Worst experience with the builder starts from sales team till handover team. They behave like monark. Very rude. Not ready to accept any of our requests. Agreement is mostly from their side (one side ). they can change what ever they want.

Cheap material, over priced, and fraudulent activities!

From signing the contract to requesting service for items covered under builder warranty has been a horrible experience. The builder is using real state agents to other bidding, who have no idea about the building process or the established standards. Everything in the construction process is contracted out to third parties that hire workers at minimum wage without any construction experience. The quality of work and finishing is awful. Their only purpose is to quickly proceed from contract to closing. Do not waste your time, money, or energy.

I feel like cheated by the front agent with the bidding process. They have made not go with the realtor stating that we would have an advantage. Later we found that it is an absolute lie. They have lied us at corporate level.

One of the manager had sarcastic behavior. totally frustrated with buying process. There are lots of scenarios which describes the builder behaviour.

No perfection and lack of responsibility

I am rating because of the issues I faced after I moved in. I booked remotely house in Devon Square and during inspection we showed multiple things but they didn’t fix even after months of move and even after we raised multiple requests. On top of this they also charged me $200 for inspection I dont know what that was for. Also I got the electricity bill dates before the closing date and they are asking me to pay. What ridiculous this is…

Have to open lots of service requests and definitely not buying another Lennar home

Lots of things at home aren’t working Soap dispenser in kitchen None of the ring devices are working except for door bell (the device says already in use) Landscaping was done worstly Lots of water down pools on the concrete And the road behind our house One the window board was broken And lots of things other things I cannot get in this notes I had worst sales experience, there lots lies and cannot keep the promises. This is my second Lennar home and I am definitely there won’t be third Lennar. I am sure I am not recommending to any of my friends.

I have been dealing with issues in house build since i purchased the house. Water has been sitting in water meter for weeks, no solution has been provided under warranty only workaround has been given. Finding missing electrical outlets. Bad grading done, improper landscaping. cheap quality porch door. Finding cracks in dry wall close to electrical outlet which tried to hide by paint.

CM and Sales are going to let Lennar down

I bought my 1st house in 2018 and that was from Lennar Construction. We liked a lot and that quality of construction and service made us to go again with Lennar for my 2nd house too. From the the beginning till closing, started facing issues both from Sales and Construction Manager (CM) and they were very arrogant in not responding in addressing our concerns/clarifications. CM gave us false promises and made us hurry during final walkthrough and promised in addressing few concerns but never responded later. Terrible Homebuying Experience

Lender was not responsive. After the builder ensured us that all of the items on our inspection was complete as well as the items we marked with blue tape, we found several items were still not completed and even noticed quite a few pieces of blue tape were still present at the home delivery meeting. We also had a leak in our brand new roof and a sewer gas smell that took almost a month to resolve.

Lennar has completely ridden a hot market wave to take advantage of buyers and gotten away with poor quality finishing and broken promises. The home buying experience. I am extremely disappointed. At the beginning Lennar offers a paradise but after you buy from Lennar, they treat the buyer like an ignorant or even worst, they bully the clients.. Lennar products are of a terrible quality, and they don't do the repairs or acknowledge their mistake. Lennar uses the strategy of the bureaucrats, in where no one is responsible and nothing gets done. In a word Lennar is a bully company.

House was not finished when we closed My contact person didn't even bother to contact me. He was on vacation. They did come back after we moved it but there are still many thing that could have been a lot better like all of the digs and dents in the moding and trim and window sills. I also am trying to figure out the whole smarh home thing and get the house balance for tempeuater. It is taking over a week for customer care to call back and they call the wrong number. I don't even know how to get help now.

Quality is questionable.They are charging huge money for average or less than average quality. The appraisal of the home is another big issue.If you are unlucky you are ending up paying 50k more for exactly same house booked on exact same day!!All in all no transparency!

We are very disappointed with the lack of customer service we have encountered to date, as well as the quality of materials and craftsmanship of our home given the price we paid for it. Throughout the building process, we have pointed out several issues that needed to be addressed in a timely manner so as to prevent future delays, hassles and disruptions.
