Nice neighborhood, great neighbors, cute homes for retires, empty nester and 1st time home owners. Prices are high but are in line with the current market.

Have had no issues with Lennar. Workmanship Is great and minor punch list items resolved very quickly. Lennar is by far above some of the other builders in the area.

My family and I are so happy with our Lennar home! From the beginning, our sales associate, Logan, was patient with all of our questions, provided detailed information and helped us get the process started. The home itself has been wonderful, we're 2 months in and other than some minor issues, we're so pleased. If anything does arise, our warranty rep, Melanie, is so responsive in getting things handled or keeping us posted on timeframes. Highly recommend Lennar!

Overall we're very pleased with our home. Pros include nice design features and lots of included extras, proactive communications from the builder, friendly and helpful representatives, responsive to issues, lots of information provided throughout the process. Cons were a lengthy qualification process, unattractive water and heating unit installations, issues with kitchen cabinet(s) alignment, an unpainted garage, and few options to customize during the build. Our sales associate Linda was great, she was very straightforward, trustworthy and helped us went through the whole process.

Joe C was incredibly responsive and professional. He took every concern seriously and kept us informed of all progress, or lack thereof. Our home is all we hoped it would be. That being said, it took way to long for the cabinet folks to fix a smashed cabinet. We are still waiting for the window people to fix two windows, and poorly operating sliding doors.

Initial contact with Lennar was amazing. Kevin was spot on. Deacon made the financial process smooth. Since moving in James has been great. Overall it is a beautiful experience and I will do it again if I could.

We didn’t know what to expect with our new home and with nothing inside it it felt like the lack of character might be a bummer but once we moved all our stuff in the home came to life in such a wonderful way! We love our home and could not be happier with every aspect of it!

Overall it's been a good experience just waiting for a few more things to get fixed around the house. So far so good.

Sandra was accessible and available to answer my questions at any time regarding financing. Danielle was great during the inspections/walk through process and Todd + his team rocked all the fixes needed for move in. Closing day Sherrie went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything was patient and knowledgeable regarding every question I had. Great experience. Great staff that is eager to help. There are a lot of little problems that need to be fixed after move-in so keep a pad to write down all the issues.

I am a first time homebuyer and the Lennar team helped make this a wonderful experience. They were attentive to my needs, goals, and ideas. Each department were available for my questions and concerns throughout the process.

Lennar responses very quickly to resolve issues

Love my house and although it has only been a short time living there, I am pleased with the spacious rooms and all the extra items installed which no other construction company offers. In order for me to rate quality materials and workmanship, I would have to wait for a while. Everything looks fine now but would like to see with time if everything would look as good as it does now. Of course, taking in consideration of the wear and tear that happens over time.

I love the floor plan in my home and what other builders include as optional are standard in a Lennar home and for those reasons, I purchased my home. Other than blinds and ceiling fans, there’s nothing that needs to be added. I definitely suggest purchasing a Lennar house..
