Overall, I am happy with my home. My salesperson Matt was awesome - he went above and beyond before and after the sale to ensure my needs were addressed. There were definitely some corners cut and some of the materials were on the cheap side, but I would surmise this would be true of any large corporate builder. I did not have the best communication from the construction manager, which impacted the level of trust I had in the work and quality. Since closing, the Lennar team has been very helpful and responsive to identified issues and have addressed them in a timely manner. I wish greater ...

The quality of the products and the workmanship is really very bad compared it to the other similar companies and even Lennar in other states.

They did not kept their promises and I ended up buying rates down and spend more in the closing. Do not recommended using Lennar mortgage.

Listens to my concerns but takes time to fix them

Issues with lawn still looking like crap but is scheduled for this week. Much crap in back yard since closing at end of August but I cleaned much of it up yesterday (Oct.24) as I am having family visit this week. One of closet doors is not closing shut but I need to put in a ticket shortly to correct. When closing, called up Lennar lawyer for possible mortgage but never got back to me. This wasn't a main problem as I paid cash for the house instead.

The quality of the house is very very low. It was my second home purchase and found very low quality material and definitely used unprofessional labor to construct these houses. During my orientation I put correction items, but guess how much additional correctional items they added. It was so frustrating dealing with all these and pushing further out to correct and looks like they will never get done. They missed a lot of items to install in the house. The construction manager is just in a rush to get it over than releasing a quality product. I find huge number of issues on daily basis and have to keep raising tickets which is really overhead for me.

Our experience with Lennar is that outside of the construction managers, there is a substantial lack of follow through and integrity.

Home Buying with Lennar was good, their sales agents were always there when required. Since i was not a localite to the place i bought i had to rely on Lennar sales agents for my home. There are few things that could have been done better when it comes to materials and the way the appliances are put in, also since it was my first home i expected the sales agent to explain what are the postivies atleast to me to make sure i am not missing anything in my home.

My experience with the Lennar Lender Rep was not good at all from beginning to end. Very poor communication and responsiveness, poor update related to my loan. Pushing automated emails was good enough for him, but communication was the worse experience I've had. The material used for the home fell short and the seller and construction manager did their best to address all issues. Quality of the material is not good, plastic fixtures, painting was subpar. The foundation of the home, flooring and space design seems solid so far. I expect some issues out of a new home, but wish for better ...

Lennar has an an Organized process for home building and delivery. It also has a well defined process for post delivery warranty related issues. Lennar delivered what was promised. Supply related delays were beyond anybody’s control. However, l kept on receiving updates regarding delays. Overall good experience.

Safety Issue - door deadbolts don't work + floors

(1) The deadbolt on our back door worked intermittently for awhile, but doesn't work at all now (seven weeks after move-in). The front door works manually when forced, but the automatic locking fails. We can hear it trying, so it isn't the electronics. (2) The floors look weird in some spots. It is hard to explain. It looks as if something has spilled. All & all we are satisfied, but the deadbolt issue is a big deal.

Sales representative Mary Ann is the very rude and not responsive to address the question and refuse to meet in person despite repeated attempts. Home orientation session is rushed and don’t cover everything but expect the DocuSign be signed which makes it one way and not two way. Overall, Lennar do not have customer empathy as a service and not a satisfactory feeling. They are not trust worthy when reported the damage on delivery and don’t practice the code uniformly. I will not buy a home with Lennar next time

In the seven weeks since closing, have had an electrician in the home three times fixing an obvious mis-wiring issue (no lights can come on in one room unless lights on in another room) and two electrical boxes that were backyard-rigged with no to code. Have also had support out to fix the water heater, fix property drainage issues, for windows that needed fixing, and still waiting on doors to be fixed (on a month long waiting list). Additionally, one section of the irrigation system was installed without sprinkler heads, and that issue I've been promised would be fixed three times, ...
