Good buying experience for me

Lennar did not use the quality material and did not install enough studs to support the weight of the house. My kitchen area feels so shaky that I fear it might break some day - specially around the kitchen island area. I reached out to Lennar reps with the problem but all they offered is lip service. Not happy with the experience...

Lennar did respond to our issues systematically. Sometimes it was slow but it's good in general.

Lennar is trust worthy and they explained everything before our decision to buy house.

When I wasn’t sure how to get started in adding my smart home devices in the Ring app, he offered great assistance in removing those unreachable plastic tabs from the already installed Ring devices in the house.

I was wary of buying a house in this market because of previous negative experiences with other builders. The Lennar team completely changed my attitude for the better. From the initial appointment, I was given all the information needed to make a conscious decision. They were able to help me find a home in my budget with nearly everything on my wishlist and in the perfect location. Once building began, the project manager stayed on top of everything and kept me abreast when covid delayed the process (mostly materials). We only missed the initial closing date by a few weeks. Lennar sales and finance people were great to work with and buying a Lennar home was easy! Any time I have had an issue with my new house their warranty people have been kind and responsive. However, Lennar compromised on the quality of some of the materials. The quality of the interior paint is terrible! It picks up marks from simply touching it and cannot be cleaned without exposing the driwall. The carpet is also of very low quality picking up dirt and staining with normal use. It has gone from a light gray to a dingy tan with casual use. The exterior foundation is covered with a brittle sealant foam that breaks off with accidental contact. These low-quality items were disappointing. After purchasing a house, having to replace paint and carpet in the first year of ownership is financially challenging and irritating ... More

Love my new home great quality!

Good quality homes. Consultants were very friendly and promptly responded to issues. Loan process can be improved. Underwriters waited to 9th hour to request information that could be requested far in advance. Closing was delayed. Local Loan Manager, Keith worked diligently to get new closing date.

Customer service and sales people were very nice to us and answered all our questions.

I really enjoy my new townhouse

The site Manager Alex made the transition process so easy and she was there every step of the way.

Aside from some paving issues on the street, the community is great and I love the home.
