Good buying experience for me

Lennar is trust worthy and they explained everything before our decision to buy house.

When I wasn’t sure how to get started in adding my smart home devices in the Ring app, he offered great assistance in removing those unreachable plastic tabs from the already installed Ring devices in the house.

They always responded quickly to my concerns and the did an excellent job

I was wary of buying a house in this market because of previous negative experiences with other builders. The Lennar team completely changed my attitude for the better. From the initial appointment, I was given all the information needed to make a conscious decision. They were able to help me find a home in my budget with nearly everything on my wishlist and in the perfect location. Once building began, the project manager stayed on top of everything and kept me abreast when covid delayed the process (mostly materials). We only missed the initial closing date by a few weeks. Lennar builds a high quality home at a fair price. They also stand behind their home. My wife and I am very satisfied with our home. The home was completed within one day of promised date.

Lennar stood out for the affordability and amount of amenities received with the home purchase! All of the sales, staff, and neighbors were great. Our construction manager, Vinny, made sure we had everything we needed, and understood the functionality of our home. Glad our realtor , Mike led us here.

Had a great experience buying from Lennar.

My only complaint is the grading of the lot. I paid about 26k for a premium lot with a backyard that is almost unusable. Plus the sides are like valleys of hills to channel water in between the houses.

Our Lead Builder, Jesse, was outstanding. Great communication skills and very genuine. Pleasure to do business with. Our home is well constructed and we couldn't be happier. Thank you!

The buying process was great.

The buying experience was great. Everything went smoothly and every response was quick. I feel that they delivered quality better than I anticipated. So it is a good value for money. However the post sale service is not so good. There was no guidance on the electronic security system and till date I have not seen any feedback on that. Even for small repair they have very rigid time schedule which means you need to take leave for getting anything in the house. So the happiness of getting good home got mixed up with poor service.

The experience overall has been great. Some warrantee work has been slow but not to bad. The house is great and we love it.

The builders were very communicative and kept me updated on the progress and steps from time to time.
