Great house, I love it

Drywall and paint was terrible

Lennar made building my home a painless and efficient process. Super nice, helpful and responsive!

Our construction manager, Sara, was there from before the foundation was poured to answer any questions we had along the way until and even after closing she was there to make sure any issues were resolved. She was always prompt, polite, and professional despite the numerous other projects she was overseeing simultaneously. Our customer service rep, Britainie, was always immediate not only with her response, but also with resolving any issue we brought to her attention both prior to and after our closing. We had a great experience working with Eleanor at Tree Tops. She was always willing to answer questions and her incredible patience helping with choosing the right home until we closed on it was very comforting . We were also impressed with foreman Jon and his updates on construction during the process. He was with us until every detail was completed to our satisfaction. Truly a great team and we couldn't be happier here in the Tree Tops community. Thank you !

Paint is too cheap Amd hard to clean would pay more for better paint per unit ...

Lennar still builds the best home for the money in Waxhaw NC, but they need to get their act together on quality of work and ease of working with customers. My main suggestion is always pay the extra $500 to your personal home inspector for a complete report even though its a brand new house.

Lindsey and Eric have been awesome. Every minor issue was addressed quickly and with follow up. They have been wonderful to deal with.

The house is well insulated, but the lightning and bathroom fixtures need to upgraded. Who ever you are using to finish the yard need to be replaced, because the grade of the back of the house could have been done better, and they just throw the sod down.

All of the staff from Angela to Phillip to Marie have always been attentive and provided me with any information that I was requesting. They are all a pleasure to work with!!

I feel comfortable in my new home. The builders got done surprisingly quick. The quality is good.

The process in the application was ok, however, information regarding what was covered and offered, was not clearly explained. The price for HOA dues were incorrectly quoated which caused some descrepiency with the HOA once moved in, HOA stating the price was higher. I have yet to speak to a HOA Rep. with a live voice, I only get e-mails, which some are just a paste and resend copy from a previous onversation. There were issues such as broken blind, structural repairs needed, paint issues, wiring issues, grass spots missing in yard which is still messed up and it has been 5 months. The insulation is weak. You can hear conversations throughout the house from upstairs to downstairs. During the WALK-Thru, we were informed by Construction Rep., all issues be taken care of after the closing, it is quite apparent it was not, and just a, if we get you to sign, our job is done. The house is a beautiful plan, but extremely "POORLY" built in construction. The Money that is spent to to purchase what we thought would be our "Dream Home" has been dampen by the issues, and the process in getting the issues corrected. In "Hind-Sight", I almost regret cancelling my Agreement with Taylor Morrison Homes, the construction and warranty of the home was "Elite". Lennar offered more features, but, is it worth the long-term hassels? I guess you would have to turn the old saying around, "You Don't Get What You Pay For" !! ... More

From the beginning it was a great experience. Whenever we had questions or issues they were resolved very quickly. I would definitely recommend the builder.

Mediocre at best.

The Imagery Lennar team has been exceptional from purchase to closing. Our house was completed ahead of schedule and the team has been very responsive with our warranty request. We've recommended Imagery to all of our friends!

Slow to respond to issues. Shady in advertising and promotions. Make sure they give you the right keys if you do buy, or you’ll be like me, locked out of your own home on moving day.

Everything went well and we love our home

I purchased a new construction D. R. Horton property in June 2018. I decided to upgrade to a larger home and purchased a Lennar home in November 2019. The longer I live in the Lennar home I realized D. R. Horton is a better quality builder. The Lennar quality is just not there. The drywall is so thin you can't hang a lightweight picture without reinforcement. The wood flooring has several chips in places my family and I could not have damaged it. For example behind the toilet in the half bath. The ceiling still shows major flaws, corners of walls, not really corners have curves. The lawn is ridiculously rocky and literally have trash under the glass. I believe the yard should have at least been clean before laying sod. Those are the major issue, There are another dozen or so minor issues. I must say these issues are not the fault of the employees I worked with directly, they were absolutely great. ... More

I have been pleased with Lennar. Our home buying experience was fairly easy. A few bumps along the way that wasn’t solely Lennar’s fault. They did their best to fix the issues within a timely manner. The build of my home was beautiful.
