Generally a good job but some detail are overlooked. There are few or inconvenient towel rods in the bathrooms, plants and trees are few, not able to make any choices, but Lennar does build a very nice, if very cookie cutter, neighborhood

Extremely poor HOA, you are selling 3 bed homes and restricting 2 cars per home, no one mentioned these during selling time and now the selling agent Ashley doesn't even bother to respond, never going to buy from Lennar ever. We spent close to $1.5 M on properties at the community and that's the service we get Extremely disappointed and poor service

Overall quality is OK, but we had some bad experience with HVAC Furnace keep on troubling after closing and delivered bad quality of Landscaping while closing the home, no proper caring of the Landscaping by Lennar homes, and also observed some electrical ceiling lights design issues, even not addressed by Lennar, Lennar team is responding well before closing, once closed your home, construction team is not that much of responsiveness with home buyer. so i had mixed feeling of home buying experience with Lennar. Thanks!

My wife and I purchased 7-brand new homes in the US in the past 20-year with many National builders but this the first time we purchase with Lennar, and this is the best home I ever purchase. Very good experience with the entire team and one stop home shopping experience including, Lennar mortgage and Lennar Insurance. The overall buying experience with Lennar very bad, you wont feel respected in their office. I could have responded them in different if i want back out for my purchase, but i liked the location Carolina Springs community. And later i was never interested to talk to them in any manner because of their behaviour. Construction manager is not even ready to do small changes while doing the construction even we are ready to pay for that. I wish I could give a higher rating because I love the layout and space of our new townhome but we just had a difficult road getting here. The home buying process went smoothly until we took over ownership. Within a few days of closing our AC unit was stolen leaving us responsible for all charges. Lennar was very helpful in helping us find someone to replace it but it was an additional cost we did not forsee. The experience during the building phase right up to closing was excellent. The staff was responsive and proactive. But the open issues at the time of closing are unresolved (mostly cabinetry) - two months have gone by without anyone bothering to rectify them.

Worst construction manager and sales team response

Construction manager's attitude was rude from the beginning stages of construction phase. He never responded properly when we raised any issue with the construction. The sales team person accuses the home buyer as liar if we bring any issues we face with construction team or customer care team to his notice. Basically no one helps home owner instead point fingers at them for raising any issue.

it is just another builder who doesn't care about customer, you ask for something after giving them money and they make you slave. They don't have any good communication process or steps, there is a big time disconnect between sales, construction manager, underwriter, loan officers, they don't talk to each other at all, so frustrating process.

Signed our first home with lot of hopes, but we had a very bad experience with Lennar team (Sales, Mortgage). We had to close the home in APR, unfortunately my father in law was passed away during that time. We had to go to our home country for his final rituals. So we have requested for reschedule the “Final closing”. They have agreed and provided the new date. When we are at “Final closing” table, they have added 1 month penalty of 2800$ for the delay. We were shocked and surprised. Then we and our realtor called the Lennar team sales person and requested explanation of this penalty. ...
