Lennar has been spectacular when it comes to hearing our concerns and swiftly rectifying any and all issues after closing.

I love every thing about this home!

All of the staff from Angela to Phillip to Marie have always been attentive and provided me with any information that I was requesting. They are all a pleasure to work with!!

From the first time we meet with a Lennar salesforce we were impressed. Listen to our desires and explained what they could provide. After our selection progress began and great care was given in every phase of the building. Our initial inspection was performed and was very informative, finding limited defects proved that care was always a top priority. Very happy in our new home.

This is a really nice community and hone. The Lennar team is very responsive to any needs you have. My movers dinged my walls a bit and Lennar crew were here to fix the minor issues. The homes are low Yard maintenance which is nice in this hot weather. They will not disappoint inside and out.

We love our home! It is so beautiful! And Lennar is very serious about continuing to make it perfect even after moving in. For example as houses settle, doors can potentially warp and not close properly. They are so prompt in making sure if there's anything like that it is taken care of quickly and professionally. If I had to critique one thing it would be the paint. It has a matte finish so it isn't that easy or pleasant to clean. Eventually we'll probably be repainting the whole house because I love paint you can just wipe down easily. Other than that the whole experience was quick easy and we ended up in a home we love! ... Impressive floor plans and very responsive customer care Post purchase

I bought this house as an investment and I was very happy when I signed with tenants just 15 days after closing. I still haven't seen the house ready (I don't live in the USA), but I know that everything was fine and my tenants are very satisfied there. Thanks Lennar.

Overall, the experience was good from the time I was introduced to the new development, put on the waiting list to purchase and then finally purchasing my new home. Tami Rasor was awesome with Lennar. She made me feel comfortable and always followed up whenever I had a question. Would recommend buying a Lennar home!

We started a build with Lennar because of their everything included philosophy as well as seeing the quality, after we had already build a custom build. They delivered on what they said and we closed exactly when they said they would many months before.

Great experience from start to finish. It was very easy to keep track of progress through the portal. The house was delivered on time as promised with no delays. Lennar insurance was competitive and made it a one stop shop. The sales team and the back office team including the closing agent were all extremely professional, courteous and easy to work with, from signing the purchase agreement and all the way through the close of sale. Keep up the great work, Lennar team!

We had issue with keys not working after purchase of the house.. Lennar was very responsive and helped us to reconfigure the keys

It’s was a great experience buying from Lennar. people from Lennar are polite and patient ,helpful. My second one will be from Lennar.

The sales person was terrific, very helpful and informative. The home is quite lovely, there were a few minor issues but Lennar was Johnny on the spot and took care of them super fast! The neighborhood is lovely, only issues are the same everywhere, parking is challenging and while parking on the street is not allowed, there are those few who park there any way. My husband and I are very happy with our home and with Lennar, especially our property manager, they are just such a great resource for everything! Finally, if you're looking to buy a new home here, Do It!

The home buying experience was quick, efficient and relatively easy. There were some workmanship issues but they are being remedied. Communication with Lemnar staff was thorough and helpful.
