The experience during the building phase right up to closing was excellent. The staff was responsive and proactive. But the open issues at the time of closing are unresolved (mostly cabinetry) - two months have gone by without anyone bothering to rectify them.

Got few issues which should have been take care of on priority but it didn’t happen.

buying home was fast and easy

Overall I have been pleased with my purchase. The couple of issues I’ve had since moving in were resolved quickly. Well all except the issue with the construction workers loud music on a daily basis. Other than that I’m very pleased with my new home.

My team were great. I did feel supported and the fixed multiple things even before I spotted them.

Not happy with all the investors that bought here and turned them into rentals. Did not buy a place to live in a rental community, would have bought somewhere else.

Overall the house is nice and Lennar knows what the consumer wants for interior layout. However I feel some sub contractors need to be fired. First off our trim is a disaster. Nicks and missing chunks everywhere like they used bottoms of the barrel wood and slapped some paint on it. Second, Lennar really failed on the paint. Single coat (lightly done at that) is completely unacceptable at this price point. Third, this one we knew from the start but still needs to be mention, how much more is it to just prime the garage and not leave the walls bare. That is just straight nickel and diming. Fourth, the cleaners need to be fired. Every single trim and switch/outlet cover had thick dust. Did they even clean pre closing besides a vacuum? There are plenty of other areas that we know they cheaped out on but some is more acceptable than others. One huge disappointment for the wife was that we were in the highest package, their “elite” but our front door was basic steel. Some of the low grade packages got a nice front door with windows. Nowhere in our package info did it state anything about the front door but the color. Huge oversight and upsetting. Now for the people that state oh you get NHO time to mark it all off, they give you such a small amount of time to look over the house after they spend over a hour explaining things on the house with you. So things get missed. Plus things get marked that never get repaired before closing and it’s touch to remember where all the blue tape was. Last item. Dining room chandelier light. They leave a box for it that is center between the 4 recessed lights. However no one would ever put a table there, that would be in the middle of the walk way. Did a poor job at landscaping, sod was not put down properly and was dead in quite a few places.

My new home experience can be characterized as above average . I encountered the usual mix of excitement and challenges that come with purchasing a new home. While I appreciate the opportunity to personalize my living space and enjoyed the sense of a fresh start, I also faced minor issues like minor construction imperfections. My overall satisfaction was tempered by the need for extra attention to detail during the buying process and a reminder of the importance of ongoing communication with Lennar to ensure a smooth transition into my new home.

Bought my 2nd townhome with Lennar in wake forest, NC area. All I can say Lennar delivers on time. However their finish quality has gone down significantly, they don’t pay much attention to detail before final walkthrough, even you note the issues it required multiple follow for the same issue. Sales process and customization almost to NIL. They kind of operate in zone of take it or leave it. So unless you are looking for an investment property you kind of avoid even for large single family home. Where color, design, floors, carpets, cabinets are predesigned by Lennar to max 2-3 combined packages for the community. Essentially they keep their profit and cost controlled through standardization. You end up living in house exactly same as all you community neighbors are living. You won’t miss your home if you sleep over in your Neighbours house LOL! Their customer service is prompt in response. It’s another matter they go by exactly as written in contract. When our old house sold in 24 hours and the buyers wanted a 14 day close we thought we would be homeless. I got on the Lennar site and found a home that was move in ready and met our needs I clicked buy now. I received a call shortly there after that the home was sold but there was another one on the same street, that fit our needs even better. The sales agent Ashley guided us through the contract and worked with us by phone and email. We closed in under 30 days, everything was easy and well communicated. Although quick it was a very smooth transition to our new home.

The landscaping was not well done even after repeated requests. Also the drain leaked just 5 days after we moved in due to the negligence during construction.

Have to argue with construction managers, they will agree with the issue but reluctance to fix even structural issues also some of them I left as I am not able to continue my argument. After closing customer care will not accept those issues .

Nice home only would have preferred to add custom touches.

My biggest issue is the fact that for over 400k the landscaping company fails to put landscaping material down before putting mulch down. I know the HOA wants all residents to pull weeds and maintain the flower beds. If landscape material is put down it helps weeds NOT TO GROW.

The materials used in home are cheap and the construction is not so good. This is the townhome. We always hear neighbor tv sounds and also when they walk in their home, we will hear bang bang noise.

My wife and I appreciate the Lennar community of Fendol Farms with its design and layout. We had a wonderful purchasing experience with the selling agent Matt and Lender Kaiser. Overall, we are please with the home; however, we are disappointed (and still disappointed) with certain aspects of construction that to this date have not been addressed. These issues were brought up at Orientation; at the Walk-Through; after closing; and with the Warranty Department. Had these issues been addressed in a timely fashion, the overall homebuying experience would had been great.

Working with Matt Lovelace was excellent. And it was a pleasure working with Cason and Steven. I highly recommend them.

Overall, I am happy with my home. My salesperson Matt was awesome - he went above and beyond before and after the sale to ensure my needs were addressed. There were definitely some corners cut and some of the materials were on the cheap side, but I would surmise this would be true of any large corporate builder. I did not have the best communication from the construction manager, which impacted the level of trust I had in the work and quality. Since closing, the Lennar team has been very helpful and responsive to identified issues and have addressed them in a timely manner. I wish greater attention had been paid to community landscaping in the builder's plan, as our section has minimal landscaping to beautify and add to privacy between lots. WAY WAY WAY too many emails & surveys

Home Buying with Lennar was good, their sales agents were always there when required. Since i was not a localite to the place i bought i had to rely on Lennar sales agents for my home. There are few things that could have been done better when it comes to materials and the way the appliances are put in, also since it was my first home i expected the sales agent to explain what are the postivies atleast to me to make sure i am not missing anything in my home.

Pros : timely updates on construction Everything included and connected features like security , ring etc is good Closed on time Cons : Need to improve on finishing, cosmetic part as well like flush crown moldings , give dimmer switches in kitchen , living room

It will be better if we get weekly updates on the process. Construction manager never send any updates and not friendly.

Construction manager is very very good and helpful but the final output and the materials of the home is not upto the expectations.
