The longer I am in my townhome (which I love), I'm realizing how ridiculously small the garage is. I drive a small Veloster, and I can barely fit it in with my two garbage cans. Most homes around me have their cars parked on their driveways or in the streets, because they won't fit in the garage. The other thing I would change, is that I think we should have more say in the bigger items, like appliances and HVAC systems. I would have preferred to pay a little more for better appliances.

Had a good experience so far. Staff is very responsive to the issues addressed.

A well built home. Built on time. Very pleasant process. Don't know what else to say.

Lennar could do better. In an effort to push out as many homes as possible, they missed the mark on quality and service. It’s unfortunate because it could be a great value, and many of the people involved want to provide a better product and experience.

Lennar works with its customers to ensure a positive experience. I wake every morning and reflect on how pleased I am with my new home.

I'm very happy with my Lennar home. The customer service is much better in Fendol Farms than it was in my previous community Kitts Creek. I'm having some problem with the heating in one of my bedrooms that isn't yet 100% resolved. Some of the cosmetic aspects could have been done more carefully; i.e. painting and concrete work. Overall very satisfied.

In general very happy. There were a few bits of misinformation but such is life. Everyone tries real hard and everyone is professional.

This home has so many areas of shoddy workmanship. Ton's of clauking issues scratches on the wood flooring all over the house. Customer service pushes back on everything. I will never buy another Lennar home. everything from the Sales rep to the Construction engineer is only concerned about you giving them a 5 star rating. I have been hounded for months to give 5 star rates.

Overall, the process has been very good during the building and delivery. Post delivery, living in a place where there are lot of constructions going on, there is always debris , Coffee cups, lunch boxes etc in your yard consistently. No one seems to be acting on that.

All the builders here are great. They are extremely personable and want to make sure you are proud of the investment that you're making. Great place to be!

The building process revealed many problems that came up - some still exist and can not be corrected .

Great workmanship and material. I only have concerns about how the backyard was slopped so water doesn't sit on the lawn. The lawn has eroded because the downspout drains 3 feet from the patio porch instead going all the way out of the yard. I can hear my neighbor going up and down the stairs. I can also smell when my neighbors smoke cigarettes; it moves through the vents. There is no natural sunlight that you get in the front of the house because of the design, no windows in front of the town-home.

Overall I would not reccommend Lennar. While I love the majority of my home the two weeks prior to closing were not enjoyable dealing with the sales agent & contractor. They were dismissive and ultimately did not address some of the issues I had within the home.

The structure and neighbors are great. The process with the mortgage loan by Eagle was not good. Communications with the sales staff after signing the agreement to purchase essentially disappeared. Transparency from the corporate group is/was questionable regarding the status of the overall property transactions. Getting a straight answer regarding an estimated completion date for the amenities center continues to be a challenge.

Service Requests are being closed without resolving the issues. Arrogant customer support representatives.

When looking for a new home, I specifically looked at homes built by Lennar because of your reputation for quality and design. My home and our neighborhood has been a big disappointment in quality to say the least. Clearly, quantity and time were the priority when building and I have been disappointed since the day I moved in. Crooked walls and windows, paint on the carpets, exposed carpet tacks, etc.

Overall we are really happy with Lennar’s excellent customer service. So far we had couple of issues with the house which was addressed quickly and fixed. We don’t have to worry about anything else but enjoy our new home. Thanks again for an outstanding customer service.

The granite counter in the kitchen appears to be of second quality with chips along the edges and even in the center, it lacks that rich, smooth feel usually found on good quality granite. The kitchen and vanity cabinet doors were not properly adjusting banging into walls and other cabinets. A tremendous amount of drywall debris and dust in brand new duct work being sucked into the air handler in the attic and blown throughout the vents of the home. Cracks in cement driveway going from one side all the way over to the other side, sealed and then painted so as not to be noticed but instead it makes it even more noticeable. EVP flooring that is nothing more than cheap linoleum that dents and chips so easy that you become afraid to even walk on it and we never wear shoes indoors. Wood handrails get stained but then are not properly sealed leaving them very rough to the touch. I could go on but I think that you get the message. You need to be a mountain goat to mow the yard, when we picked our lot it was at the very beginning all of the land was gently sloping. Now they are terrible lots. Also the homes in this community seems to be all variations of blue/grey....it's like living in a housing project for section 8 occupancy. ... More

We love our new Lennar home especially the location and the layout of the house. Our construction manager was fantastic - honest, dependable, and hard-working. I will note a very interesting part of this entire process was the fact that Lennar corporate only communicated with my husband. We purchased the home together as a married couple, yet all communication only was sent to my husband's email. Not a huge issue except when your husband is not the type that checks his personal email frequently and it just seemed like a step back in time to the 1950s because everything was addressed to "Mr. XX". My name completely left off all communication. Just seems odd for such a "modern" company. ... More

My wife and I had possibly the worst experience buying a house through Lennar. Not only did Lennar ruin our first home buying experience, but we are still finding things around our brand new house that constantly need fixes. First off, when we purchased our house, back in March 2019, we purposely bought a house that was not going to be ready until March 2020. Pamela and Derrick had both told us that our house was going to be completed around March 2020, it might even be later. We were completely okay with that. Well, a few months go by and I get a call from Derrick telling us that the house will be completed sooner than expected. I asked when and he said probably January 2020. That was still doable... We weren't thrilled but weren't upset. Then my wife had a meeting with Pamela and our construction manager in September/October 2019 and they told us it's going to be finished November 2019. We said that's not okay, that we are still in a lease with our apartment, weren't financially ready and we had recently found out my wife was pregnant. We told them to push it back to January if possible and Pamela said, "We can't do that because we need to close this house before the end of the year for our numbers." I don't care about Lennar's numbers. I cared about having to pay money to break our apartment lease, not putting as much down on our house because it was sooner than expected, and dealing with the stress of finding out we're going to be new parents. The whole process was TERRIBLE and I've already been telling family and friends about Lennar's customer service. Not only did we go through that, but we are also experiencing issues around the house already. We hear a LOUD knocking whenever anyone takes a shower, our garbage disposal stopped working, our grout wasn't applied correctly in our shower, (A guy came and looked at it and said whoever applied this did a terrible job) our stairs do NOT match our floors in our house, and a window upstairs was not sealed correctly. It's been very very frustrating and I wish I could move out of this house already. ... More

The inside paint job was poor. There are streaks & drips. Looks like it only has one coat of paint.

Appropriate value, well made, high quality materials and workmanship. I would encourage anyone looking for a new house to consider Lennar.
