The communication between Lennar sales team and construction team is very good. As an out of state buyer, I am satisfied with their service, especially the construction manager Tony Baine. I had experience with building my own house before, and understand how many small works to be done every stage of the construction. But Tony made me feel that he was the onsite manager only for my house when he actually have more than ten houses in progress at the same time. Appreciate your hard work, Tony, thank you so much!

I am extremely disappointed. At the beginning Lennar offers a paradise but after you buy from Lennar, they treat the buyer like an ignorant or even worst, they bully the clients.. Lennar products are of a terrible quality, and they don't do the repairs or acknowledge their mistake. Lennar uses the strategy of the bureaucrats, in where no one is responsible and nothing gets done. In a word Lennar is a bully company.

Matt, the Lennar sales/agent, is awesome. There’s nothing he could do better. Super responsive, kind and thoughtful in helping decide what house and lot would work best for me. Lennar Mortgage was also super easy to work with, and close was an easy process once we got the close date nailed down. Austin, my construction manager, was also very easy to work with, and a good guy, wanting to make everything right. Feel like he’s got too much on his plate, despite that, a positive experience.

I had a wonderful construction manager, Javier who was always responsive and forthcoming. Sometimes due to supply chain issues, the news was not good but Javier never sugar coated the news. He delivered it in an honest straight forward way.

My construction manager was Chris. He was very accommodating when I wanted to visit the construction site. He made every effort to address any issues I had. I would have preferred a better painting contractor for the inside of my home as that quality is not up to par. Chris had them back twice so after that I gave up. If you are buying a Lennar home try for a lot that has been assigned to him as he is the best (trained by Matt who was good too!)

House was not finished when we closed My contact person didn't even bother to contact me. He was on vacation. They did come back after we moved it but there are still many thing that could have been a lot better like all of the digs and dents in the moding and trim and window sills. I also am trying to figure out the whole smarh home thing and get the house balance for tempeuater. It is taking over a week for customer care to call back and they call the wrong number. I don't even know how to get help now.

Homes are built with little to no pride of workmanship, just slap the homes up as fast as possible and any mistakes are overlooked or covered up with putty and paint.

you get what Lennar builds. No changes allowed. It's a tract development and they are putting them up as fast as they can sell them. For that reason, attention to detail is your responsibility. If you see something wrong point it out and don't quit until it is fixed. I've owned it for 3 months and am fixing the trim and have already experienced roof leaks.

I think overall the workmanship is good quality and the walls are not so thin where you can hear everything which is great; however the most disappointing is the one car garage entry; I can barely get my car out; I have to be careful to hit the walls every time I leave and enter and it isn’t even a big vehicle. The builder should have considered and tested the garage entry and common sense would tell you to expand it a little. Also, the appliances such as the dishwasher and the oven are not the best to use, I would think we are in a new century and they would at least install better ...

Great Communication with Realtors and Michael the Construction Manager

Over-all the buying experience is a plus. However the Quality of Workmanship and Materials are left wanting more. My HVAC unit had to be looked at 10 times, furnace went out in the first week of winter, hvac leaked down into my walls after the furnace repair. I understand this is a subcontractor issue, but 10 times coming out not only took time away from me working but also kept me up late at night waiting on the repair company. Also 3 months into the home, there are already flaws in the molding, cracks at seams and nail pops throughout the home. I understand that these will be fixed ...
