All went well and great experience

Generally a good job but some detail are overlooked. There are few or inconvenient towel rods in the bathrooms, plants and trees are few, not able to make any choices, but Lennar does build a very nice, if very cookie cutter, neighborhood

Extremely poor HOA, you are selling 3 bed homes and restricting 2 cars per home, no one mentioned these during selling time and now the selling agent Ashley doesn't even bother to respond, never going to buy from Lennar ever. We spent close to $1.5 M on properties at the community and that's the service we get Extremely disappointed and poor service

Overall quality is OK, but we had some bad experience with HVAC Furnace keep on troubling after closing and delivered bad quality of Landscaping while closing the home, no proper caring of the Landscaping by Lennar homes, and also observed some electrical ceiling lights design issues, even not addressed by Lennar, Lennar team is responding well before closing, once closed your home, construction team is not that much of responsiveness with home buyer. so i had mixed feeling of home buying experience with Lennar. Thanks!

From the first visit to the closing, the entire process was seamless, and the Lennar team did a great job keeping it stress-free. Regular updates on the build and walkthroughs made the overall experience simply amazing.

My wife and I purchased 7-brand new homes in the US in the past 20-year with many National builders but this the first time we purchase with Lennar, and this is the best home I ever purchase. Very good experience with the entire team and one stop home shopping experience including, Lennar mortgage and Lennar Insurance. Lennar paid all the incentives that they promise and absolutely NO cheating or drama on closing costs / Fees. Best mortgage rate locked in from the day one of the contract and applied same rate for the closing. I am highly recommending Lennar home for annone who either buying first time or new addition to your current home. Lennar kept me informed about the project progress very often and answered all my questions that i had during entire phase of house movement process

The overall buying experience with Lennar very bad, you wont feel respected in their office. I could have responded them in different if i want back out for my purchase, but i liked the location Carolina Springs community. And later i was never interested to talk to them in any manner because of their behaviour. Construction manager is not even ready to do small changes while doing the construction even we are ready to pay for that. I felt their legal and construction teams are so worried on their quality of work that preventing them taking these kind of small works. I will recommend this community just for its location, and if they allow some small enhancements. ... More

The entire process of buying this townhome was flawless. From the day I walked into the Sales office until closing my loan. Lennar is a fantastic company and the customer service it outstanding!

Good but rush from sales to close out the deal and no response after the closing

The Lennar team was great to work with from the beginning of the sale to closing.

Lennar kept me well informed and even accommodated a misguided shipment of refrigerated medication. James gladly put the package in the fridge for me. Above and beyond my expectations. Everyone has been quick to answer all questions.

I wish I could give a higher rating because I love the layout and space of our new townhome but we just had a difficult road getting here. The home buying process went smoothly until we took over ownership. Within a few days of closing our AC unit was stolen leaving us responsible for all charges. Lennar was very helpful in helping us find someone to replace it but it was an additional cost we did not forsee. Then the dishwasher leaked on the first use, the back door leaked during the first rain storm. We had trouble registering our ring cam because it was already registered so had to wait for account to reset. It was just one headache after the other. I don’t hold Lennar responsible for all of it but I do think they could have put a fence on the common property behind us and on side to deter theft. They did add a fence to other corners of their development but not ours. I would have liked to see them take the safety of the homeowners more seriously when planning a community because unfortunately that is the world we live in. I do want to point out that Nathan our construction manager was extremely helpful throughout all of this and guided us on how to resolve the issues and always responded to our messages in a timely fashion. ... Overall had a great experience with Lennar, this is our First Home. There are few hiccups but thats fine. Definitely will recommend for first time home buyers.

My house was delivered with front lock not work. And the manager was not friendly to work with.

Excellent experience with Lennar construction & services

The experience during the building phase right up to closing was excellent. The staff was responsive and proactive. But the open issues at the time of closing are unresolved (mostly cabinetry) - two months have gone by without anyone bothering to rectify them.

Construction manager's attitude was rude from the beginning stages of construction phase. He never responded properly when we raised any issue with the construction. The sales team person accuses the home buyer as liar if we bring any issues we face with construction team or customer care team to his notice. Basically no one helps home owner instead point fingers at them for raising any issue.

The purchasing process was not difficult. I would like the company to do more research into the modern market of materials and technologies and apply it. 2024 is just outside the window and some decisions look old.

it is just another builder who doesn't care about customer, you ask for something after giving them money and they make you slave. They don't have any good communication process or steps, there is a big time disconnect between sales, construction manager, underwriter, loan officers, they don't talk to each other at all, so frustrating process.

Signed our first home with lot of hopes, but we had a very bad experience with Lennar team (Sales, Mortgage). We had to close the home in APR, unfortunately my father in law was passed away during that time. We had to go to our home country for his final rituals. So we have requested for reschedule the “Final closing”. They have agreed and provided the new date. When we are at “Final closing” table, they have added 1 month penalty of 2800$ for the delay. We were shocked and surprised. Then we and our realtor called the Lennar team sales person and requested explanation of this penalty. But he was arrogant, never listened our version, instead they threatened like anything. If you withdraw now, we won’t give your deposit, he insisted like this. We had no option, either loose 2800$ or 10000$ deposit amount. We had no choise, so proceeded with the closing. Out first home, we thought it would be happy and precious moment in our life. But lennar team ruined this. I do not encourage anyone to buy a property with this company. I can share the Lennar team names who ruined our first home buying experience. ... More

Customer service, agent, contractor and response from the team was very bad. This is not our first home buying. When compared to others we had a bad experience here.

We were provided with regular updates during construction and any questions we had were promptly answered. Our construction manager, Scott, was especially great
