before building began. I felt terrorized and victimized.. It was very traumatic

We had a great homebuyibg experience with Lennar. From the very start and dealing with Vic all the way to final walk through with Thomas we always felt like we in the right place. Glad to call Lennar home!

Tony our CM. Construction Mgr. was unbelievable throughout the process. He communicated with us regularly. He made this build happen on time during a terrible time for builders. Very satisfied with product an service.

My experience as a first time home buyer was great. All of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. Lennar mortgage made the process easy to get pre approved and receive a final approval in time for closing. The overall building experience with the construction manager Joe made this experience stress less. He kept me abreast of realistic timelines throughout the building and notified me expeditiously when delays were foreseen. The quality of materials used to build my home makes me comfortable and confidence that I made the right decision to build with Lennar. I absolutely love my new home and would recommend anyone seeking to build their new home with Lennar. From the beginning to the end if I had any questions or comments they were answered.

There are pros and cons with Lennar. Overall, the pros are greater than the cons. I would like to say my building experience was exceptional, but we waited a long time to sign the contract to lock in our build. We visited Gambill Forest in September 2020 and didn't sign a contract until February 2021. Once they started building in May 2021, things started to move along more quickly. We closed in September 2021. One of the cons is we couldn't move into the house after closing because it was filthy. Not move in ready. After we moved in there were and still are minor issues. I wish Lennar gave the buyer more purchase options i.e., have the garage painted and finished, hang towel racks in the bathrooms, install ceiling fans etc. We love our home, but some of the workmanship is shoddy. I am happy for the one year warranty. Overall, I would suggest Lennar to potential buyers but I would definitely tell them to be extremely vigilant and stay on top of builders. ... More

I had a great experience with Lennar

Some of the items that we had gone through on the walk through for punch list did not get done. I was told they would take care of it even after the closing but then when I tried to follow up after the closing I was immediately shuffled off to the warranty department. This caused a problem because we were not planning on occupying the house right away ...so now in order to get everything done I have to fly in or drive-in to meet whomever needs to fix their work. The work that they did fix in time was done well. And their defense are closing had to be done in 30 days so I understand the tide pressure And while they were not able to get it done I just wish that we weren't shuffled off to warranty department because that is a much slower and more difficult process. ... Our new home experience was great, construction manager was really helpful in getting the things on time, and assisted us with all our questions every single time. Looking forward to start our journey at Lennar and enjoy our home.

Do not buy Lennar Homes

Move in was delayed due to not passing inspection for foundation. Was delayed 2 months and due to scrambling to move the date back up after we were told it would be a 3 months delay we was forced to pay a per diem fee while we waited for the appraisal, since they moved the move in date up on us last minute

Love our new Lennar home. Build was completed on time and most issues were minor and fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Lennar employees have been a pleasure to deal with. Community has great potential, however still waiting on some promised amenity’s from Lennar.

Quick response in addressing any issues. Attentive to homeowner's concerns. Very good customer service and cares about their workmanship and it impacts the homeowner.

From the time I walked into the model, it has been a top notch experience! Realtor was great through the whole process. So helpful! Construction Manager was so in point, kept me in the loop with everything. Responded very quickly with every question or email! The NHO/TLC was so worth the time! Very informative, now that’s a must have experience. I wouldn’t trade my Lennar home experience with any other builder!

The LENNAR team we worked with throughout the home building process was first class! From the time we decided to purchase our home and even until now, weeks after we have settled in the team has been responsive and beyond helpful. We experienced building a home during unprecedented supply shortages and we were always kept up to date knowing timelines weren’t always set in stone due to the environment and not the builder. If there was item I would call out as subpar it is the paint or primer that is used to paint the interior of the home. We will definitely need to paint the entire inside of the home within the next year but even with that being said we love our new home and highly recommend LENNAR!!!! ... More
