We are pleased with home workmanship. That said, we are not pleased with the response from Lennar regarding the condition of the sod on the property. During a walk thru on May 5 with project manager, we discussed the poor condition of sod. Up to 4 pieces were replaced and that was still not enough. I have a $115 water bill due, so I know it’s not for lack of watering dead sod. I asked Lennar repeatedly what they will do. We were first time homebuyers. Lennar really impressed me because of how effortless they make it to buy a home. Everything basically being in house helped tremendously. The same people we dealt with from day 1 were there until closing day. We toured 11 different neighborhoods and Lennars stole the show. The houses looked great, the neighborhood looked awesome and we couldn’t be happier we decided to buy from Lennar. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

Mark was extremely professional and friendly and made us feel very comfortable on our final walkthrough. Every item that was either noted by Lennar and (importantly) our personal inspector, was corrected. It should be pointed out that most items were very minor, but it demonstrated Lennar’s commitment to quality workmanship.

This was my first home and truth be told, it probably would’ve been better to go through the builder than have a realtor. Once you get past the beginning part, the rest is smooth. Lennar answered all of my questions and responded in a timely matter.

Trent was condescending and only responded when he was making requests and Mary is a liar. This is my first home, BUT it definitely is not my forever home.

Traci the onsite agent was amazing!! She went over and beyond to get me and my daughter into the home we wanted with in our budget. She is definitely an asset to the Lennar family. The lender John was also amazing he is extremely thorough and made sure all needed paperwork was received upfront. Underwriting never came back asking for any additional documents. I lived out of state when I bought my home and was looking for an easy process being remote. Lennar was exceptional! From the buying to the building, I was given so much helpful information being out of the area. My builder, Ben, went above and beyond to send me pictures and updates so I could track the progress. The quality is phenomenal as well as reinforced by my private inspection which went smoothly. I’ve already gotten many compliments on the design of the home and materials. The house is great, and we love the neighborhood. The home is well built and any issues we have had have been promptly addressed. Our concierge was not helpful at any point, and scheduling with them was definitely not easy for working parents. Hopefully they do actually provide a service to others. However, our closing day was a nightmare, with the Lennar Mortgage Team majorly dropping the ball and causing our closing lawyers appointment to run past 6pm on a Friday, after hours of waiting on them to do their part. Initial sales process was great and very responsive Once we booked and paid advance all sales vanished and services was very poor and rude staff Not much help and emails are very rude after booking No friendly staff

Right after I signed they had a new promotion and lennar wouldn't adjust to that. The new promotion literally came 1 week after the contract. Such a bad experience as a customer.

This is my second home. I decided to go with Lennar mortgage for financing the home due to all the incentives they offered and this was the biggest mistake. The loan officer seemed very inexperienced. My closing was pushed back and when it was my day to close I make it to the attorneys office and my closing package hadn’t made it there. So I was at the attorneys office for over 4 hours. I love the home and neighborhood. The warranty team is excellent, very responsive.

Communication up until warranty request is poor.

Quality of the build is not good. In particular, the carpentry is poor quality. Most door frames and window trim is beat up. Doors hung improperly, bottoms of interior doors are rough, cut crooked. Any imperfection was covered with massive amounts of caulk. Every door jamb is cut too high and caulked sloppily. There are chunks missing from crown and baseboards. Anywhere there is a stop on the baseboards is just raw and sloppy looking. Crown molding around the tops of kitchen cabinets, is very wide and caulked at least .5" or more onto the grey crown.
