I have been following Triple crown community for past 1 year and see lot of changes between phase 1 and current phase . And I heard it’s a cost cut . There where several small yet important things which should have done while construction like no storage spaces in stand up , no upper cabinets in rest room. Orientation might have gone little better , stove was not working .. couldn’t connect WiFi to schlige and outdated garage device without WiFi .And still figuring out few.. Yes I know I signed the paperwork but I see intrest rate went down and lot of incentives came after which they haven’t covered or added . And several times we asked about other community , was mentioned it will come end of year but construction started early May , I feel there should be little transparency there . Always they say paper work is done and signed . And we went with Lennar Mortgage, proper communication is missing related to what comes next .Overall with the purchase we neither satisfied or disappointed, we are ok . ... More

RJ, our realtor, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was able to refer us to Eli, with Lennar Mortgage, who was a wealth of information. Eli was always available to answer any questions and it was a pleasure to work with him. Austin, our Construction Manager, was professional and great during the walk-through. Mark, our Quality Assurance Manager, was incredible on the walkthrough and supplied us with many helpful documents., including QR codes for registering the appliances. Everything was stored exactly where promised. There were 2 glitches along the way: 1.) Robert, our Homebuyer Concierge was horrible and of no use. He never returned phone calls and missed many emails. His knowledge base was lacking and he kept using the excuse that he just moved from FL (3 years ago) and didn't know the answer' 2.) Melissa, the SR. Loan Processor was horrible and needs some additional training. The phone recording system she is using via her computer is horrible and she could never seem to find anything, asked for the same documents numerous times, and almost caused us to have to change our closing date, which we had flown out to NC for, because she had not completed tasks prior to her leaving for vacation. As a first time homeowner, Lennar helped me understand in all the process. It was such a great experience.

I had a great home buying experience with Lennar starting from my first contact with the agent, to dealing with the construction manager who gave me updates about progress on my new home, to the quality control manager and the customer service folks who quickly resolved minor issues that I had after moving in. in.

I’m lost on HOA help Not able to login There is some security key. No clue if it’s given or what it is My garage door glass had scratch from day one but don’t know who to reach My front door key pad doesn’t work, no clue who to call Don’t know how to pay the dues Just a big messy experience once closing happened

Great service from purchase to closing. Having many issues with the Hvac system. I wish they would have went with a better a/c manufacturer than Lennox. This is one of the lower end Hvac manufacturing companies. If you are going to build good homes , put a reputable hvac in them. Otherwise, love the affordablity, location and service from the Lennar people.

The Lennar team was very good in communication and understanding throughout the journey of buying a house. Highly recommend buying homes with them.

Could be very helpful if Lennar makes formal introductions of the home owner to all vendors including Charleston Management and all appliances manufacturers where warranty is provided. Essentially a complete guide list. Because of missing secret code I am yet to register with Charleston. Similarly the fridge broke down and tenant wanted to know how to get a work ticket issued.

LOVE: 1. The floor plan and size 2. The screened porch 3. The absence of a garden tub in the master 4. The bench in the master bath shower 5. The linen closet in the master bath 6. The size of all the rooms, very spacious 7. The loft/flex space on the second floor 8. The layout of the neighborhood, plenty of distance from neighbors 9. The walking trails are wonderful 10. The tray ceiling in the master bedroom Do not love: 1. No peephole on front door or other way to see who is at the front door, forcing me to use Ring, which I despise and don’t want to pay for. 2. Finishes and fixtures look and feel cheap and flimsy 3. Having to install my own blinds has been a much bigger headache and expense than anticipated. I asked for blinds before purchasing and was told no. 4. I really hate the glass door to the screened porch. It makes me feel very unsafe and I wish I could have chosen a different door. Replacing it has been expensive and difficult. 5. Unclear communication about warranties. 6. No hand towel racks installed in the second floor bathrooms. Not expensive or difficult to install myself but feels cheap to have omitted them. Overall, I don’t know if I would have bought the house knowing what I know now. It was the best option for the price at the time. I really like the house overall, but the fixtures/finishes, back door, blinds, and Ring (and not having options) are reasons I would not recommend Lennar. ... More

Overall the experience was fantastic. The team was highly responsive during the initial process. I wish there was better communication during the final few weeks and that the blue tape walk was given more attention for the repairs as many things were left incomplete and required follow ups after. At this point the issues are resolved but it took quite a bit of work on my end for previously identified issues. That being said, the teams have been highly professional and the warranty team already has been great to work with. Overall I am satisfied and feel like this was a great purchase.

