Purchased our home through Connie ***** at Lennar. Working with her was a phenomenal experience. Also super happy with Beth ***** at Lennar Mortgage. Both went above and beyond to make this purchase as smooth as possible. Having purchased more than 10 other homes, this by far was the smoothest. You’re in good hands with them. The only reason for not giving a perfect score is because this is a second home for us, warranty work needs photos to begin working on issues and that makes the process more cumbersome. I would definitely purchase another home from Lennar.

Overall, our homebuying experience was excellent. We found the team trustworthy and responsive when we had questions or concerns, and we're happy with our new home. I rated the workmanship and materials four stars because there is still some room to improve the finishing details. Overall, we're pleased with our purchase and appreciate the support throughout the process.

Overall experience was a breeze. First time buying and it was a lot easier then I thought it would be. Craftsmanship is a 4 because a 5 would be perfect and their is minor imperfections.

My experience with the entire seller is Awesome, Professional, accommodating in all areas.

The house is very good, it delivered everything I needed. To make it complete, it would be great if the suite's bathroom had double sinks

The thing that really bothers me is when I moved into my home and then realized there were zero toilet paper holders in 2 1/2 bathrooms. No towel holders and the main bedroom bathroom had no drawers but the guest bath did. Where do I put the things unless I buy them myself. The floor from main room connecting to carpet into bedrooms had nothing to keep carpet from fraying. I call that cheap. You pay more for a home but get less!'

I was not informed of the policy of sending checks to payoff my credit cards. Even when I emailed the mortgage team and told them I was going to payoff my credit cards, they did not inform of the policy. One of the checks was a closed joint account I had with my ex-husband!

Lennar slaps these houses together pretty fast. You are not allowed to make changes to your build, including any light decisions. Don't even ask if you can pay extra for a header for a deck, they are very strong in their response, "we don't do that." We were told a wasp nest on our house would be removed before we moved in. When we moved in they said, yes we removed it, the wasps just rebuilt it the next day. We were there daily, so I question their honesty on this. They ***** you to use their financing and the person did not feel truthful. He promised a certain percentage for our loan but before signing we noticed he had increased our down payment amount to buy down points without telling us. He was hoping we wouldn't notice. We needed a quick move in home and Lennar has plenty, but ideally I would have taken my time and built with someone more personable. ... More

Sad that there is no accountability for what is said and done at a home for families. It just gets them in anddoesn'tt care. The direction is to say what we want to hear and then hide behind loopholes. Just sad, as the salespeople are great and really treat the owners well. It is just not the same after that. Now, the managers who walk the inspections are nice and really do their best; it's the people that you don't see who are a true shame.

Will not resolve a warranty item after 6 months. This is very sad that they won't make the vendor own up to a quality

This is our third time buying a new build home (second time with Lennar), and unfortunately it was the worst experience we've had. From the start, responsiveness and communication with the sales team was very bad. During the final walk throughs when we were under contract, things were not built correctly per city plans. Post move in, communication and access to the Lennar Portal has continued to be very poor. We had a great experience in Texas with Lennar, but *****'s Lennar leaves a lot to be expected. I would NOT RECOMMEND them at all.

We moved into our new house about 1\.5 months ago\. At first, everything seemed fine\. We passed the inspection, and overall, it looked okay\. Yes, you could immediately tell that the materials were cheap, but we decided to close our eyes to it and just start living\. Then, during the first month, our AC started making an insanely loud noise like a motorcycle with vibration and loud popping sounds\! I called several times, waited a couple of days, and eventually someone came out, walked around, shrugged their shoulders, and basically said there was nothing they could do\. And then, this weekend, the sewer backed up\. We couldn't use any of the toilets or showers because everything was coming back up\. 🤦‍♀️ We also tried to file a claim through the insurance website… and the website doesn't even work\. I've lost count of how many times I've thought, "Why did we buy this house?" 😩 ... More

I like my home. But salesman need to check with person after they moving in.

Having dealt with Lennar is reason for my ratings.

For what I paid for the house, I have no suggestions.

From first showing to present, Lennar rocks!!! Just give me an opportunity and I could testify to real folks about the tremendous experience I have had.

***** was exceptional. He always went above and beyond during and after the home buying experience. He was very respectful, caring and understanding. He explained everything in a way I could understand, was prompt in getting things done, always available and trustworthy.

As a first time homebuyer, I came into this with a lot of questions and was very appreciative that the entire team, from the first walk-through to when I was reviewing financing, answered my questions patiently and with great detail. They moved fast, but I never felt left behind.

Failed AC, No mail service, no access to ISPs, common area used as dumping ground and unfinished.

It was rough, we had our ups and downs. It's like most people where awesome and amazing but it only takes one to seriously mess it all up for the buyer. Lennar did finally remove that person and put everything on a rush to make the mad dash to close on my original close date. That was very nice, and I'm very grateful. The new house is nice, but been here a month and have noticed things that where done poorly, or cheap material was used.

The only thing about buying this home that was not an utter disappointment was the warranty claims processer. In the two months I have owned this home I have gotten to speak with her on many occasions, unfortunately. She is the only person I have dealt with from Lennar (Homes or Mortgage) that seems to care at all about customer satisfaction. The sales process was littered with ***** and misleading information, the walkthrough was full of a guy trying to get me to stop pointing out stuff because he had health issues, they made me drive halfway across the county to close at another model home in another neighborhood and they gave me the wrong address for it, it took them weeks to get the address registered and to figure out with the post office which mailbox my mail was supposed to go to. Then there are the quality issues, in less than 2 months I have had to file more than a half a dozen claims, some of the items were supposed to be fixed before closing but they obviously patched it up just well enough to look ok for the final walkthrough. I had a kitchen drawer fall out, in a brand new home, the afternoon after my closing. The same drawer they swore to me they fixed after the walkthrough. The concrete is all cracking, driveway and garage, and ugly, mainly the garage. Then there are the doors, there is not a single door in the interior of the home that is square and plumb. They have been out three times now to inspect and repair the doors, some of which you can see through between the closed door and the frame and there is still no plan for resolution. The loan process was amazing. Noah and Jose were great to work with. The home quality and the construction team are the worst I've seen. The warrenty service department is top notch

My home is of the best quality. Any issues have been dealt with timely attention.

I was extremely impressed with how organized, professional and responsive everyone has been throughout this process. Everyone from the sales Agent Wayne to the mortgage people, closing and the builder team has been absolutely amazing.
