Got few issues which should have been take care of on priority but it didn’t happen.

Lennar team work is worst. Sales team , builder , lender , attorney all are pointing others not helping to buyer in right time. Lender and builder are not cooperative. Helpless. Overall experience is worst about Lennar team work. First name : MJ Eshwars.

Had an absolutely horrible experience with the sellers agent in getting the unit that I wanted. The agent would not respond to my agent and then I lost out of 3 different properties I was ready to sign and go under contract on. There were no accommodations made which was ridiculous. I also had many issues with Lennar trying to play the role as my Lender making the entire process absolutely horrific. Due to this I will likely never buy with Lennar again, nor would I recommend.

We love the look and quality of our new home

I am happy with the quality of the home. If lennar finishes swimming pool, children's play ground, and other amenities listed asap- I think it will be really helpful for us. Thank you

I had a very positive experience with Lennar and its staff. They truly care and make sure you understand every step of the processes. Christy and the mortgage reviewer,Nicole,Erin,Chris and, Heleine are great.

I bought an investment property recently from Lennar. Overall very bad experience, not worth the price I paid, I was talked into this by realtor was compensated on top of the regular commissions for selling a bunch of units over a weekend. They are allowing a huge chunk of the community for investors which is not ideal for the primary residents or investors. Their interest rates are really high and the overall experience with their lender was worse. They keep asking for same documents, very chaotic, confused all the time. Thoroughly disappointed with the whole process. Their sales, lender and realtor have become a nice group who are after to get gullible investors. I would not touch another Lennar community again. buying home was fast and easy

Worst experience with the builder starts from sales team till handover team. They behave like monark. Very rude. Not ready to accept any of our requests. Agreement is mostly from their side (one side ). they can change what ever they want.

So far I’m 100 % satisfaction.

Very smooth and transparent process.

It does not seem like Lennar values repeat business and a loyal customer base. Service was awesome up until the sale happened and then it's a downhill. Even the person that did new home orientation was amazing during that meeting, said he all the great things you want to hear, and offered to be of assistance after the closing and even asked me to save his mobile phone number to provide advice down the road and so on - I contacted him five times after and crickets... Be careful with their crew and at the end of the day there's no value for words.

From signing the contract to requesting service for items covered under builder warranty has been a horrible experience. The builder is using real state agents to other bidding, who have no idea about the building process or the established standards. Everything in the construction process is contracted out to third parties that hire workers at minimum wage without any construction experience. The quality of work and finishing is awful. Their only purpose is to quickly proceed from contract to closing. Do not waste your time, money, or energy.

The materials used do not match the price point of the house. It’s across the entire neighborhood. From the house materials, to the inside, to the outside. Here is an example that is almost laughable. The sod they installed was found to be Bermuda grass that was over-seeded with Rye grass It looks awful to say it nicely. They tried to tell us it was because we allowed weeds to grow, multiple landscapers said they were wrong and trying to cover their tracks. They figured it out at some point because the newer houses have lovely Bermuda. Some are more unfortunate than me - their yard is half over-seeded rye and have nice Bermuda. It is laughable (I have to laugh or I’ll cry) I’m surprised they allow people to tour our neighborhood. Another example - the corner cabinet shelves are too big for the space. They literally cannot sit on the holders correctly. The manager “fixed” it by taking a holder out and HITTING the cabinet into place. I can’t move them… Ugh, the paint job around the house. I just can’t keep going - the stories are too long and seem unbelievable. ... More

Not that Good! Not that Good!

1. The drainage systems in the Edge of Auburn are terrible. I feel ripped off on my yard. It could have been avoiding by grading the land. 2. Concrete cracks 3. Weeds and bugs everywhere 4. Land developers are taking forever to install street lights and dog trash bins 5. Hotwire communications is terrible

we had an exceptional experience with Lennar from our first visit to the community to see the model houses till the closing. The sales team and the construction manager has done an amazing job in keeping us apprised of the happenings all the time.

Overall I have been pleased with my purchase. The couple of issues I’ve had since moving in were resolved quickly. Well all except the issue with the construction workers loud music on a daily basis. Other than that I’m very pleased with my new home.

Whole Process was very smooth from starting to closing. Lennar really did great Job! Seems like Lennar has very strong process in place at each stage Lennar have designated Individuals who are in contact with us to make process very very smooth, as first time Home Buyer i had lot of concerns but with Lennar at right time some one will reach out to you and update next steps in advance. Lennar is on time with Delivery and fixed all Inspection issues. For Middle class families Lennar is fulfilling their Dream for own house and raise kids and Family. The sales process was great, and the person helping me handle the paperwork was responsive. The Lennar insurance team is terrible in that you have to chase them down for them to do their job, and even then, they don't do a good job at following through the whole process and ensuring your policy is in effect. They blame their system and customers for emails not being sent. The workmanship is terrible, and the place is filthy. Construction workers have no respect for the property, and you need to spend hours and close to a thousand dollars cleaning the place and shampooing the carpet. The walls are not aligned correctly, and the doors don't provide a seal. The floors are also not leveled, and the problem is hidden by laying over carpet. I'm lucky to get 20 years out of a Lennar home when they are supposed to last 100 years. ... More

Buying my new home with Lennar at Edge of Auburn, Garner has been a great experience overall. I had little difficulties with Lennar mortgage at initial stages, but they were very responsive when closing date was nearby

It’s great pleasure to work with Lennar. Time and trust for quality along with warranty, those are great skill of the Lennar team.

The overall buying experience was good, however there was an issue that was shared during my decision process that was short of accurate. The lack of parking has been less than desirable. I was told that I had two parking spaces in front of my townhome. However, when I double-checked after purchasing my home, I was told something different. There is not enough parking, nor is there adequate street lights for safety.

Have all documentation up to date. That will make the process easier. Ralph and the engineer in the community were always attentive to resolve our concerns.
