Overall a very positive experience buying a house from Lennar.

Great sales experience with the first contact. Seem to lure you in with deals but overall everyone does. Definitely benifits you using their companies. We used their mortgage company and their realtor to sell our home. Didn’t use their insurance because I had a friend who does it but still offered good rates. After closing so far everything has been great. Sandy was great at explaining everything and Zach the general on site has been super helpful. Would definitely use them again to purchase

We were so thrilled to purchase our new home with Lennar. We had a lot of issues and the construction manager at the time was not truthful with us. We had over an inch of water standing in our basement after the drywall was installed and he said we only had a few puddles. It ended up that Lennar had to hire a restoration company to come in and found a lot of mold in our walls. It was eventually taken care of. Then when we moved in and the craftsmanship of the house is sub par. Door frames are not level and poor quality with walls. I could go on but this experience has been not stellar and this has been our 4th house we have built. ... More

The counter top in the kitchen is not good quality, with the price for the house, they could put better quality for counter top in the kitchens, it’s sensitive to hot plate. Also all the bathroom are vinyl, they could make it tile with no extra cost ….. After the closing, reaching to them was hard. I got my correct mailbox key after one month.

Took so long for approval.

Knowledge of Lennar Builder from Florida led us to trust them and Purchase our new home here in Carnes. We highly recommend them as builders and their promptness to anything we have found since closing has been superb.

There was a site manager, everyone was calling him TK. He made me sign the pre-check list completion before the closing and verbally confirmed one of the issue with the patio door was fixed. I believed him,lol. When I checked it, it was not, I let him know he said he will take care of it by end of the day. But It was still not fixed. I had to request a warranty repair. On the other hand the warranty departman gentleman Gary was great. Good follow up, helpful. Also I would say that the quality of the building is average & below average as expected from mass builders. Oh no new home owner gift received also... lol ... More

The quality of work man ship inside the house was bad. Things that should be replaced was fixed and the imperfections can still be seen. No deals or proper discounts was given.

Basically, buying from Lennar is a case for "buyer beware." It's not that they build an inferior product, however, corners are cut numerously when it comes to design and providing any sort of choice in materials. Lennar is also incredibly inflexible on almost any request once the sales contract is signed. It's basically a take it or leave it attitude. For my part, I was in a hurry to buy, for personal reasons, and I didn't spens enough time researching Lennar, or their other local developments. I have purchased several new homes from builders, in my lifetime. This was by far, the least satisfied I have ever been. Do your homework! ... More

I am grateful and extremely thankful for LENNAR. The house was built beautifully and comfortable. The representative who showed us the property was very professional and kind. The representative from LENNAR mortgage was patient and helpful. She explained and provided assistance throughout the process. I do recommend any person who wants an elegant home to purchase LENNAR. Thank you for your services.

LENNAR representatives from initial consultation, working with the loan officers to get final approval all the way to closing day. All the Lennnar Representatives were kind and efficient in all the process.

Overall, the home itself, the loan process, and the title experience went smoothly. However, we are extremely displeased with the HOA and ARC process. The documentation provided to homeowners states that we can choose between PVC or black aluminum rail fencing, yet our applications for the aluminum rail style have been repeatedly denied without a clear, consistent explanation. This was one of the most important factors when purchasing our home, and had we known that the option listed in the HOA materials would not actually be allowed, we would have reconsidered our purchase. We are also experiencing inconsistent and shifting reasons for the denial of our gutter installation. Meanwhile, it has been two months since settlement and, due to these delays, the mulch on the side of our home is washing away with every rainfall. The lack of clarity and consistency in the HOA approval process has been the most frustrating part of our experience. ... More

constructions is supper poor, Customer service worst. Sales person no knowledge of product is very minima. I will not recommend to any one to get Lennar property

Our home buying process was

When we went to buy our home it was contingent on us selling our other home.The person buying our home was a developer and kept changing our closing dates for a total of 7 times.We already had a closing date set and our realtor had to keep calling Jessica at Lennar to change our dates.Jessica was fantastic assuring us we wouldn't lose the house and not to worry.Everyone else involved from Lennar was also great switching everything around to accommodate us.Overall it was a great experience dealing with everyone in such a stressful situation.I would recommend Lennar to anyone.

I’m confident Stephan (the salesperson) did his best, and I want to acknowledge that the construction team was always reliable and friendly. The warranty team also deserves credit—they responded quickly and efficiently to every request I submitted, which I greatly appreciate. Logan from Lennar Mortgage provided excellent service as well. However, the quality of the house is not the best, which is why I’m giving three stars. My biggest concern was the management during construction: the manager’s approach felt inconsistent, and frankly, it seemed like you had to push too hard to get things resolved. That shouldn’t be part of the experience. For future buyers: Stephan, the construction team, and the warranty team did, and continue to do, a good job. My main concern is that the manager doesn’t honor agreements. If this improves, the experience could be much better. ... More

nice home, well built, great spot for second home!

Every part of the homebuying experience was easy and well-informed. Would do it again.

From the date of my offer acceptance to the closing date the process was a breeze. All information was given for contacts for utility set up and HOA information . All walk through issues were addressed and fixed by settlement date.

Staff no friendly, no clear communication, craftsmanship not good.

Such a breezy wonderful experience all throughout. Definitely enjoy every bit from the home buying experience to the home being built. Amazing journey

My kitchen sink faucet was loose allowing water to leak underneath the sink. I put a request in for someone to fix it. My Customer care representative Jason responded quickly and set up an appointment for someone to come out. The job was completed within a few days later and he even followed up to make sure it was completed. Thank you Lennar for making the process easy!

I enjoyed my experience with Lennar with high quality team, from on site sales agent, to loan officer and mortgage agent, to customer service representative after sale, everyone is great!

From the first point of choosing the lot in the new neighborhood development to the hand over after closing was very smooth and easy. This being the entry for us into a 55+ community development has been very helpful into getting us started with the next phase of our lives.
