Overall, the process has been very good during the building and delivery. Post delivery, living in a place where there are lot of constructions going on, there is always debris , Coffee cups, lunch boxes etc in your yard consistently. No one seems to be acting on that. ... More

Overall we are happy with our home. We were extremely disappointed that the HVAC unit is right outside our master bedroom window, it constantly wakes us up every single night and I am not pleased at all with that. We were never told it would be there, on the model it was on the side of the house by the garage and we assumed it would be there on this house. We've had numerous issues with the carpet, and an independent inspector came out recently and said the company failed to properly seal the seams at the transition, causing constant fraying. I'm very happy with my Lennar home. The customer service is much better in Fendol Farms than it was in my previous community Kitts Creek. I'm having some problem with the heating in one of my bedrooms that isn't yet 100% resolved. Some of the cosmetic aspects could have been done more carefully; i.e. painting and concrete work. Nice home; alot of repairs needed to be done; Lennar was responsive; they always tried the cheap way first but when that didn't work they always fixed it correctly.

Overall my experience with Lennar has been outstanding. The girls in the office and the construction manager had great communication and helped whenever they could to answer any questions or issues I had. This has turned out to be a great neighborhood as well! The only complaints I have is HOA which is currently run by a company that makes you feel like you live in a communist country. They offer no help or even a response when asked for it but is quick to tell you what you need to do or haven’t done with very little grace period. My other complaint is with the Lennar Mortgage side of things. Poor communication and waiting until the last minute to get everything in, causing closing to be pushed back by a few days. With all that being said, things have been great in the new house so far and it came with great upgrades making it a smart home. Very happy over all with home and process. Disappointed with follow through of amenities like pool, club house, att access, walking trails around pond. None are finished and paying Hoa fees still

I was very hesitant to buy a new home in a planned community but I’m very happy with my decision we chose the value of the Lennar home over a smaller home with more attention to detail however for the most part we have not been disappointed. We love our new Lennar home especially the location and the layout of the house. Our construction manager was fantastic - honest, dependable, and hard-working. I will note a very interesting part of this entire process was the fact that Lennar corporate only communicated with my husband. We purchased the home together as a married couple, yet all communication only was sent to my husband's email. Not a huge issue except when your husband is not the type that checks his personal email frequently and it just seemed like a step back in time to the 1950s because everything was addressed to "Mr. XX". My name completely left off all communication. Just seems odd for such a "modern" company. ... More

Difficult to contact to resolve issues. Poor landscaping prior to moving in, was told it would get fixed however, I have been waiting 3-4 months for new sod I was promised.

I am impressed with the workmanship, my primary home is from Lennar but my second home is way better than my primary home from Lennar.

no mail for six weeks i am still ticked off, Lennar dropped the ball stop blaming the post office should have been done a year ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The longer I am in my townhome (which I love), I'm realizing how ridiculously small the garage is. I drive a small Veloster, and I can barely fit it in with my two garbage cans. Most homes around me have their cars parked on their driveways or in the streets, because they won't fit in the garage. The other thing I would change, is that I think we should have more say in the bigger items, like appliances and HVAC systems. I would have preferred to pay a little more for better appliances. ... In the 9 months between down payment and closing we grew increasingly concerned that Lennar was trying to sell the home out from under us. Tactics used to undermine the sale were devious and not direct with us as buyers. Received pressure to remove contingencies and written agreement about timing was brought into question. Now that we have closed and the process is done, we’ve been told by those in the know that the home value for price is equal or better than other builders. Workmanship on finishes is only fair (sanding, painting, door alignment, over use of caulk to cover up sloppy workmanship, etc.) Everything is builder grade. No substitutions were allowed, not even colors. Worst issue: after only 4 months of gentle use, engineered hardwood floors (part of the premium package) have scratched easily and repair is impossible.
