Quality is questionable.They are charging huge money for average or less than average quality. The appraisal of the home is another big issue.If you are unlucky you are ending up paying 50k more for exactly same house booked on exact same day!!All in all no transparency!

The purchasing process was executed with professionalism and we were provided the necessary information to make choices and decisions. The construction process had some initial hiccups but our construction manager got us back on track and was extremely proficient in keeping us informed, responding to construction issues and maintaining the timeline for completion. Lennar could provide the home owner with less technology and a little more functionality.

Overall experience is very good except response time for issues will be slower.

Lack of attention to finishing details painting and sanding .. lots of caulking to cover discrepancies no sealing of showers and floors… buyers responsibility.

Great homes at great prices

Upon first look, everything looks fantastic when the keys are turned over. However, the real problems show up after a couple of weeks of living n the house. After being told during our new homeowner orientation that we would have a 1 year walk-through to fix any issues that come up in the first year, we were informed that Lennar no longer performed this and everything had to be submitted through the Warranty system. Of the pages of issues that we have submitted, only 3 issues are deemed 'under warranty'. Lennar promises to use the best construction material and high-quality paint. When we were finally able to get a touch-up paint kit (after 2 months of asking for one) to address the numerous scuffs on our walls; after a brief conversation with the paint provider Sherwin Williams, we found out that they actually used the lowest, cheapest pain that Sherwin Williams sold instead of the high-quality paint promised. Before the construction even begins, you are pressured and rushed through the home feature selection process leading individuals to make uninformed decisions. And once you walk out of that meeting, you can not alter your decisions at all, not even if you contact them the next day. Lastly, the extremely limited choices of interiors with no ability to substitute materials in any package lead every house in the neighborhood to be the exact same, limiting resale values. ... More

I really valued the walk throughs and the onboarding that was provided to me. I would love to have another follow up with customer care just to go over some things as we’ve moved in.

While we love our home, there were several things that did not impress us with Lennar. The project management was average, at best. In construction and project management, you run into delays, that is part of the job. The handling of and working around delays was not executed to a level we expected. This forced them to rush through our home in the final month of construction. Towards the end of our construction period, we learned that Lennar's fiscal year ended on November 30th and there were a certain number of homes that had to be completed. Lennar put their interests in front of the buyer and proceeded to rush through the home. This put a terribly sour taste in our mouth. Items that we brought to their attention in the 2nd month of construction were now being addressed and when addressed, the craftsmanship was incredibly poor and had to be redone. A week out from closing, we had close to 20 items that needed to be addressed. You would think a week would be enough to complete this. Over that timespan, I saw crews at our home on only two of those days. A day before closing, there were still 7-8 items remaining. Half of those being major. When we moved in, the floors were covered in glue, there were rusty nails and razor blades (!) scattered all over our yard, screens were incredibly bowed, and sinks were filthy. At best, I can give Lennar 3/5 stars. We paid close to a half million dollars for our home and for that price, I expected better craftmanship and project management. Luckily, their warranty process has been responsive, but our home has felt like a construction zone for the first month, as we have one or two people in here per week fixing and correcting things that should've been completed prior to closing. ... We were actually not looking to build when we moved to the area but thanks to shady moves by Zillow and the crazy market, our hand was forced. That said, our Lennar build offered a floor plan and options that we really liked for a reasonable price in an area where we are sure to make back the value plus. The options offered were nice and despite the delays we are comfortable in the space now. We're looking forward to the amenities (pool and playground) and being able to be more interactive with our neighbors here.

We are very disappointed with the lack of customer service we have encountered to date, as well as the quality of materials and craftsmanship of our home given the price we paid for it. Throughout the building process, we have pointed out several issues that needed to be addressed in a timely manner so as to prevent future delays, hassles and disruptions. The items were not taken care of then and now we are dealing with the hassle of taking care of them through warranty. It's very sad that the pandemic and "shortage of materials" were used as an excuse to coerce us to continue on with the buying process and not delay closing until the identified items mentioned above were properly corrected. The quality of materials, craftsmanship and lack of choices makes this builder average. The salesmanship leaves you believing you will need getting a custom created too quality home. In reality it's average at best.

Lennar was great - setting clear expectations and delivered. Very helpful!

The help from the construction department which I had contact with every week and gave me a weekly update. Also after we closed the customer care department which reacted in a very timely matter to solve any issued that we had.

It’s a great experience going with lennar. Manager(linden) was so helpful and he explained each and everything. We are so happy with hima and lennar.

A good experience so far 2 months into living in this new townhome. I’ll update this in future if I can.

Location and quality of construction

Hundreds of flaws that aren’t all corrected. You have to inspect your home extremely thoroughly and stay on them about repairs or they won’t get it done.

After allowing us to change lots and closing dates, our construction team consustantky kept us updated weekly with progress. Our new home orientation was terrific and post close has been awesome. All members of the Lennar team kept their word, every aspect was coordinated beautifully making our entire experience from beginning to end the best it could be, exceeding our expectations. Thank you!!

good experience and customer service

Lack of quality. Townhouse was not ready for homeowner inspection. Blue tape walk through was rough as there were tons of cosmetic issues and rep was stingy with the blue tape. Zero flexibility to add anything. Too worried about the bottom line to even put in pendent lights over the island.

The entire process from initial buying to final move in is smooth and fast . I like the process they did and I would like to recommend for my friends to buy Lennar home.
