Not much to say besides having to call stuff in from settling of a new home. I just wish they had installed AC or had given an option for it.

They do a great job.

The whole process was smooth and the communication was excellent throughout the entire process.

Very good and beautiful house

Our consultant was great, keeping us up to date on progress, construction manager very timely, Lennar Mortgage was great to work with.

From sales to closing to customers care service after closing, all the people that work here has great customer service. They are personable, attentive and responsive. First of all, I do appreciate that the house came with extra perks that I didn’t expect or known not to be included if you would be buying a custom home, like blinds and tech package is awesome. The different packages and layout is very thoughtful. I can’t wait for the community to be fully finish with amenities. It may be my particular home and I don’t know about the other homes, I expected the physical manifestations of the home to be just as great as I got from the other services. All are builders grade, which I understand the affordability, but the finishes are very cheap. I have had to make numerous call with fixes and it keep growing as I continue to live in the house and find more things. There’s no perfect house but I didn’t expect to have to report some basic fixes on brand new house. Overall, this is a great starter home, great alternative to fighting the cash offer bidding wars. ... More

The house closed 3 months after we were originally supposed to because of building delays. But we are very happy overall.

Lennar was always very responsive to inquiries. The home is great, we love the home and community as well.

The building process was very good. Enjoyed weekly calls with construction manager and sale person. Everyone made it easy to enjoy the process! Great team to work with!

Great service with all issues

This is my third experience, both sales and All supporting people have been very attentive.

I'm grateful for the people who helped me in my journal. Gene, Crystal and their team did a great job.

Ask questions if you’re not clear on things

Lennar is a unique builder with outstanding quality service delivery.

The service is good, the interest rate is higher compare to outside lender

Only negative I can think of is the housing market itself driving the cost of everything through the roof. Purchasing with Lennar was a wonderful experience as they made everything simple to understand and were always responsive to questions or issues. And if there were any issues they were resolved quickly. Would definitely purchase with them again.

First of all, I was impressed with the both walk throughs and the attention paid to correcting every flaw. Since moving in, I have had three occasions to write requests; two small and one more serious water problem. In every case the response was swift and professional.

Like my new build. Needed to put more money than I thought for basic necessities. Towel bars, window treatments, ceiling fans, upgraded switches, ceiling sconces, fence for dogs, patio.

The people at Lennar are great! And for the most part the home is good. But some of the workmanship and quality of materials is quite cheap. The paint especially.

Willingness to always be there for any questions/issues you may have. Thorough in walking you through the steps and stages, from signing to closing. Pam, Tim, Blake and the team at L.C have been wonderful to work with. A big Nationwide builder (which can bring scepticism) - but cannot be denied that they have their sh*t together. Would and have recommended.

Very lucky to meet the helpful sweet sales rep, Melissa, who was and is still always available to assist. Great problem solver and very resourceful. She shared her expertise when I had to select the plot, elevation, counters and cabinets. We sat on her office floor past 7PM, brainstorming and making the best choices for me! I got regular updates, pictures throughout the construction from Aug 2021 till closing in Jan 2022. When we hit a little bump with an area of the house a night before closing, I called her in panic. She stayed on the phone with me but also made other calls addressing the issue. Despite it being her day off and family dinner time. That’s called going above and beyond!! Other Sendero neighbors speak kindly of her too! The overall quality of the house is good, with great workmanship! I appreciate construction manager, Matt and the crews for ensuring it!!! Also love my master bath, double paned windows, blinds, flooring and cabinets! Beautiful front door too! I do not like the interior doors -terrible finishing. The pantry shelves sag in the middle :-( Quality of some materials not the best. Kitchen sink and faucet are too basic. I wish I could upgrade bec the granite countertop is just gorgeous! We had a few changes of CCRs which delayed service requests, but our current CCR, Allison is working very hard to process and having them completed. Great customer service- she does not have an easy job but is always courteous and patient and productive!! Lived in my first Lennar house for 20 years, so I am a second time Lennar customer:-) ...
