From the first day I entered the management office and discussed options to fit my need the caring, kindness and attention to detail was outstanding! The project manager addressed all concerns, making suggestions was with us every step of the way. We are very pleased.

Overall we're satisfied. Things I would change is cheap plastic handles to open, close windows, cheap plastic handles on toilets for over a $500,000 expect more quality overall. Wasn't happy with tile work in Kitchen or area where furnace was stored was a mess and super dirty.

LOVE my house and location but once I closed - crickets! I’ve had to request mailbox keys and how to pay HOA dues. No one ever welcomed me to the community let alone see if I had any questions after moving in. “Fully Connected” and “easy DIY” are a joke. Most new homeowners I’ve asked are NOT connected to their devices because they can’t figure out how to set them up. Lennar takes your money but then, you’re on your own!

Lennar kept home owners up to date on the progress as Sales Team & Construction Manager were constantly in touch. Workmanship was great. Overall experience was awesome

the entire process of walkthru, regular updates about the progress, and the quality of everything was a plus otherwise other companies offer basic and then ask for upgrading everything which becomes a pain in the neck.

We love the home design and open floor plan as well as separate office, guest suite and dining room.

Unfortunately, the items that we pointed out through out our building process were not addressed and then during our NHO and final walk thru all items were still not addressed and now we are 45 days since closing and we are still having to work thru these issues. Overall the quality of the contractors you contract with is below subpar and the fit and finish on the house is just not good. We would not recommend Lennar to our friends and family.

i had the worst possible homebuying experience. this is our first house and lennar shattered all our dreams of having a quality home that we dreamt of for years. First off, our house was not even ready to be walked in by NHO. Our inspector pointed out major structural issues, roofing issues, cosmetic issues, you name it, before NHO, most of which were not taken care of in time, falsely claimed to have been fixed + their sloppiness delayed our closing. Overall, the process was relatively easy. There was a month delay in our closing date due to supply chain issues out of Lennar's hands. I was disappointed that we were not able to pick out any options in this home as the builder decided what options they were putting in and that could not be changed. Complaints: it would be nice to be able to have the builder move closet shelving up or down to accommodate more shelves but they would not vary from their 'plan'. Also, the hot water takes FOREVER to get hot in not just our home but everyone else's in the community, even with a tankless heater. ...
