We love our new home and Fendol Farms. Once we were thought the closing process things were much easier. Seems like the coordination between Lennar and the land developers needs some work. The few issues we had with the home were handled quickly and without questions.

Very poor workmanship and quality of materials. Poor response times. Still waiting for some items in home to be fixed. Would NOT recommend Lennar homes. Very disappointed and wished I had gone elsewhere to buy.

Lennar has options packages making the home design selections easy for the buyers. The quality of the product is great. The warranty team is awesome - they walk through the home after 12 months and fix the issues. Landscaping in the neighborhood is great - there is no water puddling in the neighborhood. I recommend Lennar for your home buying experience!

In a volatile market Lennar offers a good value. Unfortunately the home you chose might as well have been already been built. No choice of upgrades, colors, etc. We liked the community, floor plan but wished we could have made it more to our personal taste. Ended up spending more money to make changes, color schemes to our taste, frustrating part of an otherwise exciting experience of building a new house.

Unfortunately my buying experience wasn’t a smooth or pleasant one. The home itself is nice but the workmanship left much to be desired. Sloppy work had to be pointed out versus the workers recognizing their sloppy work and correcting it on the spot. The construction manager was awful. He did not communicate well with myself or the realtor; he failed to keep us in the loop of key milestones. When it came time for addressing issues my home inspector reported, it was always a challenge to get the issue rectified. It was one excuse after another. There was a point where the workers ...

The team was excellent selling the home. Being a track home builder, the materials quality was. 3/5. The price indicates that. Solving issues is a problem going thru them……there is a lot of deflecting involved so I tend to take care of things myself by spending more money. Great activities, clubhouse and social director planning events. There is ton to do if you want. I’m happy with the space layout inside my house but the workmanship is just ok…..I’m used to custom homes and this is my first track builder purchase.

Entire process in terms of signing/closing was ok but communication could be better. Construction team is very poor in communication and status update and can’t keep up with meeting timings. Overall quality, workmanship and materials were very poor. It is surely not matching what Lennar wow on their website about quality. We had many issues in terms of quality of overall construction. Right after closing within 10 days of living, we discovered shower leak with lose plumbing and dripping water in a bedroom. Also, wall/ceiling bumps visible in all rooms, floor unevenness/gaps/scratches, cabinet ...

Overall, we’re very happy with our home and the neighborhood that was created by Lennar. We are especially happy with the layout & design and the comfort of our home. However, some of the features describe to us during the purchasing process turned out not to be true, i.e., light fixtures and smart home support. The biggest disappointment is the landscape drainage and the grading of our lot which Lennar refuses to correct potentially leaving us with problems in the future.
