Before purchasing, I was made to feel important. The day after closing, major water issues surfaced. From that point, I no longer felt important to Lennar. It took 20 days for the water issue to be fixed. I was not compensated for being displaced during that time. My time nor delayed moving plans were not considered at all. My first month mortgage was not prorated. As a first time homebuyer, it was awful and traumatic! It was a nightmare! I closed on March 1st, and, I'm still awaiting a reply from Lennar management. My property happens to be the end unit on the side of the busy road where cars come at 45 MPH. I have taken photographs highlighting the need of the fencing similar to the fencing adopted by neighbor communities in Amberley area who are on the same side of the busy road. I wrote a note to Lennar sales, Lennar land department.. still they are not addressed. Their say is, its not in the layout and cannot be actioned upon. Lennar has changed the beginning of recreation building 3 times. The also can't control the contractors who block driveways, blast music all day and toss garbage on lawns daily.

Overall we are happy with our home. We were extremely disappointed that the HVAC unit is right outside our master bedroom window, it constantly wakes us up every single night and I am not pleased at all with that. We were never told it would be there, on the model it was on the side of the house by the garage and we assumed it would be there on this house. We've had numerous issues with the carpet, and an independent inspector came out recently and said the company failed to properly seal the seams at the transition, causing constant fraying. Terrible quality and refusal to address issues. Construction manager is unorganized and dishonest. Closing never takes place on time; unnecessary delays due to poor management. Builder cuts corners and tries to force you to accept poor quality work. Would never recommend Lennar. Neighborhood is nice with great people, but the build was not a good experience.

lots of electrical issues and when you call call center(customer service) they are rude and keep telling you that they are trying to reach out the contractor but since they are out in the field, its tough to get in touch with them. we have been in house for almost 5 months and still have issues pending since we moved in.

There are too many issues to mention, so I’ll name a few. First we signed in August 2018 for a “quick move in” and was told it should be completed end of October or mid November. Delay after delay. We finally closed February 28, 2019 and there were still some things not finished. There were a lot of careless mistakes, poor paint job, issues with things, paint on floor, bathtub and light fixtures, yard was not leveled as they said it would be - there was a big hill in the backyard that wasn’t there when we signed to buy the house and we asked many times for them to level it and they ...

Several open issues during and after construction. Materials and fixtures used are of poor quality. Landscaping is a joke. All contractors completing warranty work should be closely supervised for a favorable outcome. They love to cut corners and just get by. The reason it wasn't done right the first time was due to lack of supervision and quality control. Insulation is falling out of the attic and into our guest room closet through the light fixture every time the closet door is opened or closed. I absolutely love my home and have enjoyed working with Chad Aycock and John Faircloth. Matt from customer care has been helpful too. My main issue has been with my property. The yard was poorly graded and the yards are not 100% sodded. This is causing erosion on the back part of my property. The poor drainage was causing a lot of standing water on my property and it took a few months for it to be fixed. The issue has been addressed and a French drain was put in.
