It will be better if we get weekly updates on the process. Construction manager never send any updates and not friendly.

Always very responsive. Very minor issues

Horrible buying experience. The house got delayed for 6 months from the expected closed date. I am still working with the builder for fixing all the issues two months after closer.

Overaall it is ok ok exprience. House has decent quality with no major issues. However, get every issue resovled before you move-in. Once you move-in, they say it's your responsbility. They did a poor job on lawn and now i have one side which is great and other side its just weed with in 3 weeks of move-in. they say it's my reseponsbility to ge the weed treated. I raised the concerned during the delivery about the dead pacthes and they said it's bermuda it will just grow back. it did not and now i have bunch of weed with in the 3 weeks of move-in. they really did a number on my lawn.

Construction manager is very very good and helpful but the final output and the materials of the home is not upto the expectations.

Average quality build with many small issues. Only some of them are covered by warranty. Few things are not covered and they try to deny the quality issues as not covered, Make sure to question any quality issues ahead of closing and insist on addressing them before closing.

Quality is not met and not satisfied the customer needs

I paid $20,000.00 More then some of my neighbors for a premier lot . I cannot get out my screened in back door because of the extreme pitch . This lot is unusable as is. I cannot traverse this landscape at all .My 4 year old grandson opened the screened in backdoor and fell out rolling down the pitch and hitting his head on the Irion drain ! I ve spoken to several people from Lennar . All have not much to say expect this is the worst lot in here that they have seen to date and nothing has been done ,no one has a business card to give me no one from Lennar will give me there contact information. to say shady is an under statement no transparency at all ! My neighbors and I are fed up, as my lot directly effects there lots .Water drainage is a huge problem wrap up with all the other problems I have to deal with on a daily bases . This is a 55 plus community REALLY ! To date my experience with Lanner is bad to very bad and keeps on getting worst .I will be seeking help ... More

The back light in the patio doesn’t work. They never put the shutters that goes above the garage, still sitting in the garage in a box. Looks like the spill the light grey paint on my dark brown floors did a bad clean up and you can tell.

Very streamlined process throughout the construction period.

One of the best builder is Lennar and delivery was as promised to us when we booked the house. Very happy and highly satisfied with Lennar team

Jess was the real state agent from Lennar and Parker the construction manager, they were extremelly patient and courteous and that made a very stressful process bearable. The real state market is or was, so crazy that the sells people representing the construction companies were, in many times, treating us like they were doing us a favor to sell it to us. These two individuals treated us in a way that made us want to stick with Lennar, even when we had other options.

When it rains rivers run next to and behind my duplex. Half of my yard is taken up with a mound you can barely walk up due to poor excavation. HOA will not answer our calls. Stephanie and Chris have been responsive. The mortgage process was over the top and painful.

The house was mostly complete when we moved in but they never came in to provide the finishing touches despite requests to finish the job. The sales agents were wonderful, the loan process was okay, but the finishing touches just weren't done.

Quality of materials used for the houses vary too much from one unit to the other and unfortunately your unit might be the one always getting the lowest quality of all.

Kristi was excellent. Always there for whatever I needed. Same with Vance and Chris.

The quality and design of materials used far exceeds my expectations. I've purchased previous homes before, but Lennar stands out in the quality of materials used.

Everyone involved from Matt to Mitch were really great. For those who have never had a home built for them, there are things that you learn along the way, and it all works out. Mitch and Matt were great! Thanks!

Best part of the process is the builder. Shawn does a great job and follows thru. Everything with delays and what not were not controllable. He updated us every Friday. The purchasing team was responsive. The only issues we had was using Lennar for the mortgage. Yeah part was a nightmare and we ended up using someone else, but it wasn't for a lack of effort on their part. Just disorganized and they sell your mortgage after 6 months anyway.

Lennar was a good choice as a first time home buyer. The team was professional, responsive, and understanding throughout the entire process. Ultimately the home is what we needed at this point in time and while it's not perfect due to some blemishes left behind, it still turned out solid. One of the biggest hiccups we encountered was our mortgage/loan office left the company mid-way through the process and we were never told. We were given a new office and he never reached out to introduce himself or anything. We only found out who he was because we inquired about something and the person who reached out to us mentioned our officer's name and we didn't know who that was. When you're applying for a loan to build a home, it would be nice to stick with the same office the entire time, but obviously changes can/will happen. So, when they do it would be great to be informed so we know this is our new dedicated point of contact for any serious questions regarding your loan. Ease of transaction and delivery of final product.

Reasonable price and good quality in current market

Overall good experience. Following items can be improved- 1.Use Blink security systems instead of Ring. There is no subscription associated with it. 2.Most of the Door locks are not properly tightened to the door. 3.Provide coaxial and LAN cable ports in all bed rooms. Mesh WIFI is not that great sometimes.
