I was searching for a new home that was affordable and had all that I was looking for. I found Lennar and was very impressed with quality, price and the standard upgrades in the price. I worked with the Lennar team and I can’t say enough they put me on the fast track to get into my home and sure enough I was in without any issues. My home was more than expected and no short cuts this house was built right I inspected it myself and well Lennar builders did a great job. Very happy and if you find minor issues or any issues they will come right out and fix the issue. I had a small floor scuff mark and reported it and the next day the contractor was at my home and fixed the issue. Now that’s service. Beautiful location and well planned out community plus landscaping is very professional and well kept I never usually write reviews but Lennar did such a good job with the home .service.and helping me along the way with buying process it just need to be in writing ... Brian was with us though out the whole process any details that were missed he saw that they were taken care of as well as the on-site Foreman we had no other issues to walk through went flawless we only had about four small places to be repaired we've had some other things come up and they're in a process of clearing those up for us as well

I recently purchased a home in Sunfish Cove in Sunset Beach NC December 2024. This was the easiest transition for me thanks to Heidi and my realtor. Absolutely love my new home!

My family and I moved from another state up north. We totally love it here. The community is very quiet and our new neighbors are great! Heidi, our sales rep, is wonderful! She is such an asset to Sunfish Cove! She has helped my family and I tremendously.

From showing us the house . To going through the loan process. And doing our walk through. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful . We had been looking for awhile and just happen to pull in to see the new houses . So glad we did. We love our new house and appreciate all the help we got during the process.

Process of buying a home do you know what is different from my previous sellers at times I did not get a callback when I needed one at a time so I did it. Everyone was very helpful the toughest time I was with the loan officers or the underwriters.. it’s just seems as though they were nitpicking, but at the end they got what they needed to process the loan. Quality of the home was less than my expectation a Lotta good quality and it was some sort of quality or all I am please.. I did not do a thorough cleaning before moving. Project managers was very knowledgeable and kept me up-to-date with weekly photos and feedback. Miss Heidi was very helpful throughout the whole process along with the girls in the office. I was a bit unhappy with the failure to complete the drywall around the garage door, leaving the walls in the garage unpainted as well as a lack of towel racks and toilet paper racks in the bathrooms. I realize that many people would prefer to pick their own styles for the bathrooms.

Our house purchase was very smooth. We have been looking for the right house for years. This house checked off all of our boxes.

Quality and workmanship is questionable. To be fair, not just Lennar. Other top Builders have the same issues. Social medial is full of unsatisfied buyers. It is the way of the times. Keep costs low by hiring unskilled labor.

The agent Lane was the most honest, professional & patient agent. After the purchase it has all been down hill. It has been extremely disappointing.

The customer care division for issues post closing have been great. Promptness, courteous, professional! We closed in a very short period of time and there was some mis information but overall a pretty good experience

Happy with the overall experience. Very helpful sales agent and construction manager. They kept me up to date on progress and sent pictures (I moved from another state). Noah with Lennar Mortgage was fantastic and made the mortgage process simple.

We have had a great experience so far. The very beginning with Ethan finding us the location we wanted and the floor plan we didn't know we needed was great. Noah was very efficient and helpful during the loan process as well. We had a water issue right at move in and customer service went out of there way to make sure we were taken care of. We've been here just over 2 months and everything is working well and we love our little home near the beach.
