The process in the application was ok, however, information regarding what was covered and offered, was not clearly explained. The price for HOA dues were incorrectly quoated which caused some descrepiency with the HOA once moved in, HOA stating the price was higher. I have yet to speak to a HOA Rep. with a live voice, I only get e-mails, which some are just a paste and resend copy from a previous onversation. There were issues such as broken blind, structural repairs needed, paint issues, wiring issues, grass spots missing in yard which is still messed up and it has been 5 months. The ...

Slow to respond to issues. Shady in advertising and promotions. Make sure they give you the right keys if you do buy, or you’ll be like me, locked out of your own home on moving day.

I purchased a new construction D. R. Horton property in June 2018. I decided to upgrade to a larger home and purchased a Lennar home in November 2019. The longer I live in the Lennar home I realized D. R. Horton is a better quality builder. The Lennar quality is just not there. The drywall is so thin you can't hang a lightweight picture without reinforcement. The wood flooring has several chips in places my family and I could not have damaged it. For example behind the toilet in the half bath. The ceiling still shows major flaws, corners of walls, not really corners have curves. The lawn is ...

I have been pleased with Lennar. Our home buying experience was fairly easy. A few bumps along the way that wasn’t solely Lennar’s fault. They did their best to fix the issues within a timely manner. The build of my home was beautiful.

Poor taping and mudding, white paint spots on the floor everywhere, doors that were not properly hung, poor fitting screens on windows that allow bugs to get in, nails/concrete/trash left on lot and behind lot, light fixture quality poor, laminate floor quality poor, garage door hung improperly causing excessive noise/vibration, wire shelving in closets bows under any weight,

The agent was amazing and she worked out a fantastic price. Worked with us on our time table to sell old house and was just an overall great person. The neighborhood is top notch and is the primary reason to move here. However!! The workmanship on the model home shows they rushed it and cut many corners. Flooring is uneven, ceiling dry walking was poorly done, Ethernet runs are bad, rokus access points are pointless, base boards already coming off and random holes where dry wall should meet in tiny corners. We knew what we were getting and accepted it. They just should have never built it ...

We were 100% satisfied with our experience in building a home with Lennar. The sales staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The workmanship was good and the responsiveness to a couple of issues was prompt and the issues were resolved satisfactorily and quickly. I would recommend building a Lennar home.

Well we moved in and were told if there are any problems there a web page put all your problems there....If to bought a phone and I told you that there was a web site to go to if you have connection problems and you can't get on line how would you feel ?we have nails backing out..flooring problems..and paint that has piled back drive way cracks and you can't even have someone stop by know instead you send out surveys to make you feel better See how good we are..Ya no.....word of mouth go's a long way
