10/10 highly recommend! Love our Lennar home!

The entire process from start to finish was very good. No problems, our house was finished pretty much on time, and we were able to close within 2-3 weeks of the initial date we were given when we picked our lot a year earlier.

Birigid the sales rep at lochiel farm made our experience very smooth. she is well knowledgeable and very kind and she explains very clearly and answers our questions very patiently. Do to her i had buyed 2 houses in lochiel farm. she is the best Sales rep i have ever met.

Overall this has been a great experience. I would not hesitate to do this again.

The only think is the back grass needs better quality

The quality of the home is excellent. Randy, Nicole & Thiago were great to work with during the entire process. we had her issues from start to finish.

Dimitrios Kalkalitis was an outstanding loan officer. Julie our home rep was also stellar. It was a good experience.

Home was well built with attention to detail and after move in customer service care is a priority for this company.

The entire process was quick and in time according to our deadline. All materials and projects were completed without any delays! We had great help from Vanessa and Bun throughout the entire process.

Arriona harless was our home consultant and she did an outstanding job. By go so far as to looking for the perfect house for my family and me. She insured it was in our budget and the space that we were looking for. Even after we got the house she insured that everything was going well with HOA and surrounding areas. And she still keeps in touch with us to ensure everything is going well. She went beyond all expectations.

Overall a very easy process! Would definitely look at purchasing another Lennar home in the future!

Bought the home site unseen. Onsite sales staff were super responsive. When we finally saw the home we were blown away by how good it was. Home was delivered before promised delivery date and a few small items that popped up were handled super fast. Exceptional experience buying our second home.

Although we were frustrated with several closing delays, overall we felt team members responded well to the many challenges presented to them. Lennar delivered a quality home, at a great price in a wonderful Brunswick neighborhood!
