We haven’t had much interaction with the builder yet since we really haven’t had major issues. We are having difficulty setting up our ring system that was builder installed. We will probably have to contact a tech company for assistance.

From the initial walkthrough, all the way until the contract was closed, the entire Lennar Team was attentive and very informative - which to new homebuyers is extremely important. Everyone had answers that helped reassure some of the concerns we had, and for that, we are truly grateful.

Excellent company to work with

As a buyer not living in the Portland area, keeping the communication going was very important. The Lennar team communicated on a regular basis and maintained the timelines they had committed both before and after the handover. Impressed by the Professionalism, be it from sales, finance or maintenance teams.

We particularly liked the "Everything's Included" aspect, and the fact that we received the same excellent quality materials and service, regardless of the size of house we were buying. The sales associate was superb; she was always glad to see us, took the time to answer our questions, and didn't hesitate to reach out to other professionals for help in answering them. She kept us up to date through every step of the process and referred us to helpful resources. This was the best home buying experience we have ever had.

I'm quite happy about my overall experience with Lennar. Everyone has been great from start to finish. I love my brand new home!

There's little to be able to say here aside from "wow!". The experience that we had when purchasing our home from Lennar was nothing short of outstanding, from working with the outstanding sellers agent (Olivia) , to attending the final walk through and celebration (Amanda), to being kept in the loop every step of the way with weekly photo updates of the build and status reports from the builders themselves, nothing was too much trouble or work for Lennar. Our new home is beautiful and well built (and has a builder-backed warranty for certain issues that may pop up as the house settles). But what really makes Lennar stand out is the customer support staff (Bill, Melinda, and Tiffany) each of whom made our journey of purchasing a new-construction home a breeze. We purchased a spec home which was about 2/3 complete when we first saw it (so the various finish options had already been selected for the home). Because of the sale on our existing home, we needed a move in date that was much sooner than Lennar had planned for the completion of the spec home; however, showing their true colors, Bill (the superintendent on the job site), Melinda (the site’s real estate broker), and Tiffany (the customer support/warranty representative) rev’d up production and finished the build in time for us to move in before Thanksgiving. Houses are great and you get what you are promised

We are very satisfied overall but the Level Bolt for the front door is awkward and not working as easily as we hoped.
