Several communication issues throughout the process. Seemed as though each sales rep, finance broker and escrow agent have too many clients and attention to each client is impacted. Issues after sale have been non stop with very little assistance in resolving the issues. Lennar needs to engage with their contracted vendors to ensure issues are resolved timely without putting the client/buyer in the middle considering these are their (Lennar) vendors.

Some challenges dealing with communicating with the financial group.

Our experience with Lennar Mortgage was so stressful and disorganized that we ultimately switch lender. Communication was inconsistent, they kept asking for the same documents, and we kept getting conflicting information and last-minute issues that delayed everything. The lack of professionalism made the process extremely frustrating, and we would not recommend them.

From the minute I signed a contract with Lennar it was a nightmare. The loan process was one of the worst experiences of my life. For someone having perfect credit and another house paid off and no debt they asked a million questions about my finances (having nothing to do with my loan). Then waited until the day of my walk through to let me know I was approved, talk about inconsiderate and stressful. Had I known I was going to go through what I did I would not have bought a Lennar home.

While in general the home construction quality is satisfactory, there a few items which could be attended to. 1. Better shower heads in both bathrooms 2. Master Bathroom size could be increased by making the "walk-in" closet a bit smaller. 3. Screen doors at front and rear could be an added cost option. 4. Also, buyers should have option for hard flooring in place of carpeting in some rooms, with added cost. 5. Lack of door bell is annoying

Lennar delivered our home as per date promised, was a simple buying experience, there were a few fixes that were required and through the Lennar maintenance app every thing was addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. Staff at the site were very helpful

After searching, applying and preparing for months, I received the key to my new home in the Wynnstone neighborhood. My brand new 5 bedroom 3 bath home features Energy Star appliances and modern heating and cooling systems. It’s a new build so the roof and other structural items have been inspected twice to prevent early maintenance issues. The community pool and playground for the kids haven’t been installed but will be a plus once operable. The LENNAR builders, consultant Bun Kaing, finance team led by Denise Carlin, and the title team les by Sheree Shearey were awesome throughout the 7-month process. They worked with me and guided me through the few hiccups to ensure I purchased the home that I wanted. Lennar's "Everything's Included" model offers a simplified and inclusive buying process with standard features, however, they limit customization options like interior paint color, screen porches, and landscaping options other than mulch. Lennar also charge quarterly HOA fees & a monthly CDD fee plus an additional admin fees for home maintenance/ home improvement requests. This organization is without a doubt the most inefficient and unorganized operation with which I have ever dealt. There is nothing more to add.

Samantha really provided great Support in getting Mortgage. Whenever i had any question or clariifcation, she is really a go to Person, She always picks the phone and responds promptly.

Ask questions, ask for blinds, refreg, washer and dryer.

Lennar mortgage is the reason for the low scores in some areas. The lennar lender assigned to us (craig) caused unnecessary stress to our whole family. He took 3 months to finally submit to the underwriters and we were turned down. He did not submit all of our income and refused to talk to us when I asked to review the income amounts He had entered. We had to resubmit the same paperwork multiple times all for nothing. The mortgage lender we went with, who was recommended by lennar was excellent (girish) and had us conditionally approved in 3 days and worked with us every step of the way until final approval. No stress with him! Our lennar sales lady (dharma) was awesome as was the person who provided our walk thru. Lennar mortgage side of the business certainly let you down and we are not the only buyers who went through unacceptable experiences with them ... More

The entire Lennar team was outstanding from the very beginning, and they continue to provide excellent service even though we moved in almost two months ago. Carly Pysarchyk, our Loan Officer, was absolutely fantastic. She has excellent communication skills and was always prompt in responding whenever I had a question or concern.

Makenzy is the reason we found this house and purchased a Lennar home. I would work with her again if I could! Aiden was the cherry on the icing when he did our walkthrough and help up the workmanship.

Everything went smoothly with purchase of our home. From initial inquiry, to processing mortgage and to finally acquiring the title. Emily, our sales agent from Lennar was very professional and transparent. She explained everything that we would undergo once we qualified for buying the house. She’s also responsive to even after the sales. We received all the drafts of the documents fe days prior to the signing date. As buyer, we just do your homework, go through all those documents and ask questions when in doubt. Emily did an awesome job explaining the details when we had doubts/questions. There are no surprises! This is same with the mortgage process. Our loan officer, Meenakshi, was also very patient and professional. Every detail in the document was well-explained. As to the house, so far we see no major issues. Prior to moving in, minor issues were addressed. Sama, our customer care representative is also proactive during the inspection. While there are some minor issues, Lennar is ready to address it and fix it promptly. So far, our stay in this house is amazing. Properties have driveways and ample backyards! Sorry to say that but it’s worst company ever I lived before in house builded 2000 its means before 25 years ago its very perfect compare with this house I buying this house brand new to see everything new and stay long time I want to tell you just first week the painting scratching and the black nails appears and the wall become very bad and the ceiling lake water in the living room and the my son 5 years old fall down the wall broke most painting have scratches and are not smooth

I am very happy to have found an affordable new home and appreciate Lennar making it possible for me to buy! Not happy about how appliance package was handled, when they provided a refrigerator that was too big for the space.

From sales agent to closing agent, all professional, knowledge, and pleasant to deal with. Construction manager was especially helpful

My dishwasher still has not been fixed. I have no paperwork to register my A/C unit for the full warranty. I need information I don’t have and have requested it from a Lennar builder and have not received the information I need.

Overall a very positive experience buying a house from Lennar.

Great sales experience with the first contact. Seem to lure you in with deals but overall everyone does. Definitely benifits you using their companies. We used their mortgage company and their realtor to sell our home. Didn’t use their insurance because I had a friend who does it but still offered good rates. After closing so far everything has been great. Sandy was great at explaining everything and Zach the general on site has been super helpful. Would definitely use them again to purchase

We were so thrilled to purchase our new home with Lennar. We had a lot of issues and the construction manager at the time was not truthful with us. We had over an inch of water standing in our basement after the drywall was installed and he said we only had a few puddles. It ended up that Lennar had to hire a restoration company to come in and found a lot of mold in our walls. It was eventually taken care of. Then when we moved in and the craftsmanship of the house is sub par. Door frames are not level and poor quality with walls. I could go on but this experience has been not stellar and this has been our 4th house we have built. ... More

The counter top in the kitchen is not good quality, with the price for the house, they could put better quality for counter top in the kitchens, it’s sensitive to hot plate. Also all the bathroom are vinyl, they could make it tile with no extra cost ….. After the closing, reaching to them was hard. I got my correct mailbox key after one month.

Took so long for approval.

Knowledge of Lennar Builder from Florida led us to trust them and Purchase our new home here in Carnes. We highly recommend them as builders and their promptness to anything we have found since closing has been superb.
