We had a great experience from start to finish with our townhome. We love our new place!

Our entire experience from start to finish was stress free. Everyone involved was great. The builder's team responded to minor issues in a timely manner. If you're looking for a well built quality home look no further than Lennar.

Excellent team to work with. Kudos to your staff ... Vic (Sales), Jeremy (PM), Mary (Orientation), Eunice/Jenny (Loan), Customer Care (Lee)! They helped us throughout the entire process. Yes there were delays but we understood. Thank you, everyone! I know I forgot a few names. But thank you to the entire Lennar Staff for helping us move to our forever home.

We put down money sight unseen, going off of reviews and photos of work (this was due to a last minute job transfer and needing a house for a growing family). From day 1 of speaking to the community liaison, we were kept in the loop of construction progress, fall backs, and Changes. When were able to finally see the place in person, we were not disappointed. Then come orientation day, and seeing the final product, we were over the moon with how perfect everything turned out. Outside of normal house issues (really just a few mail pops) the craftsmanship of construction has been phenomenal. Nothing major has gone awry since moving in and we tell ourselves nightly how appreciative, lucky, and how much we absolutely love our new home. We love our new home and great neighbor.

Post handover I raised 2 tickets, but first followup call happened to know what the issue is. Post that when they will come is unknown

I purchased the home while living in Colorado. The builders on site were responsive in interacting with my brother to address anything during the walk through and final turnover

It was a pleasant journey towards owning my new house. I really like the layout however I wasn’t able to make changes anymore. There are some things that need attention and they responded to the requests right away. There’s still pending things to fix and I get updated on the status of the request. Overall I’m very happy with the house.

I found the perfect retirement home at 3Roots. It was expensive but exactly what I wanted. Loan and escrow were fairly simple compared to my previous home. Had a few problems with various items but they were all attended to by Lennar.

Response time to issues is not good.

We liked the floor plan and community services and quickly signed the contract after our first visit of Venue at Monroe in New Jersey. John, our sales contact, is extremely helpful from the beginning to the end in timely answering our questions. He was quick in understanding the issues and acted to help or provided useful suggestions. Our closing was delayed by a month due to the shortage of electric meter at the power provider, which is an issue in the 2022 summer affected many new home closings in center New Jersey. With many scheduling issues for moving from out of New Jersey, we had our moving day on the closing day. It was made possible with Lennar's help in arranging a remote notary process for us to sign the closing documents online. After moving in, we feel two things Lennar may do to further please the buyers. One is have a floor material that is not too sensitive to moisture. Another is having backsplash included because it is hard to install one with the hood fan already on the wall. ... More

We are very happy with our new Lennar home. The floor plan, design of the neighborhood, and and design elements inside and out are very nice. The energy efficient features are great. We would do it all over again.

My experience with Lennar during these turburlent times was much better than anticipated. I have purchased new construction from Toll Brothers (2 New homes) K Hov, DR Horton, and Del Webb. I always never seemed to choose Lennar "everythings' included" theory, as I DO LIKE to upgrade and customize. However, with today's chain supply issues this actually was a GOOD thing as the home was delivered in a timely manner. The sales rep, Gina, was fantastic and professional. The on site transition construction manger Alex is also great during my first thirty day transition. I will highly recommend to all!!! This is our first new home purchase and Lennar made it very easy for us along our journey. Larissa was our sales agent and she was incredibly helpful and responsive every step of the way. The in house financing was also such a great experience. We love our new home! Lennar did a great job all around.

Lennar was there for us through the process. We love our new villa. Most of the minor issues have or are being corrected.

I am definitely encouraging my friends and family to go for Lennar only because of thier quality work/products/materials. The down side of Lennar builder is that you won't get the house whatever they have intial clousing date. Keep in mind the date will be revised 2-3 times and you will have to wait one-two months more.

Issues with walls and microwave and microwave. Fortunately Richard has been very expedite getting things fixes

The Lennar work family ate very nice. As for as my home. I not to happy on how they respond to issues. I prefer phone call instead of emails if I have a service request. My kitchen light is hanging down, my bathroom plug doesn't work, and water stands in my yard for days after it rains cause I don't have a good run off system. I'm having this issue after month of moving in. They are great people but I'm not too impressed by the quality of my home.

Overall the experience was great! House was still not fully complete upon moving in, but out contractor was good at responding to stuff.

The entire purchase and customer service experience was awesome. I found the staff from salesperson to project manager to warranty rep to be very professional and trust worthy. Lennar hires excellent people. The home was completed on time with just a few minor issues that were addressed promptly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend purchasing a home from Lennar.

Overall the process with Lennar was super easy and fast. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Lennar again.

Our experience with Lennar home builders was excellent. Our salesman Nate has gone over and above expectations with keeping us informed of the process, sending us progress pictures throughout the building process, and even though we've closed on the home, continues to help us get settled in to our new home. We love the Venice model home we bought, and even though there are a few minor issues to resolve yet, the warranty department (Matthew) has been excellent - he jumped into action immediately when our thermostat / A.C. quit working (our own fault lol) to get a service tech out to the house within 6 hours! Even the other sales people (Christine) working in the office at Biscayne Landing have been so very helpful to us, getting our gate sensors and answering questions! Great company...great people...WELL DONE EVERYONE...and thank you ALL for making our transition to Florida and to our new home so easy and enjoyable! ... More
