Not a realizable builder to construct your dream home. Lennar is not responsive and still there are preclosig items pending even after 5 months of closing .

Lennar has an amazing team of people. They made the home buying process as painless and possible, using Lennar home mortgage also made it easier. I love that they still physically check on you periodically, after you've closed! If that's not awesome, I don't know what is.

Everything was completed on or ahead of schedule. The team was honest and responsive to any questions or concerns. Happy to report everything went perfectly. It’s obvious there is a lot of experience to make the process run so smoothly. Thank you.

Building process went great with my builder, Clayton. After closing follow up has been difficult. Current construction in the neighborhood has trench my yard over and over, blocked my driveway on multiple occasions and I have had two flat tires driving through the neighborhood. My advice is to not buy when the neighborhood is still in process. The builder does not respect the already losed homeowners.

I was told that my property in the back would be level that was definitely not true , it is very difficult with the slopes and valleys . and also there are landscaping trees that are missing in the back which would Help with my safety from the main street . I have been denied twice concerning the fence in my yard due to the property lines.

We love the community we’re in. Overall, the home is solid, but quality of some materials could be improved. Dry wall and trim work need more attention to detail. The one area of disappointment for us was flooring options. Only three choices to choose from and one of those was carpet (no way). Lennar offers what they offer and anything you want to add or make changes to is on you with after market costs.

The process was so simple and enjoyable. The whole team was so sweet and always went above and beyond. Their response time was always within a hour or 2. Had so many wonderful options and floor plans to pick from to make the home feel custom and fit our needs exactly. The only downside is we ended up with a storm drain in our backyard so the whole yard is at a slant and not usable space.

I like lennar home. I own 2 lennar homes one in Florida and one in Charlotte, NC

I like my house but I find that the builder is not responsive to problems

We love our new home by Lennar. So glad we found them during our relocation to the south. They made our transition and home buying worth it all.

So far Lennar has been very responsive to any issues we ‘be had with our home. Ours was a spec home and contractor grade flooring fixtures etc I would definitely upgrade your flooring it’s the worst we’ve ever had.

Beautiful home with all the modern upgrades included. Warm inviting neighborhood with plenty of activities for all !

Great sales people.

I have lived in my Lennar home for almost six months now. I have come to find out that pretty much all the materials used in the building of my townhome are the cheapest product available. If given a choice I wouldn't buy a home from this company again.

Boy have I changed my opinion, and not for the better.

Nice brand new home but you'll notice quickly that the materials used are not high quality!

After living in the home for a few months we have found the level of craftsmanship to be below average. The yards they put in are already weed filled and we have had landscape companies advise the sod needs removed the soil needs treated and yard will need re sodded if we want to have a lawn however they stated that with the neighbors lawns being as bad and worse than ours it’s going to be a never ending battle. Also, the drywall finish is a joke. We have removed all ceiling light fixtures and use only lamps because the ceilings are an embarrassment I hate to even have people in the spare bedrooms it’s so bad. We also had a company come in and fix all the nail pops in the downstairs (we did this within the first month because it was so bad). We were aware we purchased a tract home and knew the quality would be less than any custom home. However, never did we think it would be this bad. I would also tell new buyers to be very aware of the “deals” advertised we purchased a home that met all criteria for the “summer deals package” and once we had a agreed on a purchase price we were then told we would NOT be given the advertised “deal” which is very frustrating as neighbors received this deal and those homes did not even meet the criteria. I have reached out numerous times to try to get an explanation as to why we were denied these incentives with NO answer. It’s very frustrating. Excellent experience all around!

The builders completely missed our change request order, had we not found it ourselves by driving by, it would have not been caught u til too late. This happened twice during the build. And don’t even think about trying to use their financing company, most unprofessional and joke of a lending company

I was promised during my walk through that the huge hill of mud beside my home would be removed. It is also being used as a trash dump. Been over 4 months now and absolutely nothing has been done about it. If you drive down the alley behind Caite ridge road you can’t miss it under the power line. I guess since all homes on that street are sold it no longer matters.

Lennar does there best to guide you through the complete home buying process.

Lennar responds quickly to any issues, however their resolution process is poor. These are not high quality homes, however they are priced appropriately for the product quality.

Many issues still remain. Still upset that we were promised a refrigerator but did not receive it. Bought during April when they had the special but we did not receive it.

The home is above average in construction but there are a number of things that need to be fixed. The construction appears to have been rushed and a number of items still need to be done even though it has been a few months since closing. Trees that were promised to be replaced by the agent haven't been replaced. We were told it was too hot to replace them this past summer, but no effort has been made to replace them since summer. Always get things in writing, even though I didn't do thst.