My wife & I moved to North Carolina in late 2023. We were renting a townhome in Wake Forest, NC. We are both retired. We have usually bought existing homes but there was little inventory and all were over-priced. We decided to look at new construction. After some searching we found Lennar was building homes in two subdivisions near Garner, NC. We toured a number of homes in their Annandale subdivision. The lots were large (immediate plus) and we liked the layout of a few of their models. Our rental lease was due to expire in May of this year. The sales rep, Traci, showed us which lots and homes were expected to complete construction in May. We had a specific requirement for a downstairs bedroom with walk-in shower as my wife's 90+ year old mother will be coming to live with us. The Landrum III met our needs and we were able to select our desired lot. Traci offered incentives for the purchase and the price was better than any existing home. The construction manage, Chandler, assigned to us was fabulous. He kept us appraised of progress and answered all our questions. We obtained our mortgage through Lenner at a better than market rate. Lennar has an excellent customer oriented buying and quality control process. We closed on the house on May 1st. I have heard too many horror stories associated with new construction. Everyone was great process was great

Lennar is a great builder and they take their time to walk through the builder process with their customers.

lennar home are ok and price is also ok.

We are happy with the home, and the process EXCEPT the mortgage process. I do not recommend Lennar Mortgage. They do not seem to know what documents are needed, and will keep asking for documents until the day of closing, and even after closing. They are also doing heavy data collection - many of the questions asked seem to have no relevance to the mortgage.

I am very happy to buy Lennar’s home because home are very beautiful and they are very high quality.

So far it's been great. We been loving the house. It's calm and very spacious. Lennar has been good to us. We like everything except the bathroom near the kitchen and that outside we sometimes have a big puddle after the rain. Overall we like it.

I was very pleased with the overall experience working with Lennar. Providing necessary documents was fast and easy. Communication was consistent, with call-backs generally within same day. Having a full one-year warranty on the home allows piece of mind. Overall, it was a great experience working with Lennar!

The buying experience was very organized. The process was explained well and we were given periodic updates. We actually used the builder’s mortgage company which made the whole process go smoothly. The quality of the craftsmanship leaves a lot to be desired. The sub-contractors don’t show pride in their work. The overall site/home supervisor does not put my effort in presenting a good product. The materials used on construction are definitely builder grade even if you purchase the elite package. For example the towel rods and toilet paper holders are plastic and didn’t match anything else in the bathrooms. In less than a month we have had to submit over 10 work orders to correct issues. We did a number of walk through during the building process but the issues continue to develop. On a positive note, they have addressed the issues. The landscaping was pretty much dead when we closed. Many of the plants had already died and they are not covered under warranty. We have spent hundreds of dollars replacing. The home floor plans are nice but there is absolutely NO changes or additions permitted. We wanted to add a 240v outlet in garage for electric car, and willing to pay for it, but they refused. Wanted to have a higher quality and more efficient HVAC installed but refused. Wanted to add a couple more wall outlets but again it was refused. They simply said you can do these after closing. Why would I pay to have another HVAC system installed after a brand new one removed. Overall I like the area but you need to constantly check on the builder so corners are not cut. Even then don’t expect perfection. This is a high volume builder who focuses on providing homes that just meet basic standards. ... More

I had very good opinion about Lennar before buying the house. After seeing process and the way it was constructed. My feeling is construction quality has reduced a lot. Also major concern is addressing the identified issues. The team is closing the issues with out properly addressing which is not fair.

I bought the house as a broker and the sales team didn't mention the bonus they were giving to the other brokers for the house in that community. The lender team was very irresponsible. They provided Closing Disclosures the day before closing after repeatedly asking for it.

A great deal and a good experience

I was a little wary of buying a new home from Lennar given the mixed reviews online, but Lennar exceeded my expectations. The construction manager kept me in the know throughout the build process and answered all of my questions as a first time home buyer. Even when there was a slight delay to my close date for reasons outside their control, they were extremely transparent. Even after close they were extraordinarily responsive to my requests. They would swing by the same day to fix small problems like ill-fitting door jambs and missing appliance toe-kicks. When I had my first warranty request for the attic access door, they fixed it within a week of our virtual call and made sure it was fixed to my satisfaction. As with any new build, there are small workmanship issues here and there. But as my inspector will attest, the quality of this home excellent and the price was hard to beat. ... More

The Lennar staff is easy to work with and always professional and helpful. Their patience was calming for my first time purchase by myself.
