no mail for six weeks i am still ticked off, Lennar dropped the ball stop blaming the post office should have been done a year ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Initial trip here was told only one plot open which you still cannot sell next to horse farm, glad we came again to find other plots available, house is great price is right but could have been handled better in the beginning

Lennar is the worst builder

I have nothing but poor things to say about Lennar and I would tell people to NEVER purchase a Lennar home. The quality of workmanship and Material is below grade the house is way overpriced for the quality and products used in the home. There is zero trustworthiness, they have the worst sales people and construction people and they don't respond at all to any issues during the building process. They deserve much less than a 1.

Very happy over all with home and process. Disappointed with follow through of amenities like pool, club house, att access, walking trails around pond. None are finished and paying Hoa fees still

Quality issue - Construction & Landscaping, Paint, Wooden, Garage & appliances not up to the mark Completely disappointed in quality of material used in construction work. Landscaping not done in good way. Frustration and Disappointment Due to Lack of Attention in Certain Areas of Quality of Craftsmanship

The style, floor plan and woodwork in the house are very nice. However, we have significant concerns about several major unresolved quality and workmanship issues dating back to before the home completed construction that we plan to address with Lennar directly. It is our intention to schedule a meeting with Lennar management representatives as soon as possible. We would be thrilled to hear from Lennar.

The contractor responsible for the construction was very knowlegable in the home construction process and was very willing answer all our questions. He kept us informed of the progress of construction. We requested him because on the first open house event he picked us up in a golf cart and drove us to the event. He impressed my wife and I with his kindness and we trusted him to do an outstanding job. He proved to be just as we thought. We are very excited about living in our new Lennar home!

As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. We did not pay a premium price, so we do not expect a premium product. Some things are “cheap” but overall, we are very well pleased with the home and the service we have received. We would certainly build our next home with Lennar.

After moving in to our newly purchased home we noticed that the finish on the stairwell was spotty and uneven. We contacted Chris in the warranty department and shared out concern. He came out and inspected the problem and agreed that it was not up to par and arranged for the painters to redo it. They did a great job the second time around and we are very pleased with the results. Thanks Chris and thanks Lennar.

I love my home, the layout, and functionality. What I do not appreciate is the poor finishing work. The paint, caulk and general finishing work is very poor. We had construction mgrs change and that coupled with the close our year-end for the builder made the process for the walk thru etc. challenging.

I purchased my home as is with 3 months left on the structural warranty but Lennar has denied every warranty claim. Bent metal roofing, missing chaulking around windows and siding, and squeeky subfloors in a 2 year old home are the unsatisfactory workmanship that Lennar refused to repair.

Mark and Travis were very quick to respond to all of follow up request on work that needed to be completed. The final condition of the home when we moved in was not up to what a home in this price range should have been. Lots of items that were agreed upon during the final walk through were not completed. Carrie in the sales department was great also!

I would like to call out the Lennar Construction Manager for Fendol Farms, Mike Zehia, for his excellent responsiveness during all the phases of the construction of my home. He promptly addressed all of my questions and resolved the few construction issues we encountered along the way. I am extremely pleased with my home and I would strongly recommend Lennar for anyone looking for a high quality home.
