The Lennar work family ate very nice. As for as my home. I not to happy on how they respond to issues. I prefer phone call instead of emails if I have a service request. My kitchen light is hanging down, my bathroom plug doesn't work, and water stands in my yard for days after it rains cause I don't have a good run off system. I'm having this issue after month of moving in. They are great people but I'm not too impressed by the quality of my home.

Overall the experience was great! House was still not fully complete upon moving in, but out contractor was good at responding to stuff.

The entire purchase and customer service experience was awesome. I found the staff from salesperson to project manager to warranty rep to be very professional and trust worthy. Lennar hires excellent people. The home was completed on time with just a few minor issues that were addressed promptly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend purchasing a home from Lennar.

Overall the process with Lennar was super easy and fast. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Lennar again.

Our experience with Lennar home builders was excellent. Our salesman Nate has gone over and above expectations with keeping us informed of the process, sending us progress pictures throughout the building process, and even though we've closed on the home, continues to help us get settled in to our new home. We love the Venice model home we bought, and even though there are a few minor issues to resolve yet, the warranty department (Matthew) has been excellent - he jumped into action immediately when our thermostat / A.C. quit working (our own fault lol) to get a service tech out to the house within 6 hours! Even the other sales people (Christine) working in the office at Biscayne Landing have been so very helpful to us, getting our gate sensors and answering questions! Great company...great people...WELL DONE EVERYONE...and thank you ALL for making our transition to Florida and to our new home so easy and enjoyable! ... More

It was easy to buy a home with the Lennar! The process was quick always and reliable

Our home buying experience was excellent because of a woman named Jennifer. She kept in touch with us through text and emails with periodic pictures of the progress of the construction. She made buying our Florida retirement home from New Jersey very enjoyable.

I am very pleased with the overall buying process. The folks at Lennar were very courteous and professional. Most of the paperwork was able to be done on line. Lennar kept to their initial closing date which made me and My wife very happy.

We purchased the home virtually and the experience of dealing with the Lennar team is awesome!

Lennar is a great company and i love my new home. They take care of the buyer from beginning to end. I recommend them highly.

We had a great experience either the entire team at Lennar. The price of the home was a little steep, and the quality of the material was not that great. Otherwise everything else was ok.

It’s really good experience with Lennar. The way they constructed home and the responses on each stage was remarkable. I already suggested few of my friends to buy home in my community and they did. Overall Lennar builder is best.

When we first arrived at our vacation home the Lennar team was very responsive to resolving any immediate issues. We still have issues pending that they tell us are in the works. We trust that when we return many of these issues will be resolved. So far we have been extremely happy with the process, It is a breath of fresh air to purchase a new home that when you move in all the landscaping and appliances are already in place.

I purchased in November 2021 with Lennar , the salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable in the process, the builder of the home went above and beyond my expectations with the home , really no delays in the process , moved in July 2022, very happy with the whole process with Lennar from start to finish.

We could not be more pleased with Blake and Marco. Response time for move-in fix its has been less the 24hrs with great craftmanship.....we would refer or buy another Lennar home in a heartbeat!...

Good builder with quality home construction. Would have been nice if there was option to customize .

My experience with Lennar has been quick and smooth. We closed pretty quick and everything still didn’t feel rushed at all. Once I moved in the minor issues we did have our home Customer care rep always helped out and reached out quickly as possible. Overall experience has been good.

Our overall experience with Lennar was excellent! From our initial inquiries with Derrick up to Home Delivery with Kim and John! They were all accommodating, patient and detailed. They made sure we were heard, and they addressed all our concerns and questions promptly. We love our new home! There was only 1 thing unpleasant. We tried to get initial preapproval with one of Lennar’s Loan Officer. I asked her multiple times if we could talk, if I could call her, if she can tell me the things I needed to do to help me with the process since I was a first time home buyer. If she can explain the complicated things I didn’t understand then. - No calls, just short emails like of no importance. Was an amazing experience , purchasing a home in NC from NY, everything was done so smoothly, thank you Lennar and the amazing team who was involved in the purchase of our new home .

Very friendly and helpful staff. And no surprises. They also listen to and take prompt action for any issues we have found with the house so far.
