Very stressful from start to finish. I closed in early March and still don't have a working dishwasher.

Find another builder! Buying a home from Lennar has been one the most stressful things I've ever experienced. If I had it to do over, I would not use a builder as large as Lennar. I would do my homework and I'd use a smaller company with a good reputation. My home closed in early March 2021, it's mid-May and I still don't have a working dishwasher. That is just one of a number of things that have made for an unpleasant experience.

Not a reliable builder to depend on for one’s dream home

Not a realizable builder to construct your dream home. Lennar is not responsive and still there are preclosig items pending even after 5 months of closing .

Definitely did not do quality work. Fir as much as I paid I could have chosen a better builder.

They state they’re the leading builder of QUALITY homes, which demonstrate COMMITMENT to customers, OUTSTANDING construction, and dedication to EXCELLENCE in homebuying. In our experience, they do not practice what they promote or have written as their core priniples; Quality —- Value —- Integrity. From the beginning of our home buying experience (started June 2018), to our current new homeowner status (moved in late spring 2019), we do not find we’ve been given the quality, value or integrity we’ve been promised. No detail to attention or considerations on how things are built - poor quality overall, lots of mistakes and defects. If you are asking for trouble and stress for life, then work with Lennar
