Finishing of edges are not good. Counter top base finishing is not properly. Garage out side liner also not installed and aligned. My construction manager is Ryan.

Building process slow due to supply issues. Minor quality issues upon moving in, but soon to be resolved. Lennar Mortgage company a waste of tone, very poor Customer relations and constant requests for more and more data . Even required my Wife’s initial Naturalization papers after being a US Citizen for over 50 years ! Supposed to gain access to community website after a short time, but already here for 7 weeks and no contact. So very poor community relationship.

Our overall experience with Lennar was excellent! From our initial inquiries with Derrick up to Home Delivery with Kim and John! They were all accommodating, patient and detailed. They made sure we were heard, and they addressed all our concerns and questions promptly. We love our new home! There was only 1 thing unpleasant. We tried to get initial preapproval with one of Lennar’s Loan Officer. When I complained about HVAC - response was "It is not life threatening and it will take time to get it done. Now they have postponed one more week - after 10 days". You will hear gaps in the doors, on the VPC floor. None of your requests will be addressed at any stage of the process. Better to stay away from Lennar in future, if possible.

I absolutely love the location and community. The workmanship is quite good, and I'm pleased with my purchase. The construction manager, Sam, provided top-notch service, and he went out of his way to assist me several times. Sam was the bright spot. My experience elsewhere was disappointing, to say the least. The quality, attention to detail and amenities of our Lennar townhome is impressive. We love the layout of our new townhome. Our salesman Matt was great. He was thorough and would research and promptly reply to any question we had. Our constriction manager Sam was amazing. He was very responsive to any issue we had. Our family's experience with Lennar, unfortunately, has been TERRIBLE. Lennar has completely ridden a hot market wave to take advantage of buyers and gotten away with poor quality finishing and broken promises. The home buying experience. We bought a home in Apex that was completed and closed almost 6 months after original closing date. There was no last minute surprises. I would have been more happy if Lennar mortgage matched the competition rates. I went with the other. Quality is ok. Lawn grading is sun optimal. Everything included gives Ring System but does not give it installed!!

Construction Manger Scott His management style is friendly, and his feedback is always constructive. he always had time for discussion. His willingness to listen and advise constructively is far beyond expectations of any manager. Loan officers Corey / Chris where always accessible they where very analytical and can really break down complex figures into bit and pieces. They are very Helpfull.

I was most pleased with the Construction Manager, Vance. He was great. He even checked with me after I moved in for any problems. The sales gals were terrific- Helene and Kristi. I had never met them, nor personally seen the house. I did everything virtually with the help of my daughter present on site. Everyone was so responsive, caring. I never had a moment of concern as I felt everyone was doing their best to make this a good experience.

Love the house. Issues of where light switches are. Selection process to restricted. Orientation to the community was lacking. Sod was in fair condition; bushes seem to be dying. Would have preferred to have options on flooring. Never informed there would be a retention pond so close to my house.
