Lennar builds a high quality home at a fair price. They also stand behind their home. My wife and I am very satisfied with our home. The home was completed within one day of promised date.

Lennar stood out for the affordability and amount of amenities received with the home purchase! All of the sales, staff, and neighbors were great. Our construction manager, Vinny, made sure we had everything we needed, and understood the functionality of our home. Glad our realtor , Mike led us here.

The process and working with the staff was great. My only advice….be very observant and petty during you walkthrough/new home delivery. Look at counter tops for damages, walking vinyl floors in socks to feel n listen for imperfections. Look at the grouting.

Building too fast craftmanship and the inside details not living up to the Lennar name. I was so excited about moving, I love the floor plan and the community just some major misses on the building standards and interior standards.

Get all promises in writing!!!

My only complaint is the grading of the lot. I paid about 26k for a premium lot with a backyard that is almost unusable. Plus the sides are like valleys of hills to channel water in between the houses.

Everything is NOT included. Found out I had to buy appliances AFTER I put money down on the house. Also the lot grading was not made clear. The vacant lot was relatively flat and level, but the finished house is now sitting on quite an elevation (steep driveway)

Very good workmanship and design.

Alot of attention to detail issues, wood trim gaps, rough drywall spots, uneven trim, tile work is very bad, uneven floors, uneven paint and colors, gaps in drywall, crown moulding on cabinets were way off, small damage to several cabinet pieces. Besides that the overall experience was ok. We had an issue with the plot size that wasn't disclosed to us and after signing the contract we brought up the issue and the sales person said "I didnt know" which to me is not an excuse as they gave me an answer to the question before like that had known. Regardless we ended up losing over 6500sqft of backyard. Lennar wouldn't do anything about it. Just be sure the sales rep you're speaking to can give you plot size and items in your home in writing. The price of the home was competitive to the surrounding area and home was finished in the general timeframes given to us. The quality of materials used in construction is not good also most of the items are opted our from warranty, not a good customer experience.

Builder was great with explaining things and fixing everything that was asked.

Our Lead Builder, Jesse, was outstanding. Great communication skills and very genuine. Pleasure to do business with. Our home is well constructed and we couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Not enough attention to detail Calling about problems no follow through.

We submit two services requests after we closing. And Lennar took care of them professionally and efficiently.
