Lot of imperfections and defects from day 1

Many defects found from day 1 with majority are related to flooring, finishing and garage concrete slope issues which are not identified and given an option to blue tape to us at the time of orientation. Customer service has mentioned that some of them are supposed to be identified before closing and are handled as per the warranty terms. I wish the construction quality is better.

Lennar should work on improving construction quality. Builder’s quality check is a joke. Construction managers waits till the last moment or goes beyond closing of the house to perform the required corrections. As a result - rushed work and multiple iterations are required.

Below par quality. Lot of cosmetic issues. You charge premium price but your house quality is far below than premium From the issues I see looks like there is no quality inspection done for cosmetic issues before handing over to customer. Pathetic paint job. Grade C. Cleanliness issues Take the accountability. Value the customer and be respectful.

Not a bad experience but definitely could be improved. Sales people don't handle the stuff professionally, too many emails are something which worries but handling this scale is also not an easy thing as well. I hope they either slow down or add more staff so that they can handle customers professtionally. They need support staff before sales who can listen to the customers complains.

My home was first to get close on Phase 4 (Smithfarm) , Internet and address was 2 issues after move. Internet issue got resolved after a week whereas address issue is have not resolved even after 1 and half month ( clear communication gaps between builder and usps). Overall construction manager has done great job on this home. Great community.

The buying process was fairly smooth. The home itself is beautiful, but definitely disappointed overall in the quality now that I am moved in. Issues arising as time goes on - major one being electrical work. An outlet in the garage was not working right off the bat - it was installed improperly. That was foreshadowing for the electrical issues that have arisen with breakers constantly tripping and lights and fans flickering. Buying a new home through Lennar was not our first time building a new home. While Lennar promotes "high end" packages, they fail to look at the whole picture. For example, the bathrooms had brushed nickel faucets, however, the toilet paper holder and towel rings were cheap chrome. The brushed nickel bathroom lights are the cheapest builder grade lights. Our hardwood flooring is covered in glue, and they have not been responsive about getting it cleaned properly. We have stayed home 3 times for scheduled repairs that nobody showed up for. Never was called to let us know. Since the last time nobody has called to reschedule the repair. Once Lennar receives your money watch out.

Have to argue with construction managers, they will agree with the issue but reluctance to fix even structural issues also some of them I left as I am not able to continue my argument. After closing customer care will not accept those issues .

I bought my 1st house in 2018 and that was from Lennar Construction. We liked a lot and that quality of construction and service made us to go again with Lennar for my 2nd house too. From the the beginning till closing, started facing issues both from Sales and Construction Manager (CM) and they were very arrogant in not responding in addressing our concerns/clarifications. CM gave us false promises and made us hurry during final walkthrough and promised in addressing few concerns but never responded later.
