The only thing I think they need improvement is the loan managers I had to give my personal information numerous times. But on the other hand, I was very impressed with the building manager he kept us abreast of everything that was going on with the build, and any item that I found doing the move-in process. They responded quickly to rectify the problem.

Very good experience with sales team. Construction work is fine but left cosmetic defects.

The sales side was great! Adam was very responsive, Mike is awesome and very responsive, Our home wasnt ready and had to rent an air bnb and pay an 11k addl. expense patty was not very helpful

Poor communication and return contact . Lack of options in selecting such things as counter top options, colors, low grade ( builders grade ) interior items such as light switches , cabinets, appliances etc. cheep bathroom vanities ( no side drawers, )

After my home was built, i had repeated issues where their contractors were stealing both my water and power to finish building other homes around me, as well as damaging my sod and concrete.

The mortgage experience with Lennar was extremely disappointing. Communication from the loan officers was virtually nonexistent throughout the process, making an already stressful experience even more frustrating. As for the builder side, everything feels mass-produced, and the quality reflects it. There are a lot of corners cut, with lower-quality materials being used. The paint and flooring workmanship was sloppy, walls sound hollow in many areas, and the post-construction cleanup was minimal. Dust from construction was left behind and even clogged parts of the AC system. The one bright spot was the QAM team. They did everything they could to assist and address concerns, and they were the only part of the process that felt customer-focused. I was told the front of my house would look a certain way & it looks nothing like it! The floors are cheap! Wasn’t told til the very last minute that it’s a rolled floor & it has already ripped so have all my neighbors & my one neighbor her floor is already bubbling! You can’t even touch the walls without scratching it up because the paint is so cheap! The only 2 people that have been helping me out are Toni & Kim ****. Myself & all of my neighbors have serious drainage problems in our back yards & only 1 person has been out to look at the mess in the backyard. It only took over La month to finally get someone out here just to look, thanks to Kim! I just pray that they will fix the problem. ... More

From my first visit and meeting Tracy to the end of getting my keys finally, this experience was wonderful as a first time buyer. Tracy was full of hope and secured that I can get my dream home. It was a lengthy process and at times will take a toll on you, but overall Lennar's team was on my side every step of the way. I really appreciate this entire experience and I highly recommend dealing with Tracy directly. You don't need a realtor. I did everything with Lennar.

From start to finish I was guided through the process and educated on my home and how to care for it. As a first time home owner this was informative and empowering.

Not my first home buying rodeo and I was able to find a home that met my needs in my desired area. Lennar made it easy and process was very smooth. I've been in my home for about 3 months and while building is going on all around me, it's been as expected. Minor issues that I have raised have been addressed pretty quickly with no pushback.

Drywallers should be embarrassed & ashamed of their work. Worst job we've ever seen. Had a tree die, it was watered along with everything else. Response about Lennar replacing it was 'it must have been a weather event'. Apparently only on our tree & nowhere else in the development did this weather event occur. Lennar will not replace it - even Lowe's has a 1 year warranty on trees This home purchase was our 6th home buying experience and by far the most stressful.

Overall love the aesthetic of house, but if I had the option to give my money to another company with the same home I would have. We were encouraged to wait until almost a year to put in tickets to wait for the house to settle. There are already cracks and issues one month in. The agent Sarah was nice enough but was clearly there for sale. Asked "personal" questions that we had already answered and no agent gift at closing or follow up. Kimberly only spoke to my husband and didn't even look in my direction unless I asked a question to which the answer was diverted to my husband. Neighbors had a similar experience. There were issues that were unresolved - our door wouldn't slide and still doesn't… no one came to fix it. The same dirt was in the track after we were told that t was looked at. We reached out and Kimberly said there was nothing she could do after closing. Customer service overall awful. ... More

Our salesperson gave empty promises and even outright *****. We had to escalate WAY above her head just to get home ready to close.

Overall all review 2/5. I was the one calling Mortgage, sales rep and even had to escalate the matters to management so I can get some type of answers. Never knew my closing date until a week prior. Sales rep, Brycen never gave me no next steps after the earnest money because "he was to busy taking care of other clients" even though I should've been treated as a client as well. Very disappointed that it felt more of a job for me to get a house with you guys then it was a process like everyone else says it should be

Home buying was the worst I have ever went through, the right hand does not talk to the left hand. Quality has dropped and home owners will suffer long term with these issues. Trustworthiness, no one will reach out and tell you where things stand and or how to proceed, I feel they don't truly care, i would feel bad for new home owners. Responsive is not in there vocabulary, months later still don't hear back!

My encounter with Nina was the best experience.She was a great help in the process of buying the home from the beginning to the end. Any concerns I might have had. She would take her time and explain and solve any issues at anytime which is very important to me. Overall, the experience, was the best. And she is definitely an asset to the company..

Everyone with Lennar was top notch! They have been responsive and provided the highest ***** of service. I could not have been more pleased with my home-buying experience.
