Inside of the house structurally also there was a difference in one of the bedrooms. They claim ei but they did not include little things like hand towel holders. Their craftsmanship for details like painting , switch covers installed, base boards is not upto the mark. I thought Beazer was bad and had much higher expectations from Lennar. Plus not much choice for kitchen counter and cabinet upgrades.

Everything was smooth during the process, staff was very responsive to inquiries, offer alternative options.

The warranty team and the construction manager are trustworthy. Everything that they said the would do they did.

The buying process was a breeze. Just that initial closing was irritable. Overall awesome experience

My husband and I moved from Suffolk County, New York and are extremely happy in our new home and neighborhood. The house is beautiful, there is so much natural light that you can’t help but smile. We have had a few issues but they were all taken care of very quickly. So happy that we chose a home built by Lennar.

Buying a home from Lennar was a breeze. The building manager for our community was a huge help once we closed and moved on from our concierge. Everyone on their team was a huge help. One down side would be the attention to detail with some of the build. Missing paint after the blue tape inspections, Hardware or tools left in the home such as saw blades or nails not fully installed. Small fixes but otherwise everything was amazing.

Appliances are low grade. Water pressure low.

First time homeowner. Everybody involved in this process has been awesome! I was so stressed out through the entire process but everybody at Lennar would remind me that everything is fine. And….it was! It was a really easy process and all the stress was internal. Lennar knocked it out of the park for me. Hoping they do everyone else the same!

Lennar is a good option for buying a nice and affordable house. Working with them has been easy during and after the buying process. We have 1 year warranty and they’ve been very responsive to our questions and requests.

The house was very poor clean, one of the bathrooms had a stain that was hard for me to remove, and the balcony and the home's outside windows were very dirty. I will need to pay somebody soon to do the cleaning.

Home is a good value for the price.

We picked the house because the lot was wooded in the back. Salesperson commented this was her favorite lot because of the trees. One week after closing, we were the last house to close in this section, they came and cut down about 75% of the trees. We no longer have a shaded patio and private back yard. . Apparently the plan all along was to cut down the trees once the homes closed. Nobody told us that was the plan. We now have a golf course view. If we had known the plan was to remove the trees we may have considered a different lot or subdivision. We love the house and floor plan but it has taken some time to get used to the trees being gone. Any issues we have had with the house have been taken care in a very timely way. ... More

My only issue is the quality of the workmanship in certain trades. Most of what is discovered after move in, can be easily caught. Light fixtures off center, chipped tiles, etc. Lennar does stand behind their product. It becomes time consuming after completion.

This house is perfect for my family,it’s a 5 bedroom duplex carriage with lots of space and in a beautiful&serene location in Westfield..

I was really skeptical about Lennar getting me into a quality home quickly and painlessly but working with them is one of the best life decisions I’ve ever made! The process was manageable, the people were kind and attentive and within weeks I was handed the keys to a brand new home!

We have had a few issues after move -in but have been pleasantly surprised as to how expeditiously they have been handled. We have built a few high end custom homes and Lennar has been as responsive these home builders. I am pleasantly surprised that a moderately priced tract home has such a good service team!

This precious from start to fitness has been pretty simple. I did everything with Leonard I financed I got my homeowners insurance. I purchased a home that was already prebuilt enclosed and less than 60 days. It was an amazing experience. Lender was exceptional and so was the sales team. Gregg was great and so was Austin and I cannot forget about, NICOLE

I feel the experience of buying has been good. Eugene was available and greatly helped me in purchasing my home. I would like to comment on a few matters. The quartz island in the kitchen is not a good choice. The stone is fragile and takes a great deal of time to keep clean. There are too few electrical outlets and consequentially I have to resort to extension cords which are unsightly. The wire shelves are not good, do not look nice and bend under weight. The shower heads that are mounted high on the walls are impractical. A shower head with a hand held cord would be much better. Several of the inside doors hit each other when opening and closing. The lumber for the fencing is fragile. Such a thin cut wood that is stapled. I was quite shocked to see that. Very likely will not hold up well. And I also want to mention the common areas that are nicely installed but the landscaper did a poor job of not caring for the trees. Many of the trees have died due to neglect. Sprinklers do not reach the trees. And these trees look very shabby. And this of course is visual eyesore. Some skylights on the single story house I bought would have helped with the lack of indoor lighting. Inside lighting is poor at best even with all the inside lights turned on.
