Great design and build for the price and location. Surprised to see couple of issues in electrical fixtures within months so can’t confirm on the quality overall until after some time. Everything was on warranty so not a big issue and their response has been pretty quick.

Great location for resale but I was really attracted to the amenities. The walking trail and park provide areas for enjoyment. I love the continuous sidewalks as well. The convenience of shopping and proximity to Raleigh is also attractive.

A disappointing experience. The personnel have been very nice throughout; however, this does not make up for the other issues. The quality of material is terrible for the price paid and there is no attention to detail. The finish work, in particular, is shockingly sloppy. Some of it can be touched up but many items will never look they way they should. We didn’t expect perfection, but this suggests work being done as fast as possible with no regard for how the finished product looks. Does no one have any pride in their work? Multiple callout provided on Poor workmanship, Finally the Construction Manager, said that is the design of Lennar and they have seen the pattern in all houses. The design of structure is poor. On the day of closing , got the key and opened the door with lots of dreams, happiness and excitement, shattered into pieces looking at the with so much dirt. Called the construction manager, sales manager and they were not available. Latter received the call saying he personally check and house is clean. This is the quality Lennar provides.

Picked a home that was already started. Really liked home and site location. The home came with so many upgrades and the quality of the build was really good. Compared to other new houses I’d visited, Lennar cottages offered more extras for the price. However, there was a serious grading issue that I felt should’ve been disclosed. I purchased a townhouse that was already finished and the process from start to finish was very efficient. The inspection went well and there were only a few comments that were addressed in the following week. Everyone I worked with was very professional and they helped me with all the blue taping. I think we had the worst experience with the Lennar team, from sales to concierge. Once you sign the initial contract, the sales team acted as if they don't know us. We tried to contact them a couple of times regarding the change in closing date from what was initially confirmed and there was absolutely no response from them. We left a couple of voicemails but no call backs or anything. Then there's another team called concierge team. Would absolutely not recommend. Cut corners at every possible turn. The material used was as cheap as possible and absolutely 0 attention to detail, to the point they messed up the install of several appliances and little things like the electrical outlets aren't even flush with the wall. Most of the workmanship was great but two of the bathrooms came without hand towel holders. When I came back for my walkthrough things were still not done and to this day they never replaced shrubbery that was supposed to be replaced. Lennar needs to do better when writing the laws/covenants for the HOA.

Worst customer service! No one cares after the purchase of the home. I created a service request ticket and it was closed without any communication.

Overall the home is good, and the build is good, did not face much issues until now. But I am not happy with the customer care post home closing, even during the construction process there was always communication gap from construction manager side, He never kept us in loop on the progress, did not even notify us before drywall were put. I had to contact him to get pre-drywall inspection scheduled and the drywalls were hastily put in so I couldn't get the inspection done. Post box keys should be given while closing. They were not given to us. And we were asked to only come between 10am-4pm to the community and pick up the keys separately. This is ridiculous. Why cant the post box keys be given at the same time while closing. Very bad experience
