Quality is questionable.They are charging huge money for average or less than average quality. The appraisal of the home is another big issue.If you are unlucky you are ending up paying 50k more for exactly same house booked on exact same day!!All in all no transparency!

The purchasing process was executed with professionalism and we were provided the necessary information to make choices and decisions. The construction process had some initial hiccups but our construction manager got us back on track and was extremely proficient in keeping us informed, responding to construction issues and maintaining the timeline for completion. Lennar could provide the home owner with less technology and a little more functionality.

Upon first look, everything looks fantastic when the keys are turned over. However, the real problems show up after a couple of weeks of living n the house. After being told during our new homeowner orientation that we would have a 1 year walk-through to fix any issues that come up in the first year, we were informed that Lennar no longer performed this and everything had to be submitted through the Warranty system. While we love our home, there were several things that did not impress us with Lennar. The project management was average, at best. In construction and project management, you run into delays, that is part of the job. The handling of and working around delays was not executed to a level we expected. This forced them to rush through our home in the final month of construction. Towards the end of our construction period, we learned that Lennar's fiscal year ended on November 30th and there were a certain number of homes that had to be completed. We were actually not looking to build when we moved to the area but thanks to shady moves by Zillow and the crazy market, our hand was forced. That said, our Lennar build offered a floor plan and options that we really liked for a reasonable price in an area where we are sure to make back the value plus. The options offered were nice and despite the delays we are comfortable in the space now. We're looking forward to the amenities (pool and playground) and being able to be more interactive with our neighbors here.

We are very disappointed with the lack of customer service we have encountered to date, as well as the quality of materials and craftsmanship of our home given the price we paid for it. Throughout the building process, we have pointed out several issues that needed to be addressed in a timely manner so as to prevent future delays, hassles and disruptions. The items were not taken care of then and now we are dealing with the hassle of taking care of them through warranty. The quality of materials, craftsmanship and lack of choices makes this builder average. The salesmanship leaves you believing you will need getting a custom created too quality home. In reality it's average at best.

Hundreds of flaws that aren’t all corrected. You have to inspect your home extremely thoroughly and stay on them about repairs or they won’t get it done.

After allowing us to change lots and closing dates, our construction team consustantky kept us updated weekly with progress. Our new home orientation was terrific and post close has been awesome. All members of the Lennar team kept their word, every aspect was coordinated beautifully making our entire experience from beginning to end the best it could be, exceeding our expectations. Lack of quality. Townhouse was not ready for homeowner inspection. Blue tape walk through was rough as there were tons of cosmetic issues and rep was stingy with the blue tape. Zero flexibility to add anything. Too worried about the bottom line to even put in pendent lights over the island.
