My family is delighted by our new home l and water slide at the community center Lennar has a poor social media rating for perceived quality of the homes. ***** is still being built , so I am seeing new homes in various stages of construction and it seems to me that the quality is better than most other builders in the market. Most is*****s were resolved withtwo weeks of move in. The finance team work with our credit Union.To make our down payment and first payment work very well. We are pleasantly surprised that we have a backup energy system.So that in case of storms , we will have minimal disruption of electricity . ***** needs to allow the people who help new homeowners like ***** to follow through on requests. ... Everything went well and I just got my grass installed yesterday !!! :)

We had communicate with the ***** from *****. He work with out relator and the process was very smooth. Please say thanks to your Building foreman for all he did to make work so well. He still stop to talk to us to see how things are going.

Paint on interior was sloppy. There are runs in paint at various locations. Dishwasher is cheap along with front stoop that looks unfinished for a unit of this price point, garage doors are loud. 3” wide gap around perimeter of refrigerator is excessive. Builder needs to have filler strips as a standard item. This area looks very cheap. 8x8 pressure treated lumber supporting the deck should be wrapped with azak. Once again these are the little items that make a big difference. Call me to discuss any items you would like more information. Still waiting to get a copy of my survey

Somewhat stressful, but I want to make it clear that a lot of it had to do with the fact that I did not have a realtor. I sold a house through Open Door and purchased this one so there’s kind of a lot going on. I’m sure if I purchased directly my experience of would have been different or if I had a realtor. As far as a team I need to say A++++++ Lourdes amazing. I would say the company in general needs to firm up the process the workflow and the steps with Open Door again this is a product that you guys are actually recommended. I heard about it because of you. I feel like once I was in the flow you didn’t have any ownership so therefore don’t suggest them as a product and I be*****ve you also get a little commission you should tighten up your relationship and that workflow which was kind of disjointed with this whole thing was the fact that you guys weren’t in sync. That being said also I loved Open Door I would have not made this purchase without them. They made it happen for me. It’s just the two of you guys need to get aligned. it is not for everyone, but for my current situation, it was absolutely perfect so I want to say thank you. The next big is***** is a solar I paid for the solar *****. I know it’s not part of the sales process, but it would be great if you had a contact person somebody to help guide through this. Lennar sales agent….wishing could have delt with someone else, but was left feeling stuck and with no other choice. Finance was the best experience (***** was great).

It looks nice at a glance but the material used is not the best. I’m having to call for service of workmanship very early. I also did the walk through and blue taped and made the mistake of signing off before the final walk through and noticed that they just pulled the tab in many spots without correction.

Happy with the home Except I paid for a premium lot And they built a solid fence taking away the views. Was told by the agent this was going to be a rod iron fence. Sales person ignored emails

Just my experience so far.

Working with the sales office was a positive experience. Once a contract is written up things happen fairly quickly. I did feel on more than one occasion when I needed something from Lennar the response could have been better and follow up on their end needs some improving. The home is lovely and the model choices are exceptional, nothing is perfect so a flaw or two is likely, but the responsiveness is very good from the builder to make things right.

The home we purchased was a good value for the money we paid. The initial portion of the experience with Patricia was great. She was helpful and not pushy when we wanted to discuss more. The build process was timely, but our homebuying concierge Melissa spoke with us only once over the phone during the entire process. Emails were slow response, and after the initial phone call we were unable to reach her by phone again. There was even a moment where we had tried to get a hold of her multiple times on the same day as our initial walkthrough of the home, and our representative at the walkthrough was able to get a hold of her no problem. We never received a call back, no follow up, the concierge was definitely a waste of time. I understand that there are multiple homebuyers assigned to one concierge, but if I was never able to get a hold of the concierge, they weren't really a concierge.....they were just a representative. The final walkthroughs with Jeff were definitely detailed, although there were things that he brushed over as normal which we have now learned are not normal things in a home. The closing process was a disaster. We used Lennar's mortgage company and the communication in the last days was so poor we almost backed out and went with a different builder. The title/closing team was disorganized and wouldn't communicate with the mortgage team so much so that we showed up to close when we were instructed to, only to have Lennar Title tell us that everything wasn't ready and to come back later. The title did end up sending someone out to our residence at the time to finalize closing given the miscommunication, but having the closing process delayed wasn't fun even if it was by one day. Once we started settling in the home, the house was built pretty well. However, we have found several issues in the house, including permanent orange spots in the carpet that weren't there during the walkthroughs, electrical problems while trying to hook up ceiling fans (that weren't included with the home), and other misc. small issues that although aren't dire are quite annoying to be dealing with months later. Overall, I feel that if you are looking for your forever home, Lennar isn't your best option. If you are looking for a starter home, I feel Lennar is a good start, but be prepared for communication issues throughout the process. ... More

I purchased the property out of state. The realtor intentionally left things out of the video that would have been questioned. For example, the walkway to the door had a corner of the cement block broken off and a triangular repair was done. The bright white color is very noticeable. Another is***** was the false drawers in the bathroom. Finally, there was nothing mentioned about lack of window screens or gutters. I asked if there had been any crimes or burglaries in the area. I was told no. My neighbors said that there had been several thefts in the last year or so. I am unable to drive at this time. I asked if there were taxi/uber services available. I was told there were. There are not. Uber suggests a 90-day reservation. Note: The nearest larger town is ~11 miles away. The realtor probably "assumed" there wouldn't be an is*****. Unfortunately, it has become a HUGE is*****. I live alone and I've moved to a new state. I haven't heard from the realtor since 4 days prior to my closing. I didn't receive an offer for additional assistance, questions, or even a congratulation after the purchase. Truly a realtor to avoid. There are metal pieces and screws that I'm still finding in the yard after being here for 6 weeks. The next door neighbor has a young boy that is constantly running around. I worry that he may step on something that the builders failed to pick up. This is my 6th and likely my last home. I am satisfied with the price I paid, which is why I rated 3/5 stars. Unfortunate experience with Lennar as a builder. I had previously worked with ***** who, now looking back at it, set the bar very high for service and product to which Lennar falls very short of.

Had a great experience with Lennar personal very professional and friendly would recommend buying from Lennar

There are not enough available characters in this box to express how completely terrible this home purchase transaction was from the beginning with the uneducated Lennar lender to the aggressive "escrow closing manager of the builder" who does not identify herself, but shows up in the email thread demanding that we close same day...and much, much more. The icing on the cake (so far) was both bathtubs filling up with literal human feces 16 days after we closed on the home and we had only been to and slept at the house 6 days/nights. 0/10 do not recommend.
