Lennar team work is worst. Sales team , builder , lender , attorney all are pointing others not helping to buyer in right time. Lender and builder are not cooperative. Helpless. Overall experience is worst about Lennar team work. First name : MJ Eshwars.

Had an absolutely horrible experience with the sellers agent in getting the unit that I wanted. The agent would not respond to my agent and then I lost out of 3 different properties I was ready to sign and go under contract on. There were no accommodations made which was ridiculous. I also had many issues with Lennar trying to play the role as my Lender making the entire process absolutely horrific. Due to this I will likely never buy with Lennar again, nor would I recommend.

I bought an investment property recently from Lennar. Overall very bad experience, not worth the price I paid, I was talked into this by realtor was compensated on top of the regular commissions for selling a bunch of units over a weekend. They are allowing a huge chunk of the community for investors which is not ideal for the primary residents or investors. Their interest rates are really high and the overall experience with their lender was worse. They keep asking for same documents, very chaotic, confused all the time. Worst experience with the builder starts from sales team till handover team. They behave like monark. Very rude. Not ready to accept any of our requests. Agreement is mostly from their side (one side ). they can change what ever they want.

It does not seem like Lennar values repeat business and a loyal customer base. Service was awesome up until the sale happened and then it's a downhill. Even the person that did new home orientation was amazing during that meeting, said he all the great things you want to hear, and offered to be of assistance after the closing and even asked me to save his mobile phone number to provide advice down the road and so on - I contacted him five times after and crickets... Be careful with their crew and at the end of the day there's no value for words.

From signing the contract to requesting service for items covered under builder warranty has been a horrible experience. The builder is using real state agents to other bidding, who have no idea about the building process or the established standards. Everything in the construction process is contracted out to third parties that hire workers at minimum wage without any construction experience. The quality of work and finishing is awful. Their only purpose is to quickly proceed from contract to closing. Do not waste your time, money, or energy.

The materials used do not match the price point of the house. It’s across the entire neighborhood. From the house materials, to the inside, to the outside. Here is an example that is almost laughable. The sod they installed was found to be Bermuda grass that was over-seeded with Rye grass It looks awful to say it nicely. They tried to tell us it was because we allowed weeds to grow, multiple landscapers said they were wrong and trying to cover their tracks. 1. The drainage systems in the Edge of Auburn are terrible. I feel ripped off on my yard. It could have been avoiding by grading the land. 2. Concrete cracks 3. Weeds and bugs everywhere 4. Land developers are taking forever to install street lights and dog trash bins 5. Hotwire communications is terrible

The sales process was great, and the person helping me handle the paperwork was responsive. The Lennar insurance team is terrible in that you have to chase them down for them to do their job, and even then, they don't do a good job at following through the whole process and ensuring your policy is in effect. They blame their system and customers for emails not being sent. The workmanship is terrible, and the place is filthy. Construction workers have no respect for the property, and you need to spend hours and close to a thousand dollars cleaning the place and shampooing the carpet. The ...

The overall buying experience was good, however there was an issue that was shared during my decision process that was short of accurate. The lack of parking has been less than desirable. I was told that I had two parking spaces in front of my townhome. However, when I double-checked after purchasing my home, I was told something different. There is not enough parking, nor is there adequate street lights for safety.
