GE cooktop is one worst appliance, despite of poor reviews , lennar went ahead and installed it, the knobs are made of plastic and it's hazardous. Paint work is poor, weird sounds from ovens and AC filters(ghost sounds).

While I enjoy my home, cosmetically, there was a poor job done on many things to cut corners.

We have stayed home 3 times for scheduled repairs that nobody showed up for. Never was called to let us know. Since the last time nobody has called to reschedule the repair. Once Lennar receives your money watch out.

Problems every square inch of the house and yard.

We really like our house overall. As with any large builder, we continue to find examples of shoddy workmanship and sloppy trim work. Our biggest issue was the fact we specifically asked about hardwoods on the entire first floor of the house and were told the house we were looking at would have hardwoods on the entire first floor. Upon flooring being installed carpet was placed in the guest bedroom, and the builder said that was the spec for the house. This is a small room and would have been a very simple and cheap fix for Lennar, but they simply do not care.

The house is ok. The obnoxious process of not offering people options in their homes has to change. For this reason alone, I would not buy from Lennar again.

Follow up on service requests are slow and incomplete. Not what I expected from Lennar. Very disappointed

Overaall it is ok ok exprience. House has decent quality with no major issues. However, get every issue resovled before you move-in. Once you move-in, they say it's your responsbility. They did a poor job on lawn and now i have one side which is great and other side its just weed with in 3 weeks of move-in. they say it's my reseponsbility to ge the weed treated. I raised the concerned during the delivery about the dead pacthes and they said it's bermuda it will just grow back. it did not and now i have bunch of weed with in the 3 weeks of move-in. they really did a number on my lawn.

Average quality build with many small issues. Only some of them are covered by warranty. Few things are not covered and they try to deny the quality issues as not covered, Make sure to question any quality issues ahead of closing and insist on addressing them before closing.

The back light in the patio doesn’t work. They never put the shutters that goes above the garage, still sitting in the garage in a box. Looks like the spill the light grey paint on my dark brown floors did a bad clean up and you can tell.

Many issues were informed during our last meet up but they were no fixed when we moved in.

I would call mine a pleasant experience. There were a few things that were great, but overall it is a disappointment.

you get what Lennar builds. No changes allowed. It's a tract development and they are putting them up as fast as they can sell them. For that reason, attention to detail is your responsibility. If you see something wrong point it out and don't quit until it is fixed. I've owned it for 3 months and am fixing the trim and have already experienced roof leaks.

Hundreds of flaws that aren’t all corrected. You have to inspect your home extremely thoroughly and stay on them about repairs or they won’t get it done.

Lack of quality. Townhouse was not ready for homeowner inspection. Blue tape walk through was rough as there were tons of cosmetic issues and rep was stingy with the blue tape. Zero flexibility to add anything. Too worried about the bottom line to even put in pendent lights over the island.

Lennar did not use the quality material and did not install enough studs to support the weight of the house. My kitchen area feels so shaky that I fear it might break some day - specially around the kitchen island area. I reached out to Lennar reps with the problem but all they offered is lip service. Not happy with the experience...

Building too fast craftmanship and the inside details not living up to the Lennar name. I was so excited about moving, I love the floor plan and the community just some major misses on the building standards and interior standards.

Not enough attention to detail Calling about problems no follow through.

To many excuses not to fix issues in timely manner. HOA unresponsive. Lawn care is not as promised by sales persons. Work done to minimal standards

Although we enjoy and like the community and neighbors, we were very disappointed with the quality of materials used and workmanship. As an example, we noticed the commode in the guest bathroom was extremely off center. Lennar refused to do anything about it and said it was within their level of tolerance. Quarter round molding in kitchen not finished with a mitered edge. Again, we were told, "that's the way we finish that area". They gave us a piece of molding so we can finish it to our "liking". The value is just not there for the money charged. As for the pressure to buy, Everytime we came to look at the models, the price went up. We came the next day to put down a deposit on home and the price went up $8000. The house was almost finished. The sales person had even told us to sleep on it and come back the next day. Slow responsiveness, challenging process to get issues resolved

Disappointed in end quality and finish materials…

Quality of material , paint and workmanship is very poor. If you touch the wall you will get that in your clothes. Walls are not properly aligned. What you see in the model home is not what you get even after those extra packages. Promised verbally that Fridge with washer and dryer will be included but later on denied. Should have that in writing. You can hear the water going down through the lines. For the money it could be better quality.

I can see cracks already within a month. Cheap materials. How was not cleaned properly when I moved in.

As a previous lennar home owner we know lenanr is very average in construction quality and materials. Finishing doesn’t look great, we can clearly see rifts in the baseboard, squeaky noises from the floors. Just that the location of this site is good and that’s the only reason we bought this property.otherwise nothing to be proud about. Lot size is a joke just 0.13 acres. The pace at which the house was built gave us a hint that the construction quality is questionable and true to that our doubts were proven correct.
