I been waiting for my check for 3 months still haven't received it yet worst experience ever and they are unorganized

Overall, I had good experience with Lennar throughout the home-buying process. Their sales representative, Margaret, was very helpful at the beginning of the process. She explained everything clearly and guided us through each step, making the experience much easier. During the construction phase, however, there were several areas where the experience could have been better. Communication was inconsistent at times, which reduced our confidence in the process. One of the biggest disappointments was the pre-drywall inspection. Earlier in the process, Margaret had told us that we would be allowed to attend. However, when the time came, Lennar reversed that decision and did not allow us, as homeowners, to be present. We had hired an independent third-party inspector, and we simply wanted to walk through the home ourselves to confirm that the items identified in the inspection report had been addressed before the drywall was installed. Being denied that opportunity was frustrating and eroded our trust. Relying solely on the builder to verify that its own work had been corrected felt like a conflict of interest, especially after we had invested in an independent inspection.Their construction manager was very supportive and help address some of our concerns to best of his ability. Another frustration was that our concierge, Taylor, was very difficult to reach and rarely answered phone calls, making it challenging to get timely updates or answers to our questions. We were also disappointed that we were not allowed to add a small window to our bathroom when we booked the home as we had asked Margaret at the time. Since then, we've noticed that newer homes with the same floor plan now include that window, which made the earlier decision even more frustrating. Despite these issues, our overall experience with Lennar was positive, and we're happy with our home. Lennar home care service team is great. They are quick response on your request. However, the quality of the house (especially the hardwood floors and the water pipe in the bathroom) needs to be improved.

My experience with Lennar was top tier. As a first time homebuyer, I didn't know what to expect. But the team of Lennar experts guided me every step of the way and I was ready to close in less than a month. Top Tier!

The finished material is not the best quality; there are some things that they have not fixed.

I love my purchased home with Lennar. They have variety of home layouts and designs , specially all appliances included. Communication was great with their team from sale to service .

We were first time homebuyers. Lennar really impressed me because of how effortless they make it to buy a home. Everything basically being in house helped tremendously. The same people we dealt with from day 1 were there until closing day. We toured 11 different neighborhoods and Lennars stole the show. The houses looked great, the neighborhood looked awesome and we couldn’t be happier we decided to buy from Lennar. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

From looking at models to under writing everyone has been great

We are happy with our purchase, a few things that should be considered, the AC unit is undersized for a 2 story unit, one story units have the same tonnage, was promised the unit would be clean when we did our walkthrough and after closing unit was still the same as we had seen it when we inspected. Why carpeting and not hard flooring throughout, why no gutters included. Reclaimed irrigation in front but not in back. Some other minor is*****s but overall satisfied

The *****s, the unresponsiveness, the month wait and the extra money I had to spend without any reimbursement. Overall bad experience. ***** not buy another Lennar home after this.

We could not be happier with our new Lennar home! From day one, their team has gone above and beyond, responding instantly to every single inquiry and is***** we’ve had. The design of the house is beautiful and stylish, with absolutely no wasted space—every square foot is functional. To top it all off, our independent home inspector was incredibly impressed. He mentioned he was genuinely surprised by the high quality of craftsmanship for a new build and said he would highly recommend Lennar himself. Thank you for making our home-buying experience so seamless and rewarding!

From the moment we walked into the welcome center until the ink dried on the closing page we were given attention to everything

Was very nervous about buying a home especially as a new build but overall had a very positive experience buying our first home through Lennar! The team was very nice, informative and quick to resolve any concerns we mentioned. We are really enjoying our time in the new home!
